A great location , responsive host and in an area close and within walking distance of good restaurants and cafes, clean and as described, also included gated private parking which was easy to get in and out of. I would recommend.

Jacky was an extremely proactive, kind and graceful host. She made us feel right at home immediately and communicated effectively the entire time. She presented us with milk and other amenities upon our arrival and her partner Steve was also extremely friendly and welcoming. The place itself was clean, comfortable and made us feel all at home immediately. Everyone slept incredibly soundly, and Jacky was extremely nice about us coming home late in the night! Otley itself was a lovely, peaceful town and incredible to walk around on a sunny day. We will be coming back when we return to Otley.

Great location with shop right on doorstep! Lovely comfortable beds, Tv in each room. Clean fresh linen and towels. Great access and layout. Good amenities with tea coffee on arrival. Lovely restaurant recommendations. Went to both "Ate o'clock and Cut and craft" great food and drink!! Very reasonable price for the stay. Lovely and friendly host. Friendly neighbours and locals! Beautiful home, thank you 😁

Really added to our wonderful experience in the Lake District. Kate was a fantastic and welcoming host who provided pastries and cookies for us as well as booklets with recommendations of things to do in the area and hike trails in the Lake District. Would 100% stay again, and would highly recommend to anyone!

Carole’s place was perfect, from the checking in, parking arrangement which was early, the little things like the bottle of wine, crisps, milk and juice, a 5 minute walk to a very enjoyable place like York to explore. Without doubt if we return to York and the apartment is available then we would book it again.

Brilliant little studio apartment with everything we needed for a few days stay. Easy walking distance to the city centre. York is just gorgeous. Super host, very quick to respond and helpful. Thank you for a great stay.

This apartment has an excellent location, a few minutes walk to Micklegate and then another 5 mins brings you to the centre of York. It was very clean and had everything needed for a short stay. It is compact, but that didn’t bother us as we were hardly there during the day. Clare is very responsive with access instructions and recommendations for places to eat. We had great meals at Delrios, Santanos and enjoyed brunch at Burberries. I’d absolutely recommend Clare’s place for a stay in York.

Thank you for a very comfortable stay. It was a real home from home and very tidy, in a good location with shops and bus route nearby perfect for our needs. Also we recomend the local Italian restauraunt. As a host Julie you have been quick to respond and made our first airb&b experience a good one. It was lovely to meet you as we departed.

Wow wow wow, what an amazing place to stay. Stunning house, stunning location. The attention to detail was fantastic, Philippa and Andrew were so approachable, friendly and helpful and they helped to make our stay comfortable. The house was spotless and full of everything we needed. Our children are already asking how soon we can come and visit again. The hot tub was ready for our arrival and the view were gorgeous, what a gem of a find. Very much looking forward to returning to Yoredale House, Thankyou for having us!

I would definitely recommend John’s place for a visit to Hebden Bridge! Conveniently close to the train station, the house is in peaceful surroundings with beautiful views. The place is very spacious. Kitchen was spotless, beds were really comfortable, and John left a kind welcome pack of breakfast ingredients, fruit and snacks. There’s also lots of useful info about the area, including walks, restaurants and pubs.

Helen’s place was as listed. It was beautifully decorated and everything was lovely dnd clean. The welcome pack was a lovely addition. The Coach House is walkable to lots of amenities, restaurants and Harrogate centre. The Stray and Valley Gardens are both on your doorstep and worth a visit. We would love to return.

We had a lovely couple of nights stay at John & Carmel’s farmhouse. As a group of 6 who studied at the uni together, it was fantastic to have the farmhouse as a base for a couple of days of adventures. The garden area was lovely (especially with the sun we had!) for cards and sun soaking. Inside was spotless and there was everything we needed. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Me and some of my family stayed here, and it was such a beautiful experience! From having all the right essentials to the amazing cinema room - which was more than utilised - this place had everything we needed. We also had a slight mishap with the temperature on the hot tub which I messaged the hosts about. Even though it was across the bank holiday weekend, I received a prompt response and a set of instructions that did the job in fixing the temperature! The scenery is beautiful with lots of lovely walking routes. Complements to the hosts 😊

As fabulous as expected. Ideal space for two couples, high spec accommodation with lots of room to relax . The kitchen is small if you intend to self cater but the facilities and equipment are excellent. We spent most of the time sat in the dining room watching the peacocks who wandered up to the window each day to be admired. Played tennis and walked into the nearby village along a public footpath 50 mins to a very good pub ( Dawnay Arms ) and evenings in the hot tub . Thoroughly enjoyed it, the host ( Lucy ) is onsite and is welcoming and supportive with communication without any intrusion . No hesitation recommending.

We had such a lovely week here! Within a day we were plotting our return. Karen's cottage is just gorgeous. Went with my other half and his parents and it was a perfect size for 4 (we then had a few days to ourselves after they left and great for 2 people as well). Wonderful views from the windows and from the front yard. It was a little cool for us to sit at the table outside but we did manage one lunch outside and in warmer weather it would be glorious both day and night. The house is clean, quiet, comfy beds, good shower, lovely decor, great woodburner, all mod cons needed in the kitchen, and really nicely done up. So ticks all boxes basically! The location is perfect - just 5 min walk to the little high street and the pubs (great pubs & great beer)and eateries there. Karen is great - super friendly and helpful - gave us lots of tips about the local area. And great to communicate with - replies within minutes. Def recommend and very much hope to return soon.

Stayed for my mums 50th birthday, the views are amazing & the house is stunning! Beds are really comfy the place had everything we needed for our short trip away, would love to stay again!

This beautiful apartment is just a short walk from the heart of York. We will definitely be staying again.

We had a fantastic one night stay here. The apartment was spotless and had everything we needed. Loved the large living room space and high ceilings in each room. Also the thoughtful special touches including welcome message and snacks. Comfy beds, shower was great and we also enjoyed having a smart TV in each of the rooms. Perfect central location, would highly recommend staying here if visiting Clitheroe!

The apartment had everything we could possibly need. It was spotlessly clean and well set out. The large bed was very comfy. Bars and restaurants were only a short walk away. The apartment is close to the centre of town but the area is surprisingly peaceful. The welcome pack was a nice touch and was appreciated. We felt at home straight away Nothing was too much trouble for the hosts and Matthew did not hesitate to work with us to retrieve an item we had left behind. it was an amazing weekend and we will definitely return. Always a 5 star experience staying at Casa7! Tom and his team are professional, responsive and go above and beyond for their guests. The flat is in a quiet and safe area. It is very clean and has everything you need for a relaxing stay. I've stayed there many times now and can't recommend it enough.

Located just a few minutes walk from the train station, this is a great apartment for anyone visiting York. Easy to walk into the old town area from here, there are groceries and some restaurants nearby as well. The apartment itself was clean and comfortable, with everything we needed during our stay. There were even a few treats left for us. We really enjoyed our stay, thank you!

I had a lovely stay at Kerry's place. It's very clean, organised, decorated and comfortable. Location is perfect, very close to the train station and you can get around easily. Quiet and tranquil neighbourhood. They are very friendly and helpful hosts. 10/10

I think that this was my third stay and I'll be back again. Such a lovely peaceful setting and I always feel right at home. Bex was, as ever, very helpful and friendly in her communication. This is a great stay and great value for money.
