We had the most fantastic stay at Alison’s place! There is nothing that could be faulted. Alison is a friendly and warm host, provided clear instructions for us prior to arriving at the apartment and went the extra mile to buy us bread and left other food bits/ drinks with compliments. She truly exceeded our expectations. The apartment was cosy and clean, and we would definitely stay there again! Our pup Archie loved it too, so it was a win for everyone!

Me and my partner had an amazing time only 5 mins walk in to York city centre couldn’t have asked for a better location, the Airbnb was a fantastic place felt right at home the hamper basket was great will definitely be booking in the near future and will be recommending this place to my friends and family.

I stayed with 4 friends at this apartment for a long weekend. The host was very responsive up to the date of check-in, asking if we wanted double beds or split single beds, and also provided lots of information for getting into the property, local amenities and directions. The place itself is great - really clean with all the basics you would need for a long weekend. It's also an easy 15 mins walk into the center of York and 5 or so mins from the train station so ideally located and easy to use as a base. Thanks for a great stay.

Perfect quiet location. Everything you could need in the apartment. Comfortable beds. I see the lift has been ooo for over 2 months. Less active people would struggle with the 68 steps up to the apartment. Overall well worth the money due to fabulous location to central York. A lovely spacious accommodation. (We were 4 Adults… all over 60)

This is a modern flat on the ground floor. Monk Bar is about 5 minutes walk away so very easy access to York city centre. The flat is very well appointed, and cosy and warm. We arrived in a hail storm and it was lovely to dry off and have a cup of tea (with complementary biscuits!) My only concern is that you have to be very careful when checking out - making sure that you have left the correct keys in the flat, another key in the lock box, but also to get your car out of the car park before leaving the fob in the flat and then take the gate code with you so you can re-join your car! Carole makes all this perfectly clear in her instructions - but you do need to think about and plan what you are doing quite carefully.

Whenever I go to Harrogate, I will stay at this place, it is simply wonderful, Gemma is always very polite, checkout is at 11am, she allowed me to leave later because my train was three hours later

John was wonderful with his communication and gave very detailed directions and instructions. Very friendly host and beautiful flat! Very cosy stay and we had everything we needed! John went the extra mile and we were very impressed.

The accomodation was immaculate. Couldnt be in a better location for walking into York...part of the city wall walk just outside apartmemts. Decorated for xmas which was a lovely touch. Cosy and warm... Excellent communication. Would definatly recommend .

Can’t speak highly enough of the accommodation. The Yorkshire Hosts upgraded us to a bigger unit due to some heating issues in the booked rooms, prior to us arriving. The unit was absolutely beautiful, a home away from home over the Christmas break. It is in a fantastic location in walking distance to everything including the city center. We would definitely stay here again! Thanks!

The hosts are incredibly thoughtful and have catered for every need and more. Complete apartment that was a privilege to visit. Highly recommended.

A beautiful well presented flat within a short 15 minute walk to the city centre. plenty of choice of bars and restaurants nearby, would recommend to all and would definitely stay again.

Great spot close to the park, quiet at night with some nice local cafes/restaurants nearby.

We loved having Senna's place as our home-base for a Durham reunion! Comfortable, spotless, classy, and we had everything we needed. Senna also communicated well and quickly. 5 stars, would recommend!

Stayed over for a few nights for a business trip. host was super friendly apartment was clean and looked just like the photos. Kitchen came fully equipped even left me milk and coffee. No problems whatsoever will book again 👍

Ideal location for visiting family.Nice walks along the canal either way to nearby towns with plenty of facilities. Comfortable accommodation with welcoming hosts.

First time using air B&B, exceeded expectation. Little touches made the difference.... Genuine host who explained how to use everything well and was available anytime for questions... Also gave a great recommendation for top local restaurants etc... Highly recommended!

This place is a hidden gem. The rooms and facilities were even better than expected. It was immaculate and had everything we needed for a gorgeous weekend away. The location means there gorgeous hikes, beaches views short distance away. I would highly recommend visiting here

Really enjoyed our stay-lovely apartment with everything you need and lots of little extras that made our stay even more enjoyable. Liz provided us with fantastic directions and lots of helpful information about the apartment and local area. Definitely recommend and we will certainly be coming back!

Was such a beautiful place and the surroundings where lovely and very quite. The place was lovely and clean and the plants where beautiful and made the whole look of the place even better. The only small issue i had was i did message a few times on different occasions and with one i never got a reply and the other was late to where we had left the property. There are just a few little finishing touches i would add to make it even better is we were staying for 2 nights and only had 1 towel each and when having a shower and using the hot tube they never really dried as the towel rail in the bathroom wasn't working. Overall it was lovely and was nice to get away just me and the hubby.

We loved our stay! Quiet place with everything we needed. The breakfast and supplies left were a really lovely touch and we also loved the games selection! The hot tub was super and we loved going for a little explore ... ending up at the pub just down the road. Perfect. A great little get away. Recommended!
