The perfect weekend getaway spot! Beautiful corner of town, so so walkable with grocery stores and cafes a-plenty. You won't regret booking this stay :) Leonard was incredibly responsive and flexible with out check-in times/luggage storage, which (no pun intended) really took a lot of weight off.

We had a good time at Renaud's place. Renaud left ample instructions (everywhere!), so we had no cause to contact him, but he alerted us to a blown-over swing in the backyard once we checked in--thank you again! There was just the normal amount of suburban traffic around, otherwise it was quiet. It had a lot more bedroom space than what we needed for 4 of us. The house was clean and uncluttered. The kitchen was spotless, large and well-lit, perfect for a family dinner and breakfast. The lean-back armchair in front of the TV turned out to be a big hit and a target of competition. We had some trouble with the remote the second evening, so we moved down to the basement TV room, which was less comfortable but the TV viewing was fine there. There were some signs that the house needs repairs (like many homes this age), but we saw nothing that made it dangerous. There are some pizza places, a new-ish and uniquely themed brewpub, and a hotel restaurant in walking distance.

As return guests, we always choose Lana’s home. Lana is an excellent host. House is welcoming and comfortable. Set up is perfect for us. Close to everything we need. Recent renovations are lovely as well. Lana has so many at-home amenities; it’s very special ( tissues, coffee pods, creamer/sugar) lots of charming touches throughout. It is expensive but it’s hard to find a place that’s perfect, and Lana’s place is that for us:)

our stay was great! place was super clean with plenty of room and fun activities. we were very impressed with the fancy kitchen appliances and enjoyed playing darts every night. James was quickly responsive. the place looked much better in person than it did in the photos in our opinion. much more space than you’d expect. definitely a place worth the money!

Felt like I was in my own home. The kitchen was stocked with everything needed to cook a great meal. The beds were comfortable. TVs had accuses to all streaming platforms. Helen was quick to respond to any questions I had. Would definitely suggest staying there. Much better than other homes I have rented in the past.

This place is awesome! It’s right in Passyunk, close to Broad Street Line and super easy to get to from Amtrak at 30th Street Station and Sports Complex.

We felt right at home on our trip to Philadelphia. Easily accessible to local spots, Tatjana was always available for assistance, and we greatly enjoyed ourselves.

We loved staying here! Easily accessible, beautiful neighborhood. The apartment was clean and accommodated us well for a weekend stay. We will be back!

Taniya’s place is absolutely beautiful and exactly as described. It’s situated on the outskirts of Philly, providing a quiet and comfortable stay while still being close enough to the city for easy access to restaurants, attractions, and entertainment. The home is well-maintained, stylishly decorated, and has everything you need for a relaxing visit. The only downside was that we were charged a cleaning fee for smoking inside the home, despite making a concerted effort to follow the house rules and only smoking outside in the designated area or on the balcony to avoid the fine. We accidentally dropped an empty cigar wrapper inside the apartment, which the host discovered, but there was no smoke smell inside the home. Other than that, our stay was great!

This place was amazing to stay at! We loved the huge kitchen and there was plenty of space for our family of five. Our kids had a great time running around the big backyard and we went on several walks around the local neighbourhood, which was very picturesque and peaceful. What a lovely place to visit!

This property is beautiful. The place was clean and stocked well with necessary items. I had a small issue with the lights in the back room and someone was thier in less than 20 minutes to repair. They were super kind. The location was excellent. I will be renting again next year.

Aaron was great to work with. He was willing to help in any way he could. The location was perfect for us…close to family and a nice retreat when more room was needed.

Top notch in every respect. Host is responsive, the apartment is in excellent condition, and the location is ideal. Cannot go wrong.

Looked exactly like the pictures everything that was in the description was accurate. The place was very nicely set up smelt so good as soon as you walk in. Decorations all over which made it feel homey. It was my first time ever staying in an AirBNB and it was worth it. I got to spent time with my Bestfriend and was walking distance to stores. The host was very responsive and was very nice. I would also come back in the summer to enjoy the pool.

Tiona was very accommodating. The home was in good condition, and clean. The kitchen was clean, and had everything we needed.

My gang of friends agreed we’d happily come back here again - lovely setting & big driveway for parking; comfy bedrooms and generous number of bathrooms; well-equipped kitchen compared to most rentals; pleasant but unobtrusive decor; and short, clear host instructions. And it was so warm for December that we even got to hang out on the patio, also comfy & welcoming. I think the only things (and they were very minor) that we’d recommend adding would be conventional potholders, a few more sets of silverware, a couple more DR chairs, and a reminder sign about the step down from the kitchen into the DR. Overall, would definitely recommend!

Susan's cottage is adorable and was a great cozy oasis when I was in the area for work. The area is quiet and beautiful and the cottage had everything I could need. Susan and her daughter were very responsive, I will be coming back!

Home is located in a quiet neighborhood, felt very safe. Also, a small playground within easy walking distance which toddler loved. Back yard had a relaxing swing. Place was very clean and host communicated very well. Would stay here again if we are in the area.

Cassandra's Place is STILL absolutely wonderful. I stayed here once before and the reason it was only once is because she's ALWAYS booked when I'm looking to come back. But I was blessed with an opportunity to return and it was as amazing as the first time. She is an amazing host who is very responsive and take good care of my every need. She left me a note welcoming me back. Great touch. I wanted to go to WaWa to get some snacks and something to drink. She already took care of that. I felt at home. Home away from home. Off street parking is also a big plus. Long story short, I love it there. She deserves a great review, but the only downside is I'll probably never be able to stay there again. Keeping my fingers crossed.

We loved every second of this AirBNB, everything was amazing. Maria and her family were so accommodating and made our stay so enjoyable. We would definitely return. Not to mention it is located 3 minutes from the grocery store and local chain stores!

my fiance & i stayed here for 2 nights and 3 days with our old pup max! it looked just like the photos! we had very minimal issues one being that in the yard the one fence is a little short, so we did need to keep our dog on a long lead while out there just because he is reactive & will run if given opportunity. i would also check the yard before letting your pup roam freely because there was some trash & a little bit of glass in the grass. i also believe there may have been some poison ivy in the one corner. dogs are unable to get that, but it can be passed on to humans from their fur. it was very peaceful which was great since our old man is reactive. the house was great, the only issue with the house was that we did need to vacuum off the one couch, but we didn’t mind! we understand that it is pet friendly so a little fur or hair is to be expected. overall, it was great & we would absolutely stay again!

Great house in Wilmington, DE! The house had everything we needed, from spices to zip lock bags, this charming duplex is spacious, inviting and so comfortable. The location was perfect, as our travels had us visiting suburbs of Phillie, lacrosse fields of Newcastle and the endearing community of Rehoboth beach. Meghan was a fantastic host, flexible and responsive. I look forward to hanging our hat at the this great home when we return to the Wilmington DE area again. Thanks for such wonderful hospitality!
