Love the Unit and the location feels like home, we used the fitness facility, pool and hot tub, this is my second time staying there and have recommended to my daughter and a friend.

We had a little trouble finding the place, fault of our own. My husband and I arrived at the address with no issues, however we were trying to get in at the front of the house rather than through the alley as instructed. Melissa answered the call immediately and helped us figure things out. She was very kind and helpful. The house is a little ways from downtown, nearby shopping and restaurants, however I enjoyed her quiet home and neighborhood. Would definitely stay again.

This is a wonderful property. Private, serene and beautiful views from everywhere inside and out. The house is comfortably furnished and was very clean. Lots of extras furnished in case you forgot something. Very cool home gym in the garage with a door that can be opened to take in a great view while you sweat on the rower. We did a birdwatching hike at the nearby Elena Gallegos open space and right out the front door on the property open space. Easy drive from the airport and close to some pretty awesome breweries/restaurants. All in all this property checked all our boxes and we would not hesitate to stay here again. Holbrook's home is a wonderful place to stay in the Nob Hill neighborhood of Albuquerque. It is clean and bright, beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Holbrook responds quickly to questions and/or concerns. The refrigerator was even stocked with breakfast items and beverages. We very much enjoyed our stay there and would happily book again.

Wow! What an incredible place! One of the best we have stayed! VERY clean. Comfortable beds. Beautiful decor. Quiet location that is easy to find. Extra special touches. Friendly and kind neighbors. This place exceeded our expectations! To top it off, it is located west of the Balloon Fiesta that made it easier to get there in a timely manner. I HIGHLY recommend booking this fantastic place! 🤗

This is a stunner of a house, and is absolutely perfect for the right type of gathering. We were bringing together eight women for a long weekend of sharing, bonding, and activities, so we needed a space that supported that. This was a dream house for our needs! It has two spacious open common areas, with some pretty epic views, plus we each had our own bedroom (no sharing!), so it was easy for each person to retreat to their own space if/when they needed alone time. The finishings are beautiful, and the setting is just amazing. Much to our surprise, it snowed while we were there in early March, and it felt like we were nestled in luxury in a winter wonderland! The road in/out is unpaved for the last 5-10 minutes, but we were prepared and drove our vehicles slowly, and it was fine. It took us about 20-30 min to get into Albuquerque from the house as a result, but it wasn't bad at all, and the drive itself is also very pretty!

Great place! My family loved it and did not want to leave. Entire home is beautiful and peaceful! Would definitely recommend Rick's place!

Ashlee was a wonderful host. Very responsive and left an expansive list of “favorite places”. The house was well appointed and offered the most phenomenal views of the sunset and city lights! We had a very relaxing stay. Note: If you have any mobility issues, know that the home has many stairs/levels and the neighborhood streets are quite steep to walk, but the views are worth every step if you are capable.

A lovely home in a quiet neighborhood. The home had plenty of thoughtful additions from board games to books for entertaining little ones. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The home was beautiful and had awesome views. Very clean and spacious. Everything was perfect. We were close to our destination. Also, restaurants and gas stations were nearby.
