On an impromptu ski trip to Vermont, we were very lucky to find that this apartment was available. Around a 25 minute drive from Stratton and a 30 minute drive from Mt Snow, it is a great base from which to take your daily trips to the mountains. It was also a wonderful slice of home to return to in the evenings. The apartment is warm and cozy, the hot tub outside is the perfect panacea for sore skiing legs, and the comfortable beds provide the rest you need to do it all again the next day. Located on a hilltop farm, the surrounding area is beautiful -- views of rolling hills and mountains in the distance surround you. Nothing like enjoying your morning coffee on the deck and watching the dawn mist dissipate with the rising sun. Robert and his family were very considerate, leaving us with all sorts of helpful tips for enjoying the local amenities. However, they also gave us plenty of privacy, allowing us to truly savor the tranquility of their home property. Wonderful experience!

We had an excellent time at Brad’s beautiful home. Beds were very comfortable, enough hot water for several showers, and all of the cooking ware you would need! Well these things are what catch our attention when traveling for work. Brad is an awesome guy and fantastic host. He was there from time to time, and there was never an awkward moment. He is very personable and easy going. I would stay here 10 out of 10 times when passing through.

Place rules, hot tub is nice. Water pressure in shower could be a bit better but overall a great stay

Creation station is a very unique, warm, and inviting space. My partner and I are both musicians and appreciated that there was a stage and instruments right there in the space. We also went for the enchanted forest walk behind the guest house when we returned back from seeing some live music at night – with the lights twinkling and the moon shining above, it was very magical. Apple the dog greeted us and played with my dog (which was great since he gets anxious when we’re away from home and does much better when he’s worn out). As a creative person, I really appreciate meeting other kindred folks, so meeting John was a real treat. Furthermore, I messaged John after I returned home and realized I’d left my cell phone charger, and I received it in the mail just a couple of days later. I would definitely stay here again.

I give this place 10/10. The house was amazing! It was immaculate and soo well stocked. The kitchen was free of any clutter but had everything we needed. The host was unbelievably responsive w/ anything we asked. We can’t wait to go back!

Ginny’s farmhouse was a perfect home away from home for our family (including our dog) visiting our daughter nearby. Everything was warm, comfortable, lived-in yet very clean, and best of all, Ginny was so responsive and flexible with us when the heavy snow changed our plans. We enjoyed the hot tub, comfortable beds, use of a full kitchen, record player, and games.

This house is incredibly comfortable and well equipped. The location is lovely and private. We came for relaxation and with the fire pit and the hot tub we got our money's worth. My friends who are great cooks enjoyed the gas stove and some very well seasoned cast iron pans. Come here and enjoy the natural light and comfy space.

We felt like we were in a historic charming New England home, with all of the amenities of a modern resort. Outside, you can relax on the deck, watch birds and butterflies in the wildflowers and the little frogs in the lily pond. If it rains, there's a screened in porch for eating and lounging. Judith even left us apples to feed the three horses up the hill in the pasture. The house is in a beautiful rural neighborhood and there's Atkins Farm nearby that supplied us with everything we needed for a little pre-wedding breakfast - including great sandwiches and apple cider donuts. There were a lot of sleeping options for guests and the house was spotlessly clean. It was so convenient for a familty gathering and for our daughter's wedding at the Red Barn at Hampshire College. Judith took the time to answer our questions by text and phone before we arrived and she left us a long, detailed instruction letter. We look forward to another stay in the near future. We had a great stay at Lilac Ridge! The house was near and spacious, plenty of room for our family. We stayed in quite a bit and enjoyed the farm (including a visit with the calves!) and the house. The little farm stand had some nice things, including fresh eggs, maple syrup, honey, and soap, all local. Ross and Amanda were super responsive and took care of all our needs. Thanks so much!

We stayed a few nights with our pups. I loved the decor choices and overall vibe of this charming older home. Bellow Falls is a super cute town. We appreciated the coffee and snacks provided as well. The bed was a bit too hard for my husband and I but it was doable for a few nights. I left a personal item after I checked out and hosts kindly mailed it back. 5 stars overall :)

It was very peaceful, great get away from the city. Good for the dogs. The copper tub is amazing, we could not get enough of it. And the dual showers felt so good. It felt very homey. Mr. John was a a great host.

