Great ground floor unit with all the amenidies needed for a wonderful stay. My only complaint is that the original photo made me think that the unit is just off the pool when in actuallity the unit is a corner unit with a patio and grass lawn that is a building away from the pool. It is a very short walk to the pool and ocean and great location but the unit is not pool side. Other than that this is a great unit and would stay here again!

I haven't been back to PR in 10 years so I was nervous coming back to visit my family as an adult now but Kia was genuinely one of the best hosts I've ever had. He truly understands hospitality on another level. Whether it's checking in to make sure I was okay or responding to me within 5-10 min, it all made me feel very cared for! He also gave many recommendations and made sure to emphasize that communication was more than welcome. The rooms, bathroom, and kitchen were clean and the kitchen was stocked with everything you could need for a short stay! The beds were extremely comfortable and I really loved that the rooms had lamps. A small detail I love! The A/C was an amazing break from the heat and the water got very hot so the showers were more than enjoyable. Parking was fairly easy but just know how to parallel park just in case! I would definitely stay here again. Everything was fairly close and easy to get to. 10 stars if I could!

The Marabella Club condo is a unit on the 3rd floor with a mountain view and a few steps to the pool area and beach. Very quiet and beautiful. We would walk along the beach or lay by the pool and see very few people. Mostly Americans and very friendly employees particularly appreciated Gustavo at the gate (who can answer questions and provide helpful suggestions). When you arrive, there is one gated entrance into Palmas Del Mar and another gate into Marbella Club. The condo was clean, very soft bath towels and linens. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen has a cabinet with condiments, basics, newer appliances, coffeemaker, airfryer. The countertop could be updated but very clean. We stopped after airport and bought groceries at Ralph’s in Humecao as there is only a small market in Palmas Del Mar (plaza). The only challenge was the elevator is not available now as they are installing a new one so you must use the stairs. Favorite restaurant- Bocata! Thank you Jose!

I barely leave reviews but Vanessa's place was and is amazing...my wife love the place so much that she wants to buy it...Vanessa was so helpful and always asking if we needed anything...this is the spot to stay if you want to have a nice place and so many places to shop around

The instructions to check in and out were helpful and easy to follow, Horacio had some good food recommendations, and the location was great, less than 15 minutes from Old San Juan, nightlife, food, and plenty of activities. This Airbnb property met our family’s expectations and made our stay flawless. Love that it was close to the airport, the beach, restaurants, etc. It looked just as the pictures and had all the amenities listed. With a family of six, the washer and dryer was a true blessing. The check-in and check-out was easy. Camila, the property owner was a great host. She was excellent in promptly responding to our questions and needs. We all felt safe at all times. We will definitely stay at this property again.

This was an amazing experience, I felt right at home and it was very roomy with me and my 3 kids and my niece. The hosts were very responsive when I needed to ask a question which is a plus. Will definitely book again in the future !

We spent four nights at Nathan's place in Ceiba and it was a wonderful stay! The saltwater pool was amazing, at night you can float and look at the stars! The house was clean and Nathan provided clear instructions for check-in. We spent time in Luquillo, Fajardo and El Yunque which are all fairly close, and had several great meals at nearby restaurants. I would definitely recommend Nathan's place for your stay in Ceiba.

Our stay at this apartment was truly one of the best experiences we've had with Airbnb! From the moment we walked in, we felt immediately at home. The space was incredibly well-organized and spacious, which made it perfect for our family of four. The fact that the apartment offered individual bedrooms for both our kids and for my wife and I was such a thoughtful touch—it gave everyone the privacy and comfort they needed while still keeping us close together as a family. The layout of the apartment was just ideal for our needs, with plenty of room for all of us to spread out and relax. The amenities were top-notch, and we appreciated how clean and well-maintained everything was. It was clear that a lot of attention had been paid to creating a welcoming, comfortable space for guests. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay, and we’ll certainly be looking forward to returning the next time we’re in the area!

The house was great for our trip to PR! We took advantage of the backyard and grill and had a great night at the house. The neighbor was very comfortable. Linda provided great instructions and recommendations. We struggled a bit with the lock when we first got there but after multiple attempts, we got the keys and it was smooth sailing after that.

Looking forward to a future stay here. Didn’t feel too comfortable seeing there were cameras outside, didn’t feel too private but overall my experience was truly enjoyable. Victor was very nice and ensured he maintained in contact with me whenever I have any questions and/or problems. Beautiful place.

Location & Value for Location! What a value! Leon’s place is clean, well organized & equipped with everything you’ll need. It’s located next to the Old San Juan hotel giving you access to amazing restaurants just a walking distance away. You walk out to the pool, a park and the beach right at your footsteps. There are Jet ski rentals on the beach, and a fun beach restaurant just 2 doors down to enjoy cocktails or a meal. There are beach chairs and umbrella rental available on the beach but no worries because Leon also provide chairs. We really loved this place and would love to return. Thanks Leon!

Outstanding stay. The rooms were very comfortable and we loved the ocean view from the balcony. Host was very helpful at answering questions and providing us recommendations on places to go in the area. Would definitely stay there again.

Amazing place to stay, centrally located near everything you will need. 24 hour security, loundry room, pool closes at 10pm. I would recommend this for a couple, single person or max 3 people.

Daniel truly went above and beyond to make our stay fantastic! When we arrived, all of Carolina happened to be experiencing power outages, and Daniel carried several massive batteries and a fan up 6 flights of stairs so that we could have a comfortable night and avoid the heat. He even picked us up from the airport and brought us to the Airbnb and then a bar afterwards to not let the outage hinder the first night of our vacation. The power returned later after the irregular outage, and the ac, stove, and amenities were perfect for the three of us; having the beach in the backyard was excellent too. In the following days, Daniel had plenty of excellent recommendations and also made checkout a breeze. Easily the best Airbnb host I’ve had and in an ideal location for Ubers to San Juan and immediate beach access.

Stay was what we expected. There are 2 different gates you have to go through because it is at the far end of the complex. Host was very nice and responsive.

This is probably the BEST airbnb we have stayed in. The location is beautiful. The setup was amazing. Very comfortable and clean. Great amenities. The pool was fantastic in walking distance. Shopping center with great restaurants near by. The host went above and beyond providing New Year’s Eve party favors, local candy, water and other drinks. Very responsive when we needed assistance. Overall a great example of how an Airbnb should operate. Loved it! Thank you for making our vacation perfect!

The host was very responsive and proactive. Always maintaining a clear communication. We had an issue with AC and he respond quickly and solved the issue as soon as he can. The space was spotless, the kitchen was equipped and all appliances and dishes clean and ready to use. Beautiful decoration and comfortable bed and sofa!. My Family loves it, Palmas still a beautiful and safe place to stay. Thanks Miguel & Melanie to helps us feel home again!! if we can give you 10 stars we will.

The view from the balcony is amazing! The sound of the waves in the night while you're laying in bed was so relaxing. The bed was super comfortable. The location of this place was absolutely perfect if you plan to visit Culebra, Vieques or Los Kioskos de Luquillo. There were really good restaurants within walking distance of this place.
