Our family of 5, had a great stay at this wonderful property. The host and caretakers were very kind, supportive, and went the extra mile to ensure our stay was memorable. The property is surrounded by streams and a waterfall. We hiked every day, had camp fires at night, and loved the background sound of the waterfall throughout the day and night. We did have the caretakers provide some of our meals, and the food was very good. They even gifted our children with Thai carry bags, which our children now cherish. This is a beautiful property, which is operated and maintained by an excellent staff. We will be back!

Great place, great location. I think that a cleaning lady had a day off prior to our arrival. We reported the situation to the owner and he was ready to provide immediate solutions. So that’s appreciated.

Spacious, comfortable apartment close to the old city, tucked down a quiet road. Very comfortable space, air con to cool the apartment down. It was quite noisy at night, not a major problem if you have ear plugs or sleep deeply! Fridge and washing machine a bonus. Overall, a great stay! Thank you! We’ll definitely be back, loved Chiang Mai!

This place is amazing. Umy is so helpful & supportive & responsive. She is an amazing host who has made this place with her heart. The house is practical, modern, clean & has everything you need. The swimming pool is beautiful & cleaned regularly. The kitchen has everything you need, infact more than you ever will need. The pool table is like a plus which you can enjoy after swim. Everything that is kept here is of superior quality and Umy takes care of everything from her heart and alwasy available to help you out.

Great place to stay in Chiang Mai! Clean and spacious apartment with a nice balcony, comfortable bed, and kitchen (no oven just stovetop). The shower also got hot water which is apparently quite a rarity in Thailand! Hosts were very responsive and easy to communicate with The gym, sauna, pool on the rooftop as well as the coffee shop and scooter rental place downstairs are amazing amenities to have on site. We loved the location - a 20 minute so walk to old town but close to so many amazing street food vendors outside and the area had a great local feel to it and less touristy than other areas. Also such a reasonably priced place to stay. Highly recommend!

Absolutely stunning house! Great location close to the old city but in a very quiet neighborhood. The garden is beautiful with lots of plants and flowers. The house is well designed and decorated with great aesthetic sense. The house has everything you might possibly need. The host is very responsive and easy to communicate. I stayed with my parents and my grandma for 4 days and we enjoyed it. But just be mindful that this is an old villa, so please expect things that commonly come with old houses. Window and doors are not perfectly sealed so there will be mosquitoes.
