Excellent host, very helpful. Comfortable and clean. Bathroom was clean and had clean towels and essentials. Had a desk and chair for working.

Bruce was completely communicative, and helped us out above and beyond. This place was exactly what my husband and I needed. I would definitely stay here again if I needed a hot tub that was indoors. We are local people who needed a staycation. The only thing I would say is read all the reviews… A person who is not from Albuquerque and familiar with the location might be unaware about the neighborhood. The rental itself is securely gated with a courtyard; the car isn’t gated, but I didn’t feel like my car was unsafe. If you need a place to lock yourself into for a couple of days or if you have a big group, this is perfect. It was way better value than a hotel room. Every thing was exactly what we needed. We needed a place that had a indoor hot tub and also allowed us to work remotely for a couple of days- this was exactly that. The bed was super comfortable. The hot tub was perfect. Everything exactly as described. Thank you so much Bruce.

Great place would definitely stay here again. House has everything you need. Awesome place to stay very clean and perfect for a family.

Everything was fine loved the place and even accommodated me to check my family in early while I was on break at work.

This place is truly special — but not for everyone. The vibe is cyberpunk sci-fi meets Cheech & Chong (or Harold & Kumar for you youngsters) meets miniaturized Vegas high roller suite. If that appeals to you, you’ll love it (we did!) If you are more conservative in your tastes, not so much. Getting in was tricky — the coded lock is hard to make work — but the hosts responded immediately to voice mails and helped troubleshoot. This place exhibits many, many small touches that show a lot of thought and care went into its design. The home theater is awesome, as is the arcade system.

Absolutely amazing ! What a wonderful place to stay. Everything is well thought out and very intentional! Easy parking, Easy check in, House has everything you need without being too cluttered! I was so grateful it was tastefully decorated but still clutter free so I didn't have to worry about my kids getting into anything ! The fully fenced backyard was a huge hit and perfect for the kids to run and the dog to stay safe in her area. They also had extension chords everywhere! So thoughtful! The host was responsive, accommodating, and helpful! Highly recommend, would stay here again.

Excellent accommodations. Highly advise to read all entailed in the descriptions. It was definitely as explained regarding location and age of home. Very cute home and accommodated the number of guests as described. It is a shared property with other guests but very quiet.

Our stay was great! We loved staying at Joey’s and would stay there again. It’s a lovely home in a nice quiet addition, not far from grocery shopping and restaurants. Thank you Joey for helping make our 4 generation family vacation a huge success.

The place was great and in a very quiet and peaceful place. The host is on site so there is always any help if needed. The ad should specify we do share the place, it isn’t entirely private for those who reserve the entire inn upstairs. But other than that the experience was good and beautiful.
