This is a whole floor in a nice looking villa on Lido, spacious, with a character and charm. Located perfectly between the beach and Vaporetto to Venice old town, and right next to multitude of bars (check out Olfa Soul), restaurants, gelaterias and groceries (Coop and Conad). If you want to spend several days wandering through Venice and at the same time spend calm evenings on the beach – the location is fantastic. Hosts are responsive and every aspect of us being there (two families with kids) was pretty awesome. Only warning: this is a second floor with a relatively steep staircase, people with limited mobility may experience issues getting in, and you can't roll a stroller into the apartment. The area around the villa, however, is kids friendly and very accessible.

Ubytko bylo čisťounké, hezčí než na fotkách. Na rohu byla půjčovna kol. Nedaleko je lidl a další obchody. Jen na pláž se musí kousek cca 100m po silnici, jinak to je stezka k pláži bez aut. Pláž čisťounká. Každý den ji traktor upravoval.

L'appartamento è molto confortevole e spazioso, ben attrezzato e molto pulito. Si trova in una zona molto tranquilla ma ben servita da supermercati e locali. Il centro della città è facilmente raggiungibile con una tranquilla passeggiata in poco più di 20 minuti. L'host è stato molto cortese.

L’appartement est top. Idéalement situé pour visiter tout Venise à pied. À 2 pas de l’arrêt de bateau bus. Un grand supermarché pas loin pour faire les courses. À moins de 10 minutes à pied de saint marc dans un sens et de l’arsenal de l’autre. L’appartement est très agréable, lumineux, avec une grande terrasse. Alberto et Federico sont très disponibles et réactifs. Ils nous ont donné une carte avec des recos de bars et de restaurants. Et répondent par messagerie très rapidement à nos questions. On a passé un excellent séjour, on espère revenir très bientôt!

Es war wieder ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt. Die Wohnung ist toll eingerichtet und geräumig und der Campingplatz bietet alles was das (Kinder-)herz begehrt. Im Restaurant kann man auch super mit Kindern essen gehen und der Supermarkt am Campingplatz ist schnell zu erreichen und hat alles Notwendige. Im Paket enthalten sind auch Liegen an Pool und Strand mit toller Lage. Die Gastgeber sind äußerst freundlich, unkompliziert und helfen wo sie können. Große Empfehlung, vor allem für den Urlaub mit kleinen Kindern!

Jan was extremely communicative with us, providing accurate and helpful instructions for arriving at the place. The streets of Venice are small and confusing, so the instructions were very helpful and very clear. The unit was on a canal and the pictures of the inside are accurate, if not better than what was pictured. The location was perfectly located in Venice near all the sites to see, but also on a very quiet street. Jan has great recommendations, especially for restaurants. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Michela und Sonia sind super Gastgeber! Wir waren das zweite Mal und es hat uns sehr gut gefallen! Sehr sauber, gute Lage und auch die Nachbarn sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Es sind ca 5 Min in die Innenstadt und ca 10 Min zum Strand und eigenen Liegen, super! Der Pool wurde in einer Woche zweimal gereinigt (das haben wir woanders auch anders erlebt), sehr groß und eben sauber und gepflegt, klasse! Einkaufen ca 2 Min um die Ecke. Alles in allem super und eine klare Empfehlung! Vielen Dank an Michela/Sonia für die tolle Zeit!
