Fantastic stay. Jane is a lovely host who made sure our stay was special. I cannot recommend enough, the pod was amazing, everything you could possible need is there, very clean, the surroundings are so peaceful. Absolutely perfect for a getaway. Will definitely be back thank you so much 😊

We had an amazing stay and really enjoyed the WigWams and farm. The Wigwams are glamorous and clean and everything worked really well for us. The owners are so friendly and helpful. We would highly recommend!

Mark & Anita are the absolute perfect hosts. We couldn’t fault anything, they went the extra mile with personalised extras and really made the trip that little bit more special. very quiet area, easy to find. many things to do in the village just 5 minutes away and the pod was very clean and tidy. tom was quick to help with anything we needed. hopefully be back soon

Spent two nights here and what a fab place! Such a lovely friendly host, explained in detail about everything making from start to finish easy! Place was very clean! We were close to York centre but far enough out that it was super peaceful! We would definitely stay here again!

Had an amazing time beautiful surroundings hosts were very attentive flapjacks and a bottle of wine on arrival bed was so comfortable nice and quiet. Ice in the freezer. Perfectly warm hot tub stayed at high heat. BBQ was a big gas one perfect Carnt wait to come back and will suggest to all of my friends and family what an amazing Sunday evening

A long awaited break and worth every minute. Quiet, pet friendly, walks from the site available, so for a short break, plenty to do in the area without having to go far.

As soon as you turn into the private driveway and see the main house and grounds, you know you've made a great decision. Entering the cabin definitely has the 'wow' factor, absolutely everything has been extremely well designed and thought through, I could've stood in the shower for hours and the view from the bed via the window is stunning overlooking the hills. The kitchen is compact but don't be deceived, it has literally everything you'll need to cook most things. If you like long walks, there are plenty, literally from the door. (I'd recommend downloading the OS maps app) We did an 8 mile walk the first day and a 7 mile walk the second. Hawes town is only a 10-15 minute drive away and has shops and pubs etc which is really handy for supplies and a drink after the walk.. We stayed for 3 nights and could've easily stayed longer, it had absolutely everything we wanted and thoroughly enjoyed it. Quiet, peaceful, private. We'll definitely be back again. I'd highly recommend

Harry is a very responsive and friendly host, anytime I asked a question he would respond within 10 mins, very quite and peaceful area for my reactive French bulldog. Completely private, easy drive in access, the place was very clean and tidy, comfortable and cozy. 100% coming back to this place. They even give you a free field session for your pup to run about off lead for free! Thanks again Harry

Lovely pod, everything you need. Very clean and stylish. Beds are pull out, apart from the ones upstairs. They were very comfortable and we had a great sleep. The shower was amazing… hot & powerful, especially after being out walking all day. Wi-Fi is good, even has sound system & smart TV. Located at the back of the park, quiet and secluded. The park is well maintained & the foods very good in the restaurant. All Staff we came across, were very friendly and helpful. I brought my Nan back for her 80th, as she use to stay at Hollins Farm seasonally many years ago. It was a trip up memory lane. Plenty of places to walk, especially the hill at the back of Hollins farm. The views are still very impressive to this day. Silverdale is just a little Gem, the gift that keeps on giving. Will definitely be returning.

Just returned from an amazing weekend away with my wife. The place is exactly as described and is the ultimate getaway from everyday stress! We had an issue with the shower but it was quickly sorted by the attentive host even though they was away at the time. Will 1000% be returning at some point

Lovely place, very tranquil. Hot tub was great and we really enjoyed watching all of the surrounding wildlife. Cannot fault it at all, would love to visit again.

me and my partner stayed here for a couple of nights to celebrate my 30th birthday it was perfect! we had a much needed relaxing break away from the child and dog, the cabin was so cosy and peaceful with lovely views. we have stayed in many log cabins and this one was definitely the best, so private and all the furniture was super comfy, it had everything you could need. we enjoyed every minute, would highly recommend.

Absolutely beautiful surroundings, beautiful lodge....comfy beds,lots of towells and lovely bedding.....would highly recommend ,felt right at home as sooon as we arrived and we will definitely be staying again .....hot tub on point ,very clean, lovely and warm all day ...Will is a brilliant host and is clearly dedicated to his business....we have had the best time 😊😊😊

This place is amazing and all made even better by our amazing host, Jan. She made the week truly amazing and went above and beyond multiple times to ensure we had a great trip. The place is so beautiful and peaceful, just a great place to wind down and forget about the day to day stress of work life. Great amenities and we had everything we needed…and Jan was able to provide anything we didn’t have. Can’t recommend this place highly enough, we will definitely be returning!

Our stay at The Burrow was by far our favourite to date. It was peaceful yet close to local amenities and lovely walks if that’s what you fancy! Kate was a superb host.
