My gang of friends agreed we’d happily come back here again - lovely setting & big driveway for parking; comfy bedrooms and generous number of bathrooms; well-equipped kitchen compared to most rentals; pleasant but unobtrusive decor; and short, clear host instructions. And it was so warm for December that we even got to hang out on the patio, also comfy & welcoming. I think the only things (and they were very minor) that we’d recommend adding would be conventional potholders, a few more sets of silverware, a couple more DR chairs, and a reminder sign about the step down from the kitchen into the DR. Overall, would definitely recommend!

In a city of hundreds of stay options, Katerina's house was a great reminder for me on the positives of choosing an airbnb over a hotel. We had the whole house with a yard to ourselves. It was spacious, clean, and well appointed. The host was kind and responsive. All in all, it was perfect.

Better than expected. Troy's place has everything you need. Although the place itself is not situated in a super private area as its right across the university and its right up against the road and sidewalks. So you'll see lots of folks walking to and from their destinations but all good. Everyone seems to mind their business and its very tranquilo. Definitely nice to sit out on the porch or get some sun in the backyard while you watch kiddos play around. Troy's communication is great and answer's any questions you have. Even though its stated in listing that there is someone there in a separate private living space on property, you would never know lol. We didnt find out til our last day if someone actually was there, they are so quiet. You have all the privacy you need. Beautiful home, lovely area and just overall it was a great deal and find as we visited during a sad time. Thank you Troy.

The game room was absolutely amazing and the hot tub, also a highlight . We loved the bar and the frosted glassware. The hosts were present/available without being at all intrusive. There were ample bathrooms and shower facilities with towels a’plenty. The beds were comfortable and the fire place,an unexpected bonus. The kitchen facilities were roomy and fully stocked. It was clean, comfortable and tons of fun- worth every penny 😊

Great place! My wife and I stayed 6 nights with our 4 kids. One daughter did a week long summer ballet program nearby. The house was very nice. Plenty of space for everyone. We used delivery services for groceries. Location was ideal. Reanimator coffee shop (across the street) was our go to every morning. We walked to restaurants in the area. Having the SEPTA station nearby on Broad/Federal St was helpful but we also took an Uber to downtown for $7 to $20 depending on time of day. Kitchen had everything we needed to make dinner one night. Enjoyed having family time watching Olympics in the living room together or playing Scrabble at the dinner table. We used the washer and dryer since we had traveled over a week from home. Asli and Mike messaged/texted to make sure we had everything we needed and answered quickly when we had a question. They even dropped off some paper towels on day 2 after we had texted so we felt very cared for. Would definitely stay here again if in Philadelphia!

We had a great stay here and Angela was very easy to communicate with. Great places to visit such as The Franklin Institute and The Please Touch Museum for a kids were super short drives away.

Great homey place. It was spotless except for a dirty skillet left in the oven. There is also a dog that lives downstairs that barks when people come home, but otherwise quiet. Would recommend the owners purchase a coffee table for the living room, and provide placemats and dishtowels. The townhome is charming, and right across the street from a large beautiful park. Would stay again when we n town.

Malyka was welcoming, helpful, and made me and my coworker feel at home during our weekend in Philly for a conference. Highly recommend. The area is beautiful and safe and a very walkable distance to the nearest SEPTA trolley.

Great place to stay if you are visiting this area. This was probably the most clean Airbnb we have ever stayed in, and most are very clean, but this is truly the tops! Very friendly hosts, would definitely recommend to anyone!

I absolutely love this area of Philly! I grew up in Philly but never lived in the center city area so it was nice to switch things up a bit. For being in the thick of it all, the apartment is extremely private and quiet as it’s set back in a courtyard away from the street. It can be rough to find street parking in this area but I was able to after only a couple circles around the blocks which was a surprising relief! The apartment living area is bright and spacious and very aesthetically pleasing. The downstairs is cozy with a bedroom, bathroom, and laundry area. Communication was friendly, proactive, and helpful! I thought I left some of my camera gear behind after check out but assured I could go back to retrieve it anyway. Highly recommend! If you’re driving your own car around just be prepared to circle a few blocks once or twice and park a block or two away. That’s just Philly living for you!

