Rimini : locations de vacances avec borne de recharge pour véhicules électriques

Con mio marito e la nostra cagnolina abbiamo soggiornato nella settimana di fine anno. La signora Miriam è stata favolosa, ci ha accolti veramente come se fossimo a casa, avendo attenzioni anche per la nostra canina. Anche il contatto telefonico con i figli è stato ottimo. L'appartamento è come in foto, la quiete regna sovrana, immerso in un bellissimo giardino. Ben collegato e in ottima posizione per molti posti interessanti da visitare anche in inverno. Un posto in cui ritornare, lo consiglio vivamente.

In due coppie abbiamo trascorso 5 notti nell'appartamento al 1. piano. Siamo stati molto bene, Maria è ben organizzata, offre assistenza sia all'arrivo che durante il soggiorno. Abbiamo occupato le due camere matrimoniali con i due bagni. C'è un comodo terrazzino, condizionatori, cucina ben dotata. La posizione è molto buona, vicino al centro storico e non si sente rumore né del treno né del traffico auto. Da consigliare.

This was a lovely apartment, and Kevin, the host, made was super communicative and helpful. The kitchen, bedrooms, and bathrooms were all well-appointed and spotlessly clean. If you want easy access to the train station or the historicl sights in Rimini (e.g. the Bridge of Tiberius, the House of the Surgeon, the Tempio Malatestiano) this is a great location. We ate well in restaurants and bars just a few minutes walk from here. When we had questions and complications with our itinerary, Kevin really helped us out. Staying here made us really appreciate Rimini, and glad we added it to our vacation.

Zona tranquilla, un po' distante dal centro, ma raggiungibile comodamente con il metromare. Appartamento comodo per 2 persone, in 3 un po' strettini ma per pochi giorni ci si adatta tranquillamente. Fornito di tutto il necessario ed Emiliano è molto disponibile.

Sehr zentral gelegen, unmittelbar unterhalb der Burg, wunderschön in der Altstadt von San Marino. Von der Terrasse aus hat man einen gigantischen Blick, den man nie vergessen wird!

Stare nella splendida casa di Gisella e Roberto è stato un piacevole momento di relax e vita familiare. Abbiamo potuto giocare in piscina, chiacchierare negli spazi ben allestiti esterni, fare pranzi e cene in uno spazio organizzato in ogni piccolo dettaglio e confort. La casa era molto pulita e aveva spazi molto ben strutturati e tutto l' occorrente per un soggiorno comodo e di gran qualità. I padroni di casa sono stati piacevoli, accoglienti e pieni di attenzioni, ci hanno dato indicazioni utili su ottimi posti dove assaggiare del buono cibo e si sono resi disponibili per ogni richiesta fatta. Consigliamo come ottimo posto per vivere il territorio immersi nelle colline marchigiane.

Wir haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Empfang war herzlich und unkompliziert, und die Sauberkeit des Hauses war makellos. Besonders der grosszügige und komplett eingezäunte Aussenbereich war ein Highlight – unsere beiden Hunde konnten dort nach Herzenslust herumtollen. Auch die Lage ist ideal, um die kulinarischen Köstlichkeiten der Marken und Emilia-Romagna zu geniessen. Die Kommunikation mit Francesco, Mariaelena und dem gesamten Team verlief reibungslos und effizient. Wir würden dieses Haus auf jeden Fall wieder buchen und können es nur weiterempfehlen!

Przepiękna okolica na spędzenie wakacji. Willa wygląda dużo lepiej niż na zdjęciach. Brak problemów z komunikacją między Marco. Ogromny ogród z dużą altanką i dużym podświetlanym basenem - wieczorem spokojnie można siąść na zewnątrz i spędzić czas w większym gronie. Dużym plusem jest udostępnienie wallbox'a do ładowania samochodu elektrycznego (z wbudowanym kablem TYP 2), ogólnie są problemy z niskim napięciem w sieci elektrycznej ale bez większej kombinacji można sobie z tym poradzić (zdarzały się spadki aż do 170V, ogólnie utrzymuje ok 200V - możliwe że we Włoszech tak po prostu jest). Serdecznie polecam każdemu! Najlepiej dla ekip w większym gronie! Chatka spokojnie daje radę!

