Can't wait to be back at this amazing stay again! The accommodation was exactly as shown in the pictures and the view of the beach was just great. It was peaceful and felt very secure. The rooms were spotless and the kitchen and bathrooms had all the required commodities. The house felt cozy and the decorations added to the comfortable atmosphere. Overall, this accommodation made our holiday perfect!!

This place was spectacular. We had so much fun on our mom’s weekend getaway. It was everything we needed and more. Can’t wait to come back.

This was such a cute and wonderful space to stay in for a few days just steps away from the beach.. Also the amazing restaurants and local shops around were so close that we never used our car.. I’m so grateful to have gotten the opportunity to stay in this lovely home.. I was sad to leave with how peaceful it was. When I come back to Capitola I will be checking to see if this place is available!

Our stay was great at Seascape. The condo is very easy to access, ground floor close to the parking lot so very easy to unload. The place is very cozy, nice coastal decor, comfy furniture. The bed in the bedroom was extra comfortable. There are two fridges which is helpful if you plan to eat some meals at home. The pool and jacuzzi was fantastic as was the view from the restaurant deck at cocktail hour. Was really great to be able to stroll down to the beach with the path access. We were super happy with our stay and would definitely come again.

We stayed at Kathleen's place for Thanksgiving, just after some torrential storms. The weather, however, was fantastic, and we enjoyed the pool and hot tub (saltwater--a pleasant surprise!). The beach was really great; our girls really enjoyed hunting for sea glass. Our older one discovered some old glass that dated back to pre-WWII and had trace amounts of uranium in it (it glows bright green under UV light). After that, looking for sea glass was all they wanted to do.... I don't know if all Seascape units are as nicely appointed, but this one was clean, modern, and comfortable. I can't recall if it is in the description, but it has a nice collection of puzzles and board games.

Enjoyed our stay at Terri’s place on the river in Capitola. Was very clean and peaceful with lots of great amenities. Enjoyed the fire pit by the river. Was very quiet. We will definitely come back, one of the nicest places we’ve stayed in Capitola.

The condo was great. We had an issue with the master bathroom shower but Bjorn took care of it right away the same day that it was noticed. The location of this condo is perfect. Right on the ocean and within walking distance for dining, shopping, and several things to do on the ocean. Would recommend this condo to anyone.

The sound of the creek flowing water was a treat. The redwood trees in the yard are impressive. The kitchen worked well for Thanksgiving meal prep and enjoyed the big kitchen table. Great combination of a restored home with modern upgrades. Extremely clean and well equipped. Jenni communicates well and provided great recommendations. We are very thankful to have the opportunity to stay at this house.

We had a nice relaxing long weekend in this charming doll house and it was a perfect place for our girls weekend.

Our stay at this place was absolutely wonderful! From the start, Ovr provided excellent communication, making the check-in process seamless with clear and detailed instructions. Every question we had was answered promptly and in a friendly way. The property itself was spotless-everything was impeccably clean and well-maintained. It was evident that Ovr takes great care in providing a comfortable and inviting space. One of the highlights of our stay was the incredible walkability of the location. Everything we needed was just a short walk away, making it easy to explore the area without relying on a car. But the absolute best part? The breathtaking, unobstructed view of the beach! Waking up to the sound of the waves and enjoying coffee while watching the ocean was pure magic. It’s rare to find a place where the view is this perfect! If you're looking for a peaceful getaway with top-notch hospitality, a prime location, and stunning beachfront views, this the place to stay.

Jim was extremely friendly and kept out of the way - that is he out doing his activities and when our paths crossed we chatted about things. The place was clean and all our needs were met without any problems. We plan on returning next year.

What a lovely place for a brief staycation! Beautifully decorated and designed, with great access to the beach and shops and restaurants.

This was our 2nd visit to Petra and David’s home. We enjoyed our stay so much that we came back to celebrate my dad’s birthday again! My dogs felt right at home when we entered. Such an easy check-in and check-out process. Great communication from the hosts! It’s a short walk to the dog friendly Seabright Beach. It’s an even shorter walk to the Boardwalk. Downtown is even walkable, but we chose to drive 5 minutes to get to restaurants and shops. The home was stocked with essentials. We’ll miss waking up to the Boardwalk view from the upstairs balcony. We hope to visit again soon!

Our 5 day stay was great. Felt right at home. Great location w an amazing view. Place was nice and clean. We found beach gear as well that’s provided by the host. We were greated with complimentary snacks and bottled bubbly water. Kitchen had everything needed to cook if need be. We will definitely be coming back once the opportunity comes around.

This was a great condo that was really convenient for my family's little spring break vacation. We had our toddler with us as well as our parents. There are beautiful paths around the grounds of the resort and only a five to ten minute walk to get down to the beach. The condo had a beach wagon, towels, and beach toys for us to borrow. There is also a footwash fountain right next to the condo which made cleanup really easy. In the evening we watched the sunset from the balcony. Overall the place was really clean but very cozy with lots of amenities, and David answered all of our questions within minutes. The parents loved it so much they want to make it a tradition, so maybe we will be back someday!

Very much enjoyed our stay. Beautiful surroundings, very kid-friendly location, and lots to do around the area. The grocery store across the street was very convenient.

Really enjoyed our stay at Tess’s place. Unfortunately, we didn’t get to enjoy the pool or hot tub because we went exploring, but the grounds were beautiful and the condo was just as pictured. It was perfect for a three day stay. Tess was very clear with instructions and responsive.

Soojin’s place is INCREDIBLE. I traveled there with my 2 kids and it could not have been better set up for us. The ocean is steps away, there were beach mats, towels and toys for us to use. The house is extremely well stocked with anything we could have possibly needed. I didn’t cook while there, but would have been able to make an elaborate meal if I wanted to. There were kids games, books and movies. The view is mesmerizing, and the house extremely clean. The location is perfect for the places we wanted to visit- Big Sur, Santa Cruz, the Bay Area are all accessible. It’s honestly the best Airbnb that we’ve stayed in in awhile. Soojin is a wonderful host. She checked in with us multiple times and was very pleasant. We all cannot wait to stay there again.

This was the cleanest AirBnB we've ever stayed in! Pristine! Tidy! Stunning ocean views from both the living room & primary bedroom. The entire villa has been remodeled yet still has the Old World Charm and coziness. This Villa is located on the 2nd floor of North Bluff - is very private - has a pool jacuzzi just steps away. The resort offers many amenities, restaurant, bar, room service (or pick up) massage, sauna - endless. Aptos Village is right across the street - walking distance offering many shops, market and a great place for pizza and Italian food. We will definitely stay with Sue again - as soon as we can! Next time, we'll try her other property #33. Sue is a GREAT hostess in every area and has earned Super Host many times over!

Beautiful home for our family to stay at. Everything at the home was well updated and it seemed like there was always something close when needed with the place well laid out. The area is beautiful. Lots of walking, hiking to do. We had 2 young kids and they enjoyed the pool there and the beach is a 5 minute walk from the home. The fireplace was used nicely on the chilly evening and we would come back again!