I highly recommend a stay at Nick’s place! It was a great deal and so much space - you cannot beat all those balconies and rooftop, such a gorgeous view and great people watching! The space was thoughtfully and beautifully decorated, loved the books available (librarian stamp of approval), and kitchen + laundry made our stay so comfortable. Both my friend and I thought the beds were really comfortable, I slept so deeply! I felt like I was a bit needier than normal on an Airbnb stay, and Nick was so kind and gracious, always responsive communication and made sure we were taken care of. You’re also right on several bus lines; 48, 49, & 61 were our go to’s to explore all of the items on our first time tourist bucket list. They pick/drop off literally right in front of the Airbnb or one short block over, and Google maps has real time tracking. We also had a car for part of the stay and never had an issue with parking. Great space & convenient location. Thank you for a wonderful stay Nick!

the place was just as described and the photos show it all. it's in a building that's on a busy corner but the traffic wasn't a bother while we were there. it was a quiet pleasant stay and we will stay again when we're in the area for sure! Maribel was an amazing host, responsive and helpful! we appreciate you!

Stayed at this Airbnb and was thoroughly satisfied with the experience. The apartment was both clean and comfortable, meeting all my expectations. The host was commendable for their easygoing communication and supportive attitude, making the stay hassle-free.

Lemon Street Retreat was a great place to spend time in the wonderful town of Media and surrounding area. Great location, plenty of space!

Beautiful home in the heart of Manayunk! The place was super cute! The bedrooms were good sizes and the beds were very comfortable. Added parking spot was a bonus since on street parking can be hot or miss. The hosts were very communicative with fast response time! Loved this home!

For South Philly, it's a great location. The unit is the upper half of a two unit building. We've stayed there three times now and never had a problem. For an older part of town, the building is up to date and in very good shape. The neighbors have been very quiet. The beds are comfortable. On one occasion there were some minor maintenance issues but Andrea took care of them right away when she was notified. We hope to stay there again in the future. That said, the stools in the kitchen need to be reupholstered and a comfortable chair that one could read in would be appreciated.

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb. The host was incredibly kind and provided clear, detailed instructions that made everything easy from the moment I arrived. The home itself is beautifully decorated, comfortable, and full of thoughtful touches. it genuinely felt like a place I’d love to live in, which is always the best sign. Highly recommend staying here if you get the chance!

The apartment was perfect, quiet and peaceful with plenty of space to do my work and also relax. A great neighborhood with plenty of walkable restaurants and an Acme grocery store.

Great location! Lots to do within minutes of the Airbnb. Fantastic space for families with kids. Lots of games to keep the kids occupied during downtime. Very clean, had everything we needed. The host was extremely helpful and attentive. Parking was a little tricky but other than that, highly recommend this space! Would love to come back again.

Worked out great for family of 3 and a friend to enjoy sports at Wells Fargo, the subway is the next block and was easy on and off. Parking garage was nice to have so we didn't have to keep moving the vehicle or have it out in the open. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Erica’s place is like being at home. The host are so kind & respectful. I loved the stocked kitchen , the cozy fire place , and the local recommendations that Erica added in the guest manual. I’m in love with the place as a whole , it’s very convenient & any questions I had Erica responded quickly ! 10/10 !

Jason’s place is wonderful! Great location, we love the greater Fishtown area! Easy to use parking spot and VERY well stocked Airbnb. Perfect if you have a longer stay, but we were only in town for 2 nights so always ate out. Also, was one of the cleanest airbnbs I’ve seen in a while. Nothing smelled mildewy!!! Mattress is also really comfy.

I walked to Reanimator coffee in Fishtown every morning and got takeout for everyone. The bed was comfortable. Interesting inustrial + yuppie condo neighborhood. Was perfect for us.
