This space is just as described and looks just like the photos. I wasn’t expecting it to be attached to their home; I’m sure it was stated in the description, but we missed it. However, I didn’t feel uncomfortable at all. The space is very private. Uber and Lyft pick up and drop off to this location. It’s about a 13 minute drive from Broadway.

Very nice place. We really enjoyed our stay here. It is convenient to almost everything in Nashville but far enough away from the busyness of the city to relax. It was very quiet there and we heard no noise from the neighbors. The beds were comfortable and place was clean. Having 2.5 baths was great to have when everyone was getting dressed.

The home is amazing and the pictures are 100% accurate. Beautiful rooftop views of the city with a hot tub. Lots of shops within 20min and close to downtown. Drew is an awesome host and very responsive. Looking forward to staying again.

Brandon and Staci were super responsive, polite, and helpful with any information involving our stay! The space was clean and very accommodating! Walkable location made for a great weekend getaway!

My family ( my wife and I and two teenage boys) stayed at Jessica's for two nights as we experienced the Nashville music scene. It was great. Every room was very clean and it was evident that Jessica had put a lot of thought into being a host. She was very responsive with a couple questions we had. We would certainly stay here again.

Stayed at Rachel’s property for my sister’s bachelorette! This was the nicest airbnb we have ever stayed at. The inside was just as described, if not better. The place was way bigger than the photos. It was super clean and spacious. The hot tub was a plus. We had 9 in our party and everyone slept comfortably. Rachel was very responsive throughout our stay and before check in. Answered many of our questions! When we came in we accidentally set off the alarm, but that was my fault because I missed that in the check-in directions. Rachel was very understanding when I told her what happened and it was not an issue at all. The location is great; close to downtown and 12 South. Lots to do! We are definitely coming back to stay here again!

We will definitely rebook next time we are in Nashville! From easy check-in with step-by-step photo instructions to excellent responsiveness from the host to quick check out process! This place was ideal for our needs as a family of 5 with adult children. The apartment was clean and well maintained with comfy beds (2 beds, roll away and large couch - all very nice). The building was quiet and within walking distance from Broadway and other fun areas! Thank you Joseph and Lindsey for sharing your beautiful place with us!

This was an amazing place to stay. We wanted to stay four or five days longer however it was already booked but we were there almost three weeks. We had plenty of space, they communicated well and gave good instructions. I would definitely use this place again would be wonderful in the summer. I loved being a bit away from the city as well.
