Sehr schöne Unterkunft, top eingerichtet und mit einem tollen Garten. Man fühlt sich von der ersten Minute an wie zu Hause. Die Lage ist perfekt - viele Restaurants und Supermärkte in unmittelbarer Nähe. Zum Strand sind es ca. 5 Minuten. Bisher die schönste Unterkunft die wir bei Airbnb gebucht haben.

the best stay in Sri Lanka. if you want to feel the nature and power of the ocean you have to live here for a few days. the sound of the ocean was fantastic, the house was clean and equipped. the hosts were very nice and helpful, they even did the laundry! definitely 10/10

Ana was a very nice host. We had the lower part of the house, above us a part of his family lives. They were very friendly and we didnt feel bothered at all. They brought us some selfmade curry and also a part of their sons birthday cake. We felt like home and had a quite stay even though Hiriketiya can be busy. The house is in a tiny side street which brings peace. Ana also showed us his next house in Weligama and showed us around in his car. He always helps and you can ask him anything. We will definitely visit again! Thank you!

I had the most incredible stay at this Airbnb! From the moment we arrived, the hosts went above and beyond to make us feel like family. My sister was unwell during our stay, and the hosts were incredibly kind and attentive, offering help and checking in regularly to make sure she was comfortable. They also gave us fantastic recommendations for local spots, and even offered to accompany us to the open market to help us pick out gifts. It’s rare to experience such genuine hospitality! The breakfast served each morning was delicious, and the garden where we enjoyed it was absolutely stunning and meticulously maintained—truly a peaceful oasis. It was also walking distance to the beach! The room itself was spotless and incredibly comfortable. It felt just like home, with every detail thoughtfully considered for our comfort. The family was so warm and welcoming making us feel like we were part of their own. I couldn't have asked for a better experience and can’t recommend this place enough

My boyfriend and I enjoyed our stay away from the crowds very much. It felt like sleeping in our own tiny house in the jungle. The host was very friendly and helped us to get local tuktuk drivers, since it's a bit further from restaurants and beaches. We can highly recommend this place.

Wir hatten eine klasse Zeit in dieser Unterkunft. Diese liegt sowas von zentral und dennoch kann man Nachts beruhigt schlafen. Zudem war die Klimaanlage sehr leise, was wir sehr zu schätzen wussten. Das hat den Schlaf erholsamer gemacht. Das Zimmer ist natürlich sehr klein. Aber hey, man soll die Zeit draußen verbringen ;). Man sollte nur wissen, dass es keine Tür zum Bad gibt (kann ggf. Jemand stören ;)). Wir würden auf Grund der Lage und den Gegebenheiten die Unterkunft erneut buchen!

The team looking after the villa was incredibly supportive, always attentive to every need, and went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. One of the highlights of our experience was the amazing food they prepared—fresh, flavorful, and full of authentic local taste. Every meal felt like a special treat! If you're looking for a peaceful and scenic escape with top-notch hospitality, this is definitely the place to be!

Staying with Muditha was a pleasant cultural exchange: his family wad very friendly and welcoming, kind and very generous. Muditha was very responsive and helpful right from the beginning and was communicative when we reached out to understand better. He arranged a car for us from Colombo at a good price and also helped us arrange for scooter rental. Staying with Muditha is really good value considering the spaciousness of the house and the appropriate amenities for a long term stay (kitchen, washing machine and workspace) - he was committed to us having a comfortable stay and efficiently problem-solved issues we had with the fridge and minor problems with the light. Muditha is a responsible host and trustworthy. We knew we would have a great time! He often invited us to join him and his family and his family members are really lovely and sweet to get to know - we interacted often as we shared the same compound while having privacy. Our experience here was enriched because of them!