The house is very beautiful, private and in a great environment. The host is very friendly and communicative. It can be used perfectly by a family or friends. The pool isn’t big but perfect to cool down and the beach is only 30 minutes away. You can’t really do much sightseeing in the neighbourhood, but if you are looking for a vacation to relax, then you are in the right place! Also, the house has many features such as table tennis, kicker and more. We would come back anytime!

Rosanna's apartment is much more interesting than its description. It is in the heart of Urbino, but the place is very calm and quiet. It is a detached two-story small house clinging to a steep slope. It has a miniature garden with a terrace and a spice garden. You can go out for a walk on the city wall through your garden gate. If you visit the Duke's Palace of Urbino (highly recommended), among the great views from the windows you can also admire the very scenic Rosanna house. This authentically ancient house has unexpectedly great modern amenities, carefully and cleverly designed. The hosts are worthy of a separate story. I would say you can visit Urbino just to meet such nice people, to hear Oriano's story about the city and his house. Oriano met us at the bus station and brought us to the house himself. We were just as conveniently escorted out of Urbino by him. So we never found out what other way to get to the center of the city, which is located on a steep slope. Terese

Tutto perfetto - dal check-in alla posizione e pulizia dell’alloggio. Una ottima struttura immersa nel verde, a solo 10 minuti dal mare. Carlo e Novella sono host gentilissimi, con cui avere ottime conversazioni! Grazie mille anche per i consigli sulla zona. Buonissima anche la colazione! Assolutamente da raccomandare.

Fabio ist ein toller Gastgeber. Wir haben uns in dem Haus richtig wohl gefühlt. Es ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Der Garten war toll und hat besonders den Kindern total gut gefallen. Der Pool ist ansprechend und super für eine Abkühlung an heißen Tagen. Im Garten wachsen Feigen Bäume mit super leckeren Früchten. Fabio hat uns begrüßt und verabschiedet und zwischendurch immer gefragt ob alles in Ordnung ist - ein wirklich toller Service. Sollten wir nochmal in die Region kommen ist Fabio sicher unsere erste Wahl.

L'appartamento è proprio di fronte al mare, con posto auto all'interno. Comodissimo, spazioso e con tutto quello di cui puoi avere bisogno. Perfetto per soggiorni business ma anche per soggiorni stagionali. Consigliatissimo!

Mi sono fermato a Fano con la mia famiglia per 3 giorni e ho alloggiato nell'appartamento MaRi di Marco e mi sono trovato benissimo, l'appartamento è nuovissimo, grande, comodissimo per 4 persone, dotato di tutti gli accessori, pulitissimo, comodissimo per girare i dintorni, servito da ristoranti, bar e pasticcerie. Molto bella Fano, la vicina Pesaro, e tutti i borghi limitrofi. Marco è stato molto disponibile e ospitale. Confermo il punteggio pieno delle recensioni di tutti gli altri ospiti che hanno già soggiornato nell'appartamento.

The best experience of renting a flat I've ever had! Beautiful, cozy, and clean flat. Very friendly and helpful owner! Nice neighbours. The location is excellent: very close to the main square, within walking distance to the train station. It's very quiet in the building.

Una padrona di casa esemplare, premurosa e veloce nella comunicazione. L'appartamento è molto bello, grande e fornito di un ottima cucina. Il soggiorno è stato ottimo!

Il soggiorno in questo appartamento è stato decisamente confortevole. L'appartamento è spazioso e comodo per 8 persone. C'è solo un bagno, che forse per 8 è poco, ma alla fine non è stato disagevole con un po' di organizzazione. Trovare parcheggio nel quartiere non è mai stato un problema, ma soprattutto abbiamo apprezzato la comodità nel raggiungere il centro di Rimini, la stazione o il mare in 15 minuti a piedi. Franco è sempre stato gentile e disponibile. Consiglio e raccomando.
