We recently had the pleasure of staying at Sonido Del Sol, and I can't recommend it highly enough! The casita was absolutely beautiful—spacious, impeccably clean, and tastefully decorated. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, from kitchen essentials to cozy linens. Jeff, our host, was wonderful! He was attentive, friendly and quick to communicate. If you're looking for a place to stay in Taos, this is definitely one of the best options. I can't wait to return!

I can’t say enough about Kitty and Joe! They are delightful, so helpful with any request and the location is everything and more than we hoped for. Quiet, beautiful views, lots of hiking nearby. We have already signed up to come back next summer! If you love a semi rural, quiet home within 15 minutes of excellent restaurants, grocery stores, cultural activities, etc this casita is perfect.

Serene, peaceful, and accessible to all that we wanted in a New Mexico vacation. Quiet little town, beautiful surroundings. Linnah's lodgings were charming and functional, with lots of ways to relax and entertain ourselves. My 6-year-old daughter says that it was great to not have a tv, and the games provided were all we needed! We hope to return someday!

Our stay at Sanjay’s house exceeded our expectations. The house is both beautiful and unique and ideal for a large family or two families to share. We were impressed with the cleanliness and how well stocked the house was to make our stay comfortable. The addeded benefits of the house having a hot tub and a fire pit with an amazing view of the mountains made for even a more unique experience. The house also has two wood fire ovens which were not only fun to use, but added additional heat to the house which was lovely. Our family has three boys and the second floor was perfect for them to have their own space and living room to hook up their PlayStation…a wonderful amenity for everyone to have their own space at the end of a long day skiing. We highly recommend Sanjay’s house and are already planning our next stay!

We loved our stay here! The views were stunning, the accommodations as cozy and home-away-from-home as promised, Tommy was responsive and helpful, and it was convenient to explore Taos and the surrounding area. It truly was a vacation escape with all the comforts and ease of home. Only about 20-30 min to Taos Ski Valley and never more than 10-15 minutes to spots in town. Serene and private, it really felt like a gift to be able to stay here. We’ll be back!

Our stay at the casita far exceeded our expectations. I wish we had at least one more night. I loved the personal touches like the decor, fireplace, original hardwood floors, and carpentry touches like the handmade bed frames and wood window sill in the kitchen. The soaps they provided smelled amazing. The place was clean and spacious. My 13 year old loved the “old” rotary phone in the kitchen. This was a perfect spot to end our New Mexico road trip. We had the pleasure of meeting Phillip on our way out and he was such a joy to chat with! We hope to be back soon now that we’ve discovered the beauty of Taos. This location was perfectly placed, away from the hustle and bustle of the plaza construction but still close to everything we wanted to see. Can’t recommend enough!

I hope this was the first of many trips back to Taos and a stay in this incredible home. My family and I loved everything about it. The hot tub and horseshoe pit were instant hits!! The landscape was beautiful. The stars were endless. The mountains were a beautiful back drop for the sunrise. We are all smitten. This felt exactly how I wanted to feel in New Mexico. Can't wait to go back!!

Amazing place with thoughtful hospitality! We especially liked the provided logs for the kiva, as well as being surrounded by plants and flowers inside the place. It was very clean and cozy. Wish we could have stayed longer!

This place is great if you want to be in the heart of Taos! Super friendly and accommodating hosts. Everything is labeled with clear instructions. We are a family with 2 adults and 4 kids. Everyone had a bad and that was great, I will say though that the location was not ideal for our situation.

We loved staying at Abeille's place. It was very well located and quite private. My boys enjoyed the space and used all the accommodations. This is a great place to stay and Abeille had all kinds of natural products (shampoo, cleaner, soap) to use for all our daily needs. The kitchen was fully stocked and we enjoyed some great tee. We had a great time at this place! Highly recommended. Did I mention the sunrise?!? Yes, a great way to start the day. The sun greets you through the many windows that face South/East.

We had a great getaway at CasAlegre Taos! This is a lovely, cozy well-appointed condo between the town of Taos and Arroyo Seco NM on the way to the Taos Ski Valley. We came for a a few days of skiing, rest and great mountain views. All delivered! Easy to get to and amenities like pickle ball and pool/spa close by --

We had an amazing stay at Mike's place! The views were absolutely stunning, both day and night. We loved how convenient everything was, especially the easy access to Taos Ski Valley. The hot tub was a perfect way to relax after a day of exploring. His place was well-equipped with everything we needed, making our stay even more enjoyable. We highly recommend this place and would absolutely stay here again!

Page was great. Very responsive with clear instructions. Her place is right above a restaurant—perfect because they close early and it’s super quiet at night. Perfect kitchen with everything we needed. Easy to walk around Taos…literally right outside front door. And drive to Taos Ski Valley was short and quick. Will def stay here again!

Sadie's place was perfect for our weekend stay in Taos. Clean, comfortable, close to the historic district. Sadie & Michael were communicative and kind. Would definitely stay again.

Cozy, great location to the plaza, great kitchen with all we needed! Also so great to have a hot tub after a day on the slopes!

We had a very comfortable and wonderful stay here. We plan to visit Taos once a year and thus will be our main place to look for a booking next year.

If you are looking for a quiet, cozy get away with options to explore, this is the place. We visited nearby Chama, drove an hour to Pagosa Springs and took a day trip to Santa Fe. We had a snow day and filled it with a walk over to the pond, then hiked down to the river. The view was spectacular as mid-March snow blanketed everything so beautifully that even the boulders and fallen trees were stunning. Right before dinner, we watched a family of deer cross the path in front of our place. Everything was nothing short of perfect. Our host has carefully curated the cabin herself, making us all feel welcome and at home. We enjoyed quality family time, cooking on evenings we stayed in and played games, with the comforting sound of a crackling fire. All of MJ’s thoughtful touches were much appreciated. There is even a cooler with ice packs, as she knows instinctively that a picnic and a hike here is a must. We had everything we needed & MJ was very responsive. 10 out of 10, highly recommend.

Pam’s place is great. Very comfortable and in a great location. Can walk to a ton of places. Has a big parking lot. The neighbors are friendly. I will definitely stay there again.

Condo was clean, well-appointed and perfectly adequate for a stay of a few days in Taos. It's more like a hotel room with a Murphy bed and kitchenette; however, it did appear to have been recently remodeled and updated. The resort has a game room, pool, communal kitchen, lounge area and laundry available for use. The location of the property is walking distance to the plaza, Kit Carson Park, and many other restaurants and attractions. The price seemed a bit high for the actual room, but it was a holiday week so I'm sure that had some bearing on the price.
