My family and I truly enjoyed our stay. My only regret is that we didn't book to stay longer! I will definitely rebook in the future! he house is beautiful and perfectly located. Plenty of space of all of us. The hosts, Edilio and Mildred, were fantastic! Easy to communicate with and very accommodating.

Richard and Cathy were extremely responsive! Always available to answer a question and help us with anything including rental car, taxi, etc. They delivered 5 gallon jugs of water whenever we needed them. Super friendly people. We will be returning next winter!

We had a large group family for a 7 day stay. It felt at home, spacious, clean bedding and pillows so comfy! Amira was an excellent host, very attentive, and responsive to all our needs. we had a few questions that came up and Amira quickly answered our questions. We will for sure rent again from Amira and can't wait to go back again!

Great villa, quiet and very relaxing. The pool and bbq were so convenient to keep everything at our own pace, muy tranquilo. Sosua Ocean Village was quiet, felt 100% safe the whole time. The food and view at Maria’s was awesome. There was some construction around us but nothing intrusive or too loud.

Our stay at Tracey's villa was wonderful!! The place and stay was better than the pictures. I would definitely recommend this villa and definitely be back soon.

Great place jaay was a cool host he even invited us out for his birthday and showed us around and he had a cab driver for us everything was clean water was nice and warm a/c kept the rooms nice and cool I will book again

Quiet location, very nice and spacious place.

This villa was as beautiful as advertised, from the moment you walk in you see the giant windows with the amazing view of the ocean and surrounding area. Everything as advertised, my only complaint would be the water pressure but that is common from what I have seen in the DR as a whole. I would definitely recommend and I will be staying here again!

This castle is amazing. You don't realize how big it is until you arrive. The staff was very friendly and professional. The security team took good care of us and made sure we had everything we needed. Charles stopped by to great us and provided a tour of the castle. The place is simply gorgeous and has all the modern amenities you would want to feel right at home. The attention to detail in each room and the water pressure in the showers are much appreciated. The beds are large and comfortable. The AC works great in every room. If you have traveled a lot and you stay here you real understand the effort he put into this place. Im not a photo guy but this castle is a photo op waiting to happen. Do not let the distance stop you from staying here. I love this place and I will be back. Es la segunda vez que mi familia y yo nos alojamos en esta maravillosa casa y sin duda alguna, volveríamos a alojarnos otra vez. Las atenciones son de primera, todo coincide con la descripción y las fotos. La casa impecable, una zona tranquila y segura, cerca de restaurantes y supermercados. Yiraldi siempre atenta y amable y Don Juanito simpre pendiente si necesitábamos algo. Esta casa es un 10/10

Muy recomendable. Estamos muy satisfechos con esta elección, estuvimos muy tranquilos y muy a gusto, Nana fue súper amable, nos explicó todo de manera clara y sencilla, nos recomendó comercios locales que fueron muy útiles. Lo que más nos gustó fueron las camas, súper cómodas, dormimos súper bien. Todo funcionaba perfectamente. Muy recomendable.

Kelvin was a great host. Also, the description matched my expectations. The place is a great value and is close to many good restaurants (my favorite was Swai but I also really liked 2 others: La Capola and The Food Truck King). Kelvin was very helpful and welcoming.

Jadiel was a very responsive and helpful host. The house had plenty of space, patio areas, etc. The bedrooms and bathrooms were well done, with good AC. The power went off one night a couple times, but the home generator kicked in and kept the AC on. We picked the location because of ease to the airport, and still don't really have a good understanding of the area, but it was easy, felt safe, etc. The home is fenced in, including electrical wires on top of fence and gate. Bedding was comfortable, water was hot, and wifi was good. An excellent stay and if we come back with the right size group for the home, we'd be happy to stay here again. Fellas, the house is perfect. No need to worry about a thing. Location is great. Right next to a bigger community, but easier in and out and perfect amount of security. I will definitely be staying there every time I visit the area. Luis communicated flawlessly. House itself is great. Perfect if you like privacy with the ease of great location and close to everything. Photos on listing are accurate…with the exception of the photo of the front exterior. It’s accurate but looks way better in person.

I do not believe the photos do justice to actually what you are paying for. Starting with the actual location of the villa. The residential community is up-kept very well so driving up to the house was already a picture perfect moment. The house itself was everything we wanted and more. The inside was very well maintained and clean. We had all rooms available and there was only two of us. We slept in every room during our stay and all rooms have comfy beds with AC that make for a pleasurable sleep. Every room has a bathroom with a shower. There are no bath tubs, however is one necessary when there is a pool and consistent warm weather? All appliances are included for cooking and there are many local restaurants if you prefer not to cook. The pool is fantastic and probably goes to 5-6 ft deep. You can grill. There are people that come throughout the stay to clean the pool. These are the workers for the whole community. They are friendly and do not interrupt. Cant wait to book again!
