House is located 30 minutes from Wolf Creek ski resort and 15 minutes from Pagosa. The kitchen is well stocked and supplied. The house is large, clean, and comfortable.

Beautiful home on the river. Exactly what our family was looking for. Local caretaker was responsive and friendly. Great place to stay.

Tremendous time. Property was exactly as described and couldn't be more relaxing. Cabin is really well maintained - everything worked/was fully functional. Great internet speeds. Hot tub was clean and maintained. Even provided access to the garage for parking - which was nice/let us avoid having the car snowed on all week! Overall a great property and host.

Beautiful and peaceful cottage, super comfortable and had everything we needed for a long weekend trip! Great location for visiting the sand dunes, silver thread trail, and wolf creek. Kitchen fully stocked, we cook all our own meals and had everything we needed. Host family was lovely and super responsive!

This was a Great place to stay we enjoyed everything. the balcony was awesome to sit out and watch the deer and list to the river and drink coffee the pictures do no justice of the exterior it sits about 40 yards from the rio grande river you can hear it rolling from the balcony

I stayed for over 20 days and I felt at home from the moment I walked in the front door. Everything was absolutely perfect and spotless. I enjoyed the ability to hunt and fish along with great golfing in the clubhouse was absolutely wonderful. Perfect would be the word to describe this place and the hosts. Thank you guys. Lovely and convenient location for many fun stops! Great for larger groups offering privacy for multiple people. If planning to use the water crafts, we were told at the lake to have life vests by a few people at the water, mentioned someone was patrolling.
