We stayed here with two young kids and four adults and it was wonderful. There were ample beds to sleep on. The hosts were friendly and responsive. The location is amazing. I would absolutely stay here again (we are already talking about doing the same vacation next year)! My only comment for potential guests - there are really only 2 rooms and a loft that has 2 bunk beds and another full bed. This was slightly inconvenient because there is no door to the stairs of the loft, so when the adults wanted to stay up later and hang out in the living room, it was hard to isolate the noise from where the young kids were. This likely wouldn't be a problem with older kids though! Radiant heating would also be useful in this space, although it seemed like a space heater was an option.

Gabriel’s place is great for families with kids-my toddler didn’t want to leave! It’s such a cute, walkable area of Santa Cruz- very close to multiple beaches! The outdoor area is a dream for nice weather! I liked that there was a variety of living areas so if you went with extended family everyone could have their own space. Definitely recommend!

What you see is what you get! This really is a Fairy Palace. The house is located in a VERY peaceful setting well off the street in the forest. If the house were located in a normal subdivision it might seem a bit "weird". But given it's remote location and charming landscaping it somehow makes sense :) Rezan is very responsive and helpful. The home is larger than the pictures suggest and is very clean and functional. It would be great for a family exploring the area or like me, a traveler looking for peace and quiet to do a bit of business. Only things I would point out are that Rezan actually lives in the apartment below. So you don't have the entire property to yourself. And, I'm not sure what the outdoor cameras see, but one of them is aimed right at the large living room window. So you can't help but feel eyes are on you. Other than that, everything was as advertised. Enjoy!

We had a wonderful stay at Ali’s home. They were very responsive to all questions and requests. The location was perfect, very walkable to downtown and also the boardwalk, but private and peaceful at the same time. A perfect spot to explore and enjoy Santa Cruz!

This place was beautiful and walking distance to The Boardwalk. Very clean with an airy feel. Nice amenities, great closets and lovely jacuzzi bath in the master. Definitely recommend!!

The Seacliff Family Beach House is clean, tastefully appointed and within walking distance to beautiful Seacliff State Beach and the cute shops around it. The neighborhood is quiet and there is easy access to a lovely park and pumper track which was great for our six year old. My son and I stayed here with my parents and were very comfortable. The kitchen is well-stocked with everything a home cook needs and there are boogie boards, a beach wagon and fire pit available to use. Very family friendly property. I would highly recommend and would return for another stay.

Ronnie was great about communicating clearly and anticipating everything we'd need to know in order to check in smoothly. The house is super pretty and very comfy, with lots of special touches, a lovely gas fireplace for chilly coastal nights, comfortable beds and linens, plenty of towels, a nice shower, and lots of space to unpack! The kitchen is very well stocked, the backyard is beautiful (we loved to sit out there with breakfast pastries and coffee from the local cafe), and all the rooms are comfortable and beautifully decorated. We loved the bikes (in excellent condition) and the ping pong table. The house is a very easy walking distance to Private's Beach and the stores and restaurants. A really nice coffee shop with great pastries was a stone's throw away, and several nice dinner places. A perfect spot! I'm bummed that the place isn't available for our trip in June! Will check here first whenever we travel to SC.

We had such a great time!! The property was super clean. Jaime was very responsive. She had something we needed under an hour delivered to the front door! The area was cool, walkable & safe, lots of restaurants, ocean just a couple of blocks away, and lots of local artisan shops to visit. The property looked like the pictures and two big windows that brought the sunlight in was really nice , too. Very nice vibes here. We will be back!

This place was spectacular. We had so much fun on our mom’s weekend getaway. It was everything we needed and more. Can’t wait to come back.

Wonderful clean condo at Seascape resort. As a family with small children it’s perfect I have all the amenities in a condo plus resort features like a heated pool you can use in the middle of winter! Beds were comfortable, great proximity to the pool, and a 15 minute walk to the beach. We would stay here again.

Stayed here for a couple of days for spring break. We will definitely be back. The location is amazing. Two blocks from the ocean and a beautiful walking path and 1/2 a mile to the beach. Really enjoyed our stay! Comfortable bed. For people with accessibility issues it is a second floor so there are stairs.

I stayed here for about a week with my two kids for spring break. I felt very safe here traveling without a partner - right across the street from the police station, next to the fire house, and secure locks on the doors. This place was perfect! Fully stocked kitchen, walking distance from downtown and the beach, lots of space for us plus a few friends who came to visit. Hosts are very responsive and helpful. I'd stay here again!

The pictures you see are exactly what you get! It was nice being able to walk to the beach after breakfast and enjoy bonfires after dinner! The place has a full kitchen and was clean. We visited Carmel by the Sea and Monterey. We definitely enjoyed our time. 🙂

Amazing, peaceful and serene!! We felt right at home. Breathtaking piece of land!! Rooms were perfect for our family and beds were very comfortable. Weather was cold but bedding kept us warm. The radiant floors and space heater kept the downstairs comfortable. We loved keeping the fire going while it rained all day. Truly and restful stay.

My family love this beautiful cabin, the landlord is super friendly and helpful, and it’s located at a very convenient location, just 10 mins away from Los Gatos downtown and 20 mins from San Jose.

This is the kind of place that makes you want to go back! I stayed here with my two young boys for a couple days while visiting the Redwoods. The house is just as described - cozy and charming. This place is especially perfect for families with little ones. My boys had so much fun exploring the art room, feeding the banana slugs, and playing with the wooden train set in the playroom. Kristy was very communicative and helpful in offering tips for exploring the area. Highly recommend this spot to anybody looking for an awesome spot to call home.

What a peaceful get-away. The cabin was easy to find and the surroundings are beautiful and serene. And the cabin was spotless with a great kitchen and bathroom. I highly recommend.

A very enjoyable experience. Came with our two young children who really loved the house. Area was very quiet and peaceful, surrounded by trees. Served as a great gateway into Henry Cowell State Park and Santa Cruz, and was within easy driving distance of San Jose. Would highly recommend.
