Would recommend. Lovely flat in a fantastic location. We had problems checking in as the door was locked. However, given 5 stars as the issue was dealt with quickly.

thank you Jen and Brian for such a magical stay! we couldn't have asked for more! everything was magnificent, the extra touches to mark Stephen's birthday was touching and memorable, I was also surprised with a bottle of Prosecco, went to view bridal dresses but never found one I liked and brian and Jen were so sweet and still gave it to me lol thank you both! we recommend this place highly, the pictures don't do it justice, you need to experience it yourself. we loved the cosy corner, playing darts, sitting by the fire, chilling on the beach chairs ( i must have these now for our garden lol) and the hot tub is the best we have ever been in. the garden is just stunning and comes alive at night! the bed was super comfy too, got such good sleep. we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and cannot wait to go again! thanks again to our attentive and wonderful hosts!

Farat was brilliant with organising our stay and couldn’t of done more to make my birthday weekend away special. We all enjoyed the stay and the location was perfect. It was a beautiful clean and spacious apartment and I don’t think you’ll find better for the price in Leeds city Centre. The location is brilliant and the decoration of the place is gorgeous. Me and a friend had a great stay at this AP. Home away from home feel that made us settle in minutes! To be honest its like the hosts have read your mind, if you're about to do anything, what you need is just in sight. Perfect base if you need/want to be in the local area and enjoy tranquil moments and watch the generalities of life. We seen some lovely birds, a pair of swans that paid timely visits! Meeting Jane was also amazing, although that was through my own ideas, privacy was very much given but i enjoyed conversating with her to learn about the local area so i was ready to see all that was to offer. Now hopefully you can too!🤣 if youre trying to book and its unavailable... I do apologise 😆🤣

Fitted the bill and great value. A slight problem with lock box number and access description said top Floor when actually second floor. Apart from that all good

Great place to stay - lovely choice of bedrooms, always warm, and expansive kitchen! Lots of shops in walking distance and only a 5 minute bus ride to the town centre. Would definitely stay again x

Perfect if you’re ever in the middlesborough area. 5* hosts, spotless inside and out. A must stay. Equipped with everything you need. Couldnt be better 🤝

What a perfect place to stay with all of the family from 11 months to 80+yrs of age. Accessibility for my mum was excellent with walk in showers and sofa chairs easy to get in and out of. A travel cot and high chair provided for the youngest member of the family. A dishwasher including the tablets along with a fully equipped kitchen, plastic glasses for use in the hot tub ideal with a glass of wine or too. Our two dogs enjoyed lots of walks and it was brilliant that the garden was fully enclosed and safe for them too. Sarah the host was lovely nothing was too much trouble, little touches like jigsaws and board games where available and the barn had been decorated for Christmas to make you feelst home. The barn was in a beautiful location with lots of walks and a local pub ( booking is essential). If your into astronomy go to Grassholme Observatory I learnt so much and the dark skies are awesome. We had a lovely New Years break and would highly recommended Sunrise Barn for families.

this airbnb was beautiful and comfortable very homly the finshing touches were amazing. felt right at home when arrived had everything we needed and more was agreat locaction in easington where my family live my god daughter loved the bath and her mother too we even hoisted a family sunday roast and my family thought it was amazing this is the place I will be booking again when im back home to see family pauline and Marcus have made a great airbnb for family and friends to stay can't wait to book again

We very much enjoyed our stay. Place was immaculately clean and very tastefully presented. Reece and Chloe had provided everything we needed. They are very friendly and extremely helpful and responsive, going the extra mile if needed. The location is great with lovely views and excellent walks/hikes. Great location for the village. There is a little bit of road noise but it didn’t disturb us at all. The bed linen and towels were beautiful crisp white and the beds really comfy. The apartment is really comfortable and has private parking. Gill was super friendly and responsive. We had a lovely few days away. Thank you cor Easter treats too, our 5 year old was made up.

Great room for the price paid, easy access to the city centre and amenities and a really nice room. Mahnoor was easy to contact and very helpful as a host. Would happily stay again

The apartment was lovely, can not fault it at all. The host was extremely helpful and friendly. Also left plenty of snacks and goodies at the apartment. Would 100% recommend staying here. Wouldn’t think twice about booking again. Was a wonderful stay 👍🏼

We loved staying at David and Trish's place. They were both very friendly and welcoming. The accommodation was perfect. Fantastic shower, lovely clean kitchen area and very peaceful location. They are great hosts who we enjoyed spending some time with. We'd highly recommend staying here.

Lovely spot a short walk across the Stray from Harrogate. Accommodating host. Parking in front of the buildings available every time we needed. Lovely neighbor who helped with suggestions on music enjoyment, insurance policies and waste processing. Highly Recommended.
