The condo is in a great location, just across from a beach and easily walkable to downtown. The place was exactly as described. It's spacious and had everything we needed. A minor repair was needed, and Amark responded immediately and had someone out to resolve it in less than 24 hours! We really enjoyed our stay.

Our stay at Karl’s place was absolutely amazing for our big family trip! The house was fully stocked with everything we needed, making it feel like a true home away from home. From the cozy atmosphere to the thoughtful amenities, everything was perfect for a relaxing vacation. One of the best parts about this stay was the great location, just a quick drive to beautiful beaches and plenty of fantastic places to eat. Whether we wanted a beach day or to explore local restaurants, everything was super convenient. A special highlight of our trip was Felix, who lives downstairs. We spent so much time talking with him, learning about the different plants around the property, and admiring his incredible artwork. His knowledge and hospitality truly made our experience unforgettable. Overall, this was a 10/10 stay, and we would absolutely return. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a welcoming, well-located, and well-equipped getaway!

Perfect place for us in Rincon! We stayed here for 5 nights and I can’t think of a better place! Apartment is a very short walk to the beach and many top restaurants and bars! We rented a car for our stay to explore the area and street parking was very easy for us. The apartment is beautiful, spacious and comfortable and we were so grateful to be welcomed with beach towels, a cooler, umbrella and chairs! We spent a lot of our time hanging out on the balcony which was such a nice bonus! Highly recommend this spot! Thank you :)

This was our second-consecutive year staying in Luis' building but different unit. We were in the rear unit this time. We wanted to stay there again because the property is in a great location, across the road from a food court and a short walk to the beautiful beach and the restaurants of Jobos. I'm so confident that we will return that I left my golf clubs there. The historic Borinquen golf course, with its majestic views, is only a 20-minute drive away in Aguadilla. Luis is a great host and maintains a clean property.

Beautiful view! Awesome plunge pool. Walkable to the Beach House or the Lazy Parrot for food, 2 minute drive to Sandy Beach and awesome food and drinks at Tamboo. I will definitely stay there again soon. It felt very homey!

Perfect location! Just a short walk to Crash Boat Beach, which was ideal. Rafael provided clear instructions and was very responsive to any questions. The place was very clean and had everything we needed for a great stay.

I had an incredible stay at La Casita Fraysa! The place was spotless, cozy, and beautifully decorated, making it feel like a home away from home. The host was super welcoming, responsive, and ensured I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was great—peaceful yet close to everything I needed. Gabriel is an excellent communicator, when a question arose Gabriel was very quick to respond and also helped with some recommendations. The house comfortably fit myself and family of eight, plenty of seats to sit and lounge. The coffee station was a hit with my family. Access to a washer and dryer was very helpful. The outside area was our favorite by far. Having access to an outdoor grill, pool, hot tub and basketball court was perfect. The location was close to all the best beaches- crash boat, jobos, and montones just to name a few.

This house is absolutely beautiful! Exactly like the pictures. The pool is a huge bonus for days you just want to stay home and relax. It is 3 minutes from the airport which is a huge plus! Supermarket, gas station, restaurants, etc are all within a minute or 2 from the house. The host was super friendly and responsive! Whatever we needed, they were always available. I definitely recommend this Airbnb and will stay again in the near future for sure!

Airbnb was very nice. Very clean and up to par with what was listed in the description and photos. Definitely meant for a couple. Orlando was quick with responses and helpful. The only problem was that the wifi was not working however the host stated he is working on it. This airbnb is high up in the mountains and driving into it is on a steep hill. If you're not used to driving on the islands it may be challenging, I'd suggest renting a jeep.

This is my second time staying at one of Brian’s Airbnbs! Everything was so clean and immaculate. This location is moments to everything. I will definitely be returning and honestly, I’m excited to try another one of Brian’s properties.

We had a great stay here. The location was perfect for our family. We enjoyed the pool daily and sunset walks on the beach. The apartment is spacious and has all the amenities you need! We loved having the beach toys/towels/chairs. The kitchen had everything as well.

the place was perfect for my wife and i..everything we needed was in the studio.nice peaceful spot.waterfront was awesome..the Thursday nights festivals downtown rincon are live..the vw bus coffee spot(daily dose) have the best ice coffee.the local beaches are very nice . host was quick to respond with answers and suggestions. will definitely come back...we loved it...

we had a great time on the roof-top and would come again! Although the beach is beautiful, there were very few people there, which we loved. as far as we know there are no shops/restaurants within close walking distance so for that one should plan ahead.

Horacio's condo was exactly as described. It was comfortable for the three of us and had everything we needed in terms of amenities, kitchen equipment, and comfortable beds. The location is great. It's right across the street from the Rincon town beach and an easy walk to beautiful Dona Lala's beach and the town central square. Many other beaches are within a short drive. The patio, pool and outdoor shower were very nice. David

Erica was an amazing host. She provided a great guide, was very responsive, helpful, and friendly. The apartment was way more beautiful in person than in the pictures. It was also very clean and tidy as were the property grounds and pool area. The back is literally right there and the sunsets were amazing. I highly recommend this property. The only thing to consider is that there is no elevator so I would reconsider if you are traveling with little ones or people who have a hard time going up the stairs.

Das Appartement war ein Traum! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und Francisco hat immer schnell auf Nachrichten reagiert. Würde es jeden empfehlen hier zu übernachten!

This was our third time to the island and we loved our stay. Great location, friendly neighbors. We had an issue with the shower but it was fixed right away. I felt like the cleaning could have been a little better as well as more utensils in the kitchen. Overall a very nice location and stay. Highly recommend.
