Quiet little scenic area perfect for a getaway. Everything was provided in abundance, like blankets and towels, and they kept watch of weather for us. This would be a definite stay again. The night time view by the fire pit was beautiful. The pictures just don’t do it justice.

We had a great stay! We especially enjoyed the backyard and the number of beds and bathrooms.

Young was one of the best parts of our stay! The house itself was gorgeous, it was clean and spacious. The bed was super comfortable. There was plenty of amenities, including towels/soaps, kitchen supplies, board games, books, and more. She even provided candies for us! We had 6 people during our stay, and we were cable to accommodate everyone. While the house was very nice, by far our favorite part of the weekend was getting to know Young and her husband! They were both so nice and greeted us with a smile whenever we saw them. She even gave us a bottle of Champagne, and brought us oranges in the morning. She was happy to help us however possible! I would recommend this place to everybody, clean house, perfect location (walkable to Aggieville and campus), and wonderful host! We can’t wait to come back and visit!

The host was quick to respond to messages. The bed was comfy and it had a great view of the lake! The host provided snacks and extra items if you forgot them at home which was very helpful. A great fire pit and the seclusion was the best part! Highly recommend if you want a unique experience outdoors!

Home was very comfortable and included all of the comforts of home. Host was quickly responsive to any messages and even accommodated us with a later check out time, which was much appreciated. Would definitely recommend and stay here again. In fact, attempted to reserve again but dates were already booked. I do plan to save this property as one of my favorites in Manhattan.

What a perfect mid winter break! When the host decorates exactly like me…even down to the homemade essential oil cleaner…I felt right at home! 😀We are already planning a spring trip back to enjoy the outdoors! It was perfect. ☀️

My stay at the Airbnb in Manhattan, Kansas, was absolutely wonderful. The space was incredibly quiet and peaceful, providing the perfect atmosphere for relaxation. The cleanliness was top-notch, with everything spotless and well-maintained. I was particularly impressed by the decor, which was thoughtfully curated and added such a cozy, inviting vibe to the entire space. Whether I was unwinding after a day of exploring the area or just enjoying a quiet moment, the ambiance made it feel like a home away from home. our stay was great! one of the most unique houses we have ever been! comfortable beds and everything you need during your stay is right there.great communication with host. overall truly 5 star experience! highly recommend it to everyone. (even it's rural place, but it has high speed Internet which worked great for online gaming)

There are some people in this world who just have a gift for making others feel welcome; as if they know exactly what would make you happy. Diane is one of those people. From her warm welcome to the bowl of chocolates to the comfy beds and bird-themed decorations, she has thought of everything. And don’t get me started on the sweetest English sheepdog that I’ve ever met. We loved our stay and hope to return!
