Fantastic place in a good location! The AC helped it stay cool in a record heat wave, and I was able to work there as it was quiet. Huge TV is a plus too, and the unit is close to a ton in San Jose. Roman is a super responsive and friendly host, and available for anything that comes up. Overall highly recommend! Thank you!

Roman was the best host I’ve ever had. He was extremely responsive, always helped, and treated me so well throughout the whole summer. Roman would always immediately respond and always addressed any questions or concerns I had. This place itself was just as described- extremely clean and way more spacious than the pictures may show. During the summer, it gets pretty hot as the AC is mainly in the bedroom, but if you turn the fan on, it should be fine. All the appliances work very well and the bed+couches are super comfy! Would 10/10 recommend and would definitely stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay. Ray and his team provided a very professional experience, with clear directions to check in and the apartment was beautiful and clean. And can’t beat the location!

Such a beautiful spot! I’m so glad we got beautiful weather for our 3 day stay. The photos don’t do this place justice. The host was also super flexible with our check in since we had a 7 hour drive so that was a huge plus! Very responsive when messaging any questions. Super easy to check in as well. I would definitely love to stay here again whenever I come back!

We were in the middle of an eventful roadtrip (rollercoaster, tbh--including mechanical issues with our vehicle, resulting in a forced mid-trip swap)... so I was extremely relieved when we arrived at George's place and everything was as advertised. Very modern and clean, and I loved all of the custom lighting options (dimmers, fun bathroom nightlight, etc). I had contacted him beforehand, to let him know we had a large vehicle, and he got back to me asap to confirm that the parking space at his home would be spacious enough to accommodate it. And, the bed is so comfy! There are advertised Quiet Hours for this listing, and Yes, there were noises from the chickens/roosters outside, but animals don't tend to observe Quiet Hours. (I am sensitive to noise and always travel with earplugs, and could not hear anything with my earplugs in.) I heard a small dog barking somewhere else on the property, for several hours one evening, but the barking stopped just before quiet hours began.

Our stay was great at Seascape. The condo is very easy to access, ground floor close to the parking lot so very easy to unload. The place is very cozy, nice coastal decor, comfy furniture. The bed in the bedroom was extra comfortable. There are two fridges which is helpful if you plan to eat some meals at home. The pool and jacuzzi was fantastic as was the view from the restaurant deck at cocktail hour. Was really great to be able to stroll down to the beach with the path access. We were super happy with our stay and would definitely come again.

Can't wait to be back at this amazing stay again! The accommodation was exactly as shown in the pictures and the view of the beach was just great. It was peaceful and felt very secure. The rooms were spotless and the kitchen and bathrooms had all the required commodities. The house felt cozy and the decorations added to the comfortable atmosphere. Overall, this accommodation made our holiday perfect!!

This place was spectacular. We had so much fun on our mom’s weekend getaway. It was everything we needed and more. Can’t wait to come back.

Everything went smoothly. We appreciated that the hosts checked with us before our booking to make sure the loft space would work for our group of five (due to the steep stairs). The pre-teen in our group was comfortable using the loft, but it was nice to be aware ahead of time.

This place was nicer than the photos and absolutely perfect for a girls weekend. Everything was well equipped and labeled. The location was very quiet and peaceful with great access to a quiet beach. You definitely need a car as it's a little isolated but that added to the charm.

We have stayed at many Airbnb’s and this is now one of our favorite. So clean and neat! Not a lot of clutter so there was plenty of space for our things. Vic and Leanne obviously take great pride in their property and accommodating their guests. Everything you could want was waiting for us, including coffee and creamers. Much appreciated! And we never realized what a luxury heated bathroom floors were! You cannot go wrong choosing this property. Highly recommended!

The Seacliff Family Beach House is clean, tastefully appointed and within walking distance to beautiful Seacliff State Beach and the cute shops around it. The neighborhood is quiet and there is easy access to a lovely park and pumper track which was great for our six year old. My son and I stayed here with my parents and were very comfortable. The kitchen is well-stocked with everything a home cook needs and there are boogie boards, a beach wagon and fire pit available to use. Very family friendly property. I would highly recommend and would return for another stay.

Perfect house in every way!!!! The house is adorable, comfortable, accessible to every part of Santa Cruz and included every single item needed or wanted!! We will be back and are hoping that Colleen's house is available! one word on our host.... we stay in a number of Airbnb's and Colleen was PERFECT and I mean a PERFECT host.... Perfect stay!

