L'alloggio corrisponde alla descrizione, è disposto su tre piani ed è dotato di tutto il necessario sia in cucina che in bagno. Christian è davvero disponibile e si prende cura dei suoi ospiti in modo professionale e cortese. Dovendo riportare l'unica cosa "negativa" che abbiamo scoperto solo al nostro arrivo e alla quale però il proprietario sta già lavorando è la poca linea telefonica o rete per internet. Neanche usando l'hotspot de telefono è stato possibile utilizzare internet sul pc perché appunto i telefoni (di operatori diversi) non prendevano. Sarà però presto disponibile una connessione stabile, consiglio solo, in caso pensiate sia necessario, di assicurarvene. Per il resto check in e out semplicissimi, zona tranquilla ma vicino ai servizi (fermata bus proprio fuori dal cancello) e piccole accortezze che ci hanno fatti sentire a casa, come cioccolatini e una bottiglia di vino che ci sono state offerte. Stefanos Unterkunft war ein absolutes Highlight! Der Pool und der Whirlpool waren perfekt zum Entspannen, und die Lage könnte kaum besser sein. Die Wohnung war super sauber und sehr komfortabel, und Stefano war ein hervorragender Gastgeber. Meine Freunde und ich sind uns sicher dass Stefanos Unterkunft das beste Air BnB ist, in dem wir je waren! Sehr empfehlenswert!

this is by far our favourite experience ever on airbnb. the place is absolutely stunning and even better than described - it had everything we needed including an amazing speaker, which definitely made our holiday to the point we didn't even leave the place other than to go to the supermarket. the kitchen is a dream with everything that cn be possibly needed to cook amazing meals and the bedroom and bed is super comfy. Marissa is such a kind and friendly host, super responsive and flexible, it made the experience absolutely memorable. we were so sad to leave, that we're already planning to come back next year.

Bellissima casa su due piani, con ampio soggiorno, cucina molto grande e attrezzatissima. Al secondo piano 3 ampie camere da letto, con piccolo balcone, 2 bagni e un terzo al piano di sotto. Ben arredata, estremamente pulita e dotata di ogni comfort possibile. Meraviglioso il patio e il giardino esterno. Noi eravamo in 7, e la casa è stata perfetta per accogliere tutti al meglio. Roberta e la sua famiglia sono persone splendide, estremamente gentili, molto molto accoglienti e davvero disponibili! Grazie davvero con il ❤️ da tutto il team. Ringrazio Valerio per la gentilezza e la precisione. la stanza è davvero confortevole, carina, pulita e in una posizione strategica. Vicino c'è il parcheggio, il canale e il mare.

Fabio ist ein toller Gastgeber. Wir haben uns in dem Haus richtig wohl gefühlt. Es ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Der Garten war toll und hat besonders den Kindern total gut gefallen. Der Pool ist ansprechend und super für eine Abkühlung an heißen Tagen. Im Garten wachsen Feigen Bäume mit super leckeren Früchten. Fabio hat uns begrüßt und verabschiedet und zwischendurch immer gefragt ob alles in Ordnung ist - ein wirklich toller Service. Sollten wir nochmal in die Region kommen ist Fabio sicher unsere erste Wahl.

Uns hat die ruhige Lage und das Haus sehr gut gefallen. Diese Siedlung mit ca 10 Häusern liegt abseits auf einem Berg. Die Vermieterin war sehr hilfsbereit und hat uns tolle Tipps gegeben. Ich hätte gerne vorab gewusst, dass der Whirlpool zwar beheizt ist, hatte im Herbst aber eher an 30er Grade gedacht als an 18-20 Grad. Für mich auf jeden Fall zu kalt um ihn zu nutzen. Mein Fehler, da hätte ich nachfragen müssen. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet, die Betten bequem, es gab nichts was uns gefehlt hätte. In der Nähe gibt es ein fantastisches Restaurant La Greppia, das wir leider erst am letzten Abend entdeckt haben. Unbedingt die regionale Spezialität Passatelli probieren. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder, herzlichen Dank!

We loved our Holliday in Fano. The house is located on a very quiet and peaceful location. Everything you need is within a 10 minutes drive (beach/supermarket/restaurants/etc). The house itself is well decorated and has everything you need. The host(s) are very friendly and responsive. We would love to visit again!

Das Haus ist toll und Guido ist sehr freundlich. Da wir ausserhalb der Saison hier waren, war fast alles in Porto Verde geschlossen. Während der Saison ist es sicher ein wunderschönes Örtchen, wo einiges los ist! Die privaten Parkplätze sind sehr praktisch. Leider ist die Küche nicht so gut ausgestattet zum Kochen. Es wäre schön, wenn ein Staubsauger zur Verfügung stehen würde. Wir hätten gerne Mal kurz gesaugt. Alles in Allem ein wirklich tolles Haus!

Tutto perfetto!! Soggiorno e casa INCREDIBILI!

Een absolute aanrader!!! Wij hebben de ruimte geboekt om een paar dagen tot rust te komen voor onze grote bruiloft. De accommodatie was precies zoals beschreven en is heel comfortabel, rustig, en met vele voorzieningen. De host is ontzettend behulpzaam en vriendelijk, hij stuurde ons allerlei tips voor activiteiten in de buurt, reageerde heel snel op al onze vragen en kwam ons tot slot nog een mooie fles wijn brengen toen hij hoorde dat wij later die week gingen trouwen. Echt heel lief. Wij komen heel graag nog eens terug!

Questo alloggio è stato il migliore in cui siamo stati! La proprietaria, con cui ho chattato, è stata super disponibile, chiara e trasparente. Il proprietario che ci ha accolto per il check-in ci ha fatti sentire a casa e ci ha spiegato come usare tutto ciò che la casa offre. Sono entrambi molto amichevoli, pazienti e accoglienti. La casa è fantastica e dotata di ogni comodità: lavastoviglie, lavatrice, phon, microonde, forno e fornelli a induzione. Ogni stanza ha una TV con abbonamento Netflix, il che è stato un grande plus. La doccia è moderna e stupenda. All'esterno c'è un grande spazio verde e una vasca idromassaggio super rilassante. Mi è dispiaciuto non poter usare la zona barbecue, ma spero di riuscirci la prossima volta, perché sicuramente tornerò. Questo posto è davvero speciale!

Maison magnifique, emplacement, propreté, équipement...tout est parfait. En plus Paolo est adorable, très réactif aux messages et arrangeant. Je conseille vivement cette maison.