I stayed at Katherine's during renovations on my house in a nearby town. I appreciated her flexibility and the fact that she also accommodated my dogs as the experience has been challenging for all of us. The location of Katherine's property is easy to find and very close to Brattleboro for most things you would need during your stay.

We came up to Joan's lovely cottage for a peaceful, hiking Christmas vaca and it was absolutely perfect. Joan was a wonderful host, very friendly and generous. We wish Joan was our granny too! Granny camp was comfy, cozy, on a beautiful lake, with lots to do in surroundings areas. Would love to come back in the summer! Thank you!

I genuinely don't know what to say other than the fact that this may be one of the greatest places I've had the honor to lodge at. I did a lot of vetting across New England to find a wonderful place that could sleep a decent amount of people, provide a scenic and comfortable escape, and keep us entertained. Sarah's wonderful Stone and Sky Lodge exceeded every expectation I just listed. It's cozy, warm, and feels like a hidden nook! The scenery and nature couldn't be more beautiful. I never got the pleasure to meet Sarah, though I wish I did. Over messages and from what my friends told me, I just know that Sarah is the most hospitable and kind host that I've talked with in a while, and I hope that next time I can thank her personally. From my friends and I, we thank you for sharing your home with us. If you think that the excellent reviews are too good to be true, don't. This IS the truth, and I can't wait to have another reason to come back to this wonderful treasure of a place.

The Rock River Retreat was a perfect spot for our family of three. We were looking for a few days of skiing, and relaxation and Maia’s Airbnb was the perfect base. The place was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. We hope to visit again soon!

We have been going to Sandpond every year for as long as I can remember. We love the lake and the area. Claudia's cabins provide us the ability to join our family there and have our own space. We absolutely love it and are already looking forward to next year!!

Super comfortable apartment with thoughtful details left by host and great location - a perfect stay!

This place is simply incredible. A vintage mid century modern gem overlooking a lovely farm with mountains on the horizon. The pictures don't do it justice. The kitchen is incredibly well stocked with everything you could desire to host large family get togethers. Philip was extremely responsive and friendly throughout. My only regret is not knowing how to play the piano. We can't wait to come back in the warmer months to see the farm and garden in full effect. 10/10 recommend.

Large house in a very remote area. Approximately 70 acres. It was very relaxing and was nice to enjoy the pool which was professionally cleaned before arrival. The master bath has an incredible view of the mountains and an enormous shower. Pool table was fun and well taken care of. We stayed on probably one of the hotter weekends and the house cooled down at night pretty well just by opening the windows. Most rooms had ceiling fans if no other fans were provided. I can imagine this house would be amazing in the winter or fall too. With the screened in fireplace room and additional fire place inside the main house. You’re also close to 2 ski mountains each about 18 miles away. I could see myself renting again in the future. Thanks again

Enjoyed our stay. Frank and Manon greeted us and were very friendly. The place was clean, quiet and very comfortable. The refrigerator was very well stocked!! Highly recommend!!

This was a wonderful stay for myself, daughter and two rambunctious grandsons. We all loved the farm experience and enjoyed visiting the animals... peacock, rabbitts, chickens galore, ducks, goats, donkeys, horses and cows! The trampoline and two playstructures plus sand box were fantastic! The hosts, Roger and Melissa, were very welcoming and encouraged us to explore. Having the farm store right on the property was a bonus!

We had a very relaxing stay. Plenty of space to stretch out. Located within 10-15 min. of Keene State activities, the purpose of our trip. Bryan was a wonderful host. Very responsive. Instructions were clear, directions very helpful. Everything we needed!!

Perfect location for walking downtown and exploring the surrounding areas. The home is inviting, and the couch and beds are very comfortable. Instructions are clear and easy, and Sue has a notebook full of wonderful local recommendations. Our family of four felt very much at home and would definitely return.

Neat and spacious apartment in a super convenient location walking distance to everything we wanted to do. I appreciated that there wasn't a ridiculous list of checkout chores and all of the hosts instructions were very clear.