We had an A+ stay in this wonderful place. Well appointed (esp kitchen), very comfortable (esp beds!), lovely touches in every room, great location. Communication with Domonique was terrific - very responsive and helpful. Just a great stay!!!

It was my boyfriends birthday and he was very happy with the location. He loves the beach and loved that it was just a couple of blocks from it. The deck was the best for enjoying coffee, barbecuing, and relaxing listening to the sound of the ocean. Would definitely stay there again

Our stay here was amazing, the space was clean, bright with lots of natural light, amazing private backyard. We came with 2 little kids and all had a great time, they provided us a crib which was ready to go when we arrived. They had so much fun playing outside! The hosts really thought about their guests and had so many household essentials available. Thank you!

Our 5 day stay was great. Felt right at home. Great location w an amazing view. Place was nice and clean. We found beach gear as well that’s provided by the host. We were greated with complimentary snacks and bottled bubbly water. Kitchen had everything needed to cook if need be. We will definitely be coming back once the opportunity comes around.

This was a great condo that was really convenient for my family's little spring break vacation. We had our toddler with us as well as our parents. There are beautiful paths around the grounds of the resort and only a five to ten minute walk to get down to the beach. The condo had a beach wagon, towels, and beach toys for us to borrow. There is also a footwash fountain right next to the condo which made cleanup really easy. In the evening we watched the sunset from the balcony. Overall the place was really clean but very cozy with lots of amenities, and David answered all of our questions within minutes. The parents loved it so much they want to make it a tradition, so maybe we will be back someday!

This was the cleanest AirBnB we've ever stayed in! Pristine! Tidy! Stunning ocean views from both the living room & primary bedroom. The entire villa has been remodeled yet still has the Old World Charm and coziness. This Villa is located on the 2nd floor of North Bluff - is very private - has a pool jacuzzi just steps away. The resort offers many amenities, restaurant, bar, room service (or pick up) massage, sauna - endless. Aptos Village is right across the street - walking distance offering many shops, market and a great place for pizza and Italian food. We will definitely stay with Sue again - as soon as we can! Next time, we'll try her other property #33. Sue is a GREAT hostess in every area and has earned Super Host many times over!

Beautiful home for our family to stay at. Everything at the home was well updated and it seemed like there was always something close when needed with the place well laid out. The area is beautiful. Lots of walking, hiking to do. We had 2 young kids and they enjoyed the pool there and the beach is a 5 minute walk from the home. The fireplace was used nicely on the chilly evening and we would come back again!

Gorgeous resort. Condo was clean and spacious. Nice view of ocean from patio. Wonderful walk down to beach, a bit steep, but worth it. And availability of golf carts to take you down to beach or around property is nice. Restaurant was way overpriced for a limited menu and just so so food. And it'd be nice to have coffee in the lobby.

Marc’s beach view condo was absolutely beautiful. Spent a girls weekend there and it was very comfortable for three people. Kitchen was fully stocked, fireplace was nice and cozy. He was very flexible with our check-in time. I highly recommend this place if you’d like a peaceful location & quite beautiful ocean view. This is a perfect location in between Santa Cruz and Monterey/Carmel.

Staying at Seascape was the perfect kid-friendly vacation. The pool was easy to access from our condo and the views were beautiful. The condo's set-up with two bedrooms and bathrooms upstairs and a half bath downstairs was great for our family of 5. The private beach was beautiful - we saw otters, whales, and my son found two perfect sand dollars walking down the beach. It was a little bit of a trek to get down to the beach with three little kids and all the beach gear, but once we were there no one wanted to leave. Several near-by restaurants were delicious, especially the newly opened Dos Pescados. It was fairly easy to get into Santa Cruz too, but we did have to time traffic or it would double the drive time (to almost 45 minutes).

I will echo on so many other reviews that were left for this Aptos property. The condo itself was beautiful, spacious for 4 adults and 2 little kids. There was easy access to the beach (5 minutes through a paved path) as well as access to different pools and a restaurant. Even with a great property, I’m also giving this a 5-star review because Annie was great to communicate with. She offered wonderful recommendations during our stay, and any minor issue we had, she offered a fix for very quickly. She genuinely made our stay worth every penny spent at this location. The added amenities that she provided were definitely a great bonus!
