Great place to stay. I would say that it’s more geared towards couples rather than families as it’s located next to a large club. The beach was nice and the hotel staff were very friendly. We did have two nights where music was playing extremely loud. This was not the hotels fault but something to be aware of. It was very walkable but far enough out of the city to be a little more peaceful. The only other part that got annoying was there are a lot of guys that try to sell you drugs constantly outside of the hotel property which got a little annoying. Overall confortable place to stay. Just a few things to be aware of.

Beautiful location! The photos in the description do not do it justice! Had very easy access to beach! Mar’s home was comfortable, and we slept very well listening to the sound of the ocean! Mar provided great recommendations for restaurants and a guide for whale watching! We needed the ability to cook for our toddler, and we were able to do that with no issues. Our favorite part was drinking coffee while taking in the views. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and would highly recommend Mars home.

Great location and amazing view!! Loved the hammocks and outdoor furniture- Comfortable and great big table for playing games. Restaurant had good drinks and food and all the staff were super friendly and always helpful! Rooftop pool wasn’t open but we still hung up there for the views and hot tub. Would definitely return!

Absolutely a perfect location with perfect view of the ocean. Host was great to respond! The grounds are immaculate and the most beautiful foliage with wonderful location to town and beach.

What an Amazing place!! This was our second time staying at Villa Gaviotas, and will not be our last! Always an amazingly relaxing experience. The house is spacious with lots of various areas to hang out. We were a group of 9 adults and never felt on top of each other. Elsa the house & grounds keeper is so Wonderful. She is so nice and friendly and always quick to respond and willing to help! Elsa is one of the reasons we came back, always a pleasure to see her and she really makes you feel at home. This is a beautiful Mexican style house. The heated pool was a lovely alternative to swimming in the ocean! The quiet beach is so peaceful and serene. We saw whales jumping in the ocean almost everyday!! There are so many delicious restaurants, grocery, and markets all within walking distance of the house. Villa Gaviotas really does feel like our Home away Home!! You will not be disappointed!

Amazing for a family vacation. We loved the space, inside & out. The pool was refreshing & the morning birdsong was awesome for waking up and having coffee. The location is a twosided coin - so private, so quiet, so safe! So, you have to walk a few blocks to get out of the neighborhood & from there, anything is a short walk: oxxo, restaurants, taco stands, beach, pilates. We rented bikes once & rode to the tuesday market. We walked daily to the 3.14 plaza, but we didnt get used to the prices. Some are higher end regional chain restaurants. La Ola was cheaper & more casual, so we ate there multiple times. The taco stands are the best but only open 8-2. Fibba Beach is a beautiful public beach & was a great walk when we stopped half way for breakfast. We walked 10 minutes more up the beach to Etc Beach Club to buy drinks (the closer pub is under construction). Took an uber home from that location. Ubers were all easy/cheap. Gained our bearings & had to go home. Guidebook would help. :)

Wonderful location to explore Corral del Risco and Punta Mita. Very relaxing complex with 30+ meter swimming pool and a large splash pad for young children. A 2-minute walk to several excellent restaurants. Secure complex, but also easy to get in and out.

This home was a magical paradise. My dream home I never knew I had! Kitchen has every tool you need to cook. Restrooms had everything you need even full size shampoo and conditioner. Had plenty of towels for shower and pool use. Pool was crystal clean! Loved the access to the beach going downstairs. Loved every bit of the decoration. So much space! Great comfortable beds and pillows. Loved that there was AC in all the rooms and living room! Enjoyed every moment in this house! I wish I could have stayed longer! Hope to be able to return one day soon.

The location is perfect and the place is very nice.

Grand Venetian complex is very safe, clean and has lots to offer. The unit is basic, comfortable and meets one’s needs. The host and his team were very attentive. We totally recommend it.

Wow. Amazing stay and outstanding hosting from Janet. We needed a last minute place and Janet went way above and beyond to make it happen for us. The place was incredible. Right on the beach. Full kitchen. Big tub. Beautiful vibes. King bed. Great housekeeper. Restaurant and bar with live music right across the street but still quiet inside. We had a chef come cook meals and he had everything he needed in the kitchen. You can hear the surf from the house at night. You are close to the action but it is really peaceful and quiet inside. Janet was quick with all of her responses and worked really hard to help us sort out the last minute stay. Thank you, Janet. Can’t recommend this place enough. Hope to make it back soon.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The condo has a great view from both bedrooms. Very clean with some newer appliances. Comfortable furniture inside and on the deck. The pools are super nice. The pool bar/restaurant has great food and drink. The beach is great for walking. The staff are very helpful, patient, and kind. There is a couple putting greens and the gym is well kept with good options for working out.

My group had a wonderful stay! Melissa was very helpful and friendly! The place was absolutely amazing, very private and peaceful. Would come again, would recommend to anyone.

My family and I had an amazing stay! The location was perfect—everything was within walking distance, which made exploring so convenient. The amenities were fantastic, especially the pools, which were clean and well-maintained. We also had a blast with the foosball and pool table. The place was comfortable, well-kept, and exceeded our expectations. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and are already looking forward to coming back. Highly recommend!

My family and I, loved the condo…it was beautiful beach front with spectacular views and sunset! Will most definitely visit again in the future!! Located conveniently within walking distance of restaurants, bars and beach! Had a wonderful stay!

La casa esta en un condominio que tiene atencion increible. Todas las personas de servicio en veneros tienen un nivel de servicio que supera las expectativas. La senora Flor y Adrian son increibles personas que todo el tiempo nos atendieron.

Wonderful location and layout for our family of 8. Walking distance to our favorite restaurants, great pool options & onsite menu. The pickleball court is under construction, so that was a bummer as we’d brought paddles and were drawn to this accommodation because of this option. It will be a great set up once it’s completed.

L'appartement est très tranquille avec vue sur la montagne. Il est bien aménagé, moderne, propre et confortable. Comme le balcon est situé coté colline il est moins exposé au soleil. C'est ce qui fait qu'on a pu en profiter davantage. Tout ce dont nous avions besoins pour notre séjour était disponible. Nous avons trouvé très pratique la disponibilité dans l'appartement d'une laveuse/sécheuse. A notre arrivé l'hote avait mis à notre disposition un contenant de 20 litres d'eau potable. Le seul inconvénient est le mini-frigo situé sous le comptoir. Il n'est pas pratique pour un séjour de plus longue durée. Par contre l'hote m'a informé qu'il préparait un projet de réaménagement de la cuisine afin de remplacer le mini-frigo par un refrigerateur plus grand et plus conventionnel. Le complexe est situé tout près de la mer à 2 pas d'une très belle plage et tout près du centre d'un village paisible et sécuritaire ainsi que d'une superbe marina.

My family and I just returned from Pacifico 406 and are still feeling the joy we experienced there. The home was superb, from the quiet, peaceful and private surroundings, the comfortable beds, and incredible stocked kitchen. The location was ideal! Anahai who took meticulous care of the home coming every day to clean the kitchen, and baths, launder towels or personal laundry was the most gracious and kind woman on the planet. Helping make arrangements for cars to pass through the security gates, arrange grocery list to be delivered and just answer basic questions for people new to the area. the only thing we wanted was more time there. We are already planning when we can return to paradise. Thank you to Maria and Anahai for all they did to make our trip so fabulous!

great location. quiet location near the beach but very walkable to town. comfortable and spacious. very comfortable bet and soft sheets.

We loved our stay at Casa Blanca and hope to return again. Our toddler loved the pool and it was so lovely to be right on the beach. Walkable to cafes and restaurants and friendly hosts and other guests.
