rio del Vin : locations de vacances

Nous étions 6 personnes, un couple et 4 amies pour un séjour de 6 nuits. Cet appartement a répondu à toutes nos attentes. Il est à 5 minutes à pied de la gare et de la Piazza Le Roma et déjà en plein quartier vénitien au bord d'un petit canal. L'appartement est très spacieux, très calme et tout à fait conforme aux photos. Il est situé au 3ème étage avec ascenseur. Dans l'appartement, un grand couloir dessert les pièces, alors nous avions à la fois nos espaces privés et des espaces communs comme le salon/salle à manger et la grande cuisine. Les deux salles de bains et WC sont très pratiques. L'appartement est très lumineux, décoré avec de beaux meubles anciens. Le canapé - lit est très large et très confortable, de ce fait , y dormir à 2 n'a pas été un soucis. Le Wifi fonctionne bien. Dans le quartier il y a un supermarché et des restaurants. L'accueil a été ponctuel .

We stayed at this place as 2 adults and 3 teens around mid of April. This stay is clearly one of the best things that happened to us during our trip to Italy. It is a very comfortable place, only a few mins of walk from the Mestre train station as well as bus stop. The home is beautiful, locality is clean and safe and Roberta is an awesome host. The bathrooms are clean, beds are comfortable and kitchen is well equipped. On the last day of our trip there was heavy rain and Roberta was too kind to make two trips to the train station just to help us out! Overall super sweet and very recommended stay.

He’s a fantastic host. The apartment is fantastic. Great place in a great location. Uou do need a car to get into downtown however. The place is fully furnished. Even the smallest things are taking care of. I would highly recommend for anyone who is going to visit Jesolo

Die Wohnung war sehr schön, sauber, gelegen in einer tollen Anlage mit Pool ( noch nicht verfügbar, der Jahreszeit geschuldet). Die Ausstattung war sehr reichlich, es war wirklich alles vorhanden, was man braucht! Der Eigentümer ist sehr, sehr freundlich und antwortet schnell auf Fragen, sehr zuvorkommend. Er hat auch vorab eine Liste mit guten Tips für die Umgebung übermittelt. Die Lage ist super, msn gelangt schnell an den Strand und in die "Hauptstraße" mit Geschäften und Restaurants. Den nächsten größeren Supermarkt erreicht man in 5-6 Minuten mit dem Auto. Wir waren außerordentlich zufrieden und können die Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen!

Tout était très bien, logement bien situé proche du bus pour aller directement dans Venise, propre et grand, je recommande vivement

L’appartamento di Lucky è comodissimo, a 100 mt dalla spiaggia e dalle vie principali, in una posizione tranquilla e riservata, e super pulito. Lucky è stato super disponibile nei confronti delle nostre richieste e ci ha anche omaggiato con le verdure del suo orto. È stato un piacere alloggiare nel suo appartamento. Ci torneremo! This place was a dream! Enrico had plenty of information to make check in and check out as easy as possible! The location is convenient and easy to navigate to and tucked away enough to not be in the hustle and busle of Venice! I would only come back to Venice just to stay at this Airbnb.

This was a great place! Very clean and well kept. It was quiet and near the train so we could go where we wanted easily! I’d recommend!
