We really enjoyed our recent stay at this condo in the gated community of Punta Mita. The condo is as pictured and beautifully decorated. There is a huge outdoor patio with different seating areas. The two main bedrooms are very spacious and the small bunk room is suitable for a small child. The daily breakfast was delicious and such as nice treat. This condo is located close to town and central to many of the beach clubs, walking/biking path etc. which made it easy to get around by bike or golf cart. The condo building itself was a bit noisy given it was spring break so many families and kids/teens around but this made it fun for our kids also. This unit does not face the pool, rather it faces the road which can be a bit noisy especially in the mornings with the various delivery and 'work' trucks. Our Concierge was very responsive and helpful and would get back to me within minutes to help out. Highly recommend Vallarta Rentals.

Dave’s condo was wonderful. Beautifully decorated and comfortable. Very clean and had all the comforts of home. Had everything you need to make a meal or sit back and relax. We had a wonderful stay and will highly recommend. Can’t wait to come back!

Peter and Raquel were incredibly responsive and helpful. The unit was even better than the photos and the property was gorgeous. The unit was squeaky clean as were the common areas and pools. I would not hesitate to return!

C’était notre deuxième séjour au Delcanto et nous n’avons pas été déçus de retourner dans ce complexe. Nous avons eu la chance de passé un mois dans le condo d’Isabelle et ce fut un séjour très agréable à tous les points de vue. L’appartement était propre et les quelques petits ajustements que nous avons eu à faire ont vite été réglés par Paloma, la représentante sur place. La chambre des maîtres est très grande et dispose d’une salle de bain avec douche, vanité double et toilette. La deuxième chambre est équipée de deux lits double et d’une salle de bain avec douche. Le rangement est amplement suffisant et les chambres ont l’air climatisé ainsi qu’un ventilateur au plafond. La literie et les serviettes étaient propres et en quantité suffisante. La cuisine est équipée convenablement avec une salle de lavage attenante. Les services dans le complexe sont variés et le personnel est dévoué et efficace. La propreté est remarquable dans tous les espaces publiques. Nous y retournerons!

My family celebrated our Mums 80th birthday here and it was the perfect place for us all to gather and enjoy our time. The condo is beautiful, clean, and the hosts and property manager were very responsive to any concerns. There were 8 of us so the four rooms worked well all with their own washroom. One room is much smaller than all the others with a full/double bed. We knew this going in and gave the couple in that room a discount from the shared price as it has much less space. The setting is beautiful and the beach is stunning. The most important thing is that is was a perfect spot to create some amazing family memories. We hope to be back!

The place was beautiful. We had some minor issues on arrival due to the previous guest breaking one of the glass windows to the sliding door, but they were able to fix the door and tried to accommodate the stay as best as they could due to the circumstances. Overall, they were very helpful and kind in communicating different things in their booking instructions such as restaurants, popular places, etc. The location is in a beautiful area if you don't mind the hills during your walks. Uber was very easy to use and had no issues finding the Airbnb's location. The community pool was beautiful as well. Overall, it was a great stay!

Great location. Easy walk to the beach. Devin was responsive to any questions. Cleaning crew came in weekly and did a great job. Really enjoyed our stay.

Sin duda volvería, es un lugar donde realmente puedes descansar, si vives en una ciudad con mucho ruido en verdad aquí te irá de maravilla, además tiene una bonita vista y el aire con brisa es realmente agradable, además Adriana y su equipo siempre están al pendientes.

The condo was exactly as depicted in the listing and the photos. Only thing left out was how wonderful the staff is!! From security, to cleaning, to restaurant staff, everyone was extremely helpful and friendly. Spend the money on the private massage!!!

We enjoyed our 2 month stay. Nancy’s condo is great for 4 persons. There is an air bed if you have 6 guests. We dealt with many small issues ( I think successfully). Too bad the community pool was not heated as it was too cold in December to swim in. Nice walking distance to the beach. Beach chairs and umbrella were appreciated. The string chair on the balcony was a favorite! The kitchen is small but we made it work. The WiFi was excellent and Netflix worked well. The beds were comfortable. More and more restaurants are opening close to this condo development. The grounds are attractive and well kept. Nancy was always prompt communicating with us! Her maid was very pleasant.

Me senti como en casa, todo tal cual aparece en la descripción y las imágenes, oscar fue un Excelente anfitrión. De la zona de la estancia estan como a 20 minutos las playas esmeralda que sin duda fue .i favorita, tambien gemelas y mismaloya. Puerto vallarta fue un excelente lugar para vacacionar

This is a great modern condo with everything you need for your stay. Minutes from the beach and great restaurants. Also an amazing rooftop pool with a great view of the bay & Puerto Vallarta. Worth the stay! N

5 stars all around. The condo is well appointed, comfortable and clean. The beds were comfortable, and though condo is by the pool (all the condos are), it is 5 floors up and quiet. We had 5 people- it was nice to all have our own space. We didn’t realize that one bdrm/bath is separate from the main condo, but it worked well for us. One key opens both and there’s a locked gate outside so you can keep the doors open to be more connected. Lots of plates, glasses, pans etc. We loved using the boogie boards. Villa de Estancia is very nice and well-kept. The pool never felt crowded and the beach is nice. We walked to dinner in Bucerias every night- found some great restaurants. We also walked to the grocery store-a 20 min walk. I had a cpl minor questions for Andrea, and she was very helpful and responded quickly. The resort service is great but we did have trouble checking in - room wasnt ready until 5 and check out line took 30 mins. Wouldn’t keep us from returning. Overall, amazing stay

We stayed for 9 days and the place was exactly what we needed. Desirable location close to our family - personal circumstance, but also beside the main grocery store, short walk to the beach, beside 2 taxi stands and easy to walk (or cheap taxi when tired) to restaurants and the market. The place was spacious and decently furnished with access to extra linens/supplies, the pool was great and the people in the building were also very friendly and helpful. There is also a rooftop patio you can access and get nice views - perfect for watching the sunrise or set! We would definitely stay here again.

The perfect distance for everything PV has to offer! Super walkable as an individual male. Garbo jazz room across the street was an absolute gem. Upscale and wonderful La palapa and el dorado down the street were a great stop, and you can walk either direction along the beach for a perfect beach day. — Incredibly walkable —. Loved the stay

Loved this Airbnb! The place actually is better in person. Everything is clean, it feels homey and the views from the rooftop are amazing. Not to mention really great hosts. Awesome communication and so helpful. The place is close enough to everything but far enough for peace and quiet. Loved it and will be staying here again when I’m back in PV. Thank you Lara!

Beautiful 3 bedroom 3 full bath condo. Very modern and new. Peaceful building / neighborhood. Lovely pool with Jacuzzi. Host was very friendly / active. Definitely recommend! Cheap ride into city for night life

Ralph and Mark were very easy to work with. They provided all the necessary info up front to help take the guesswork out of coming there. The condo was perfect the size, perfect location, with a beautiful view. Alfredo was very welcoming and accommodating. We would definitely request this bnb again!
