I have stayed here before and always come back - the apartment is perfect - fast WiFi and easy to get everywhere in the San Jose area. I use Uber while in CR and the location is perfect - Uber always available quickly. The host is always available and quick to respond to any question and recommendations… As they say - she has very positive energy and is a pleasure to work with on any request. I will be back for sure! Pura Vida

Great place to stay in. It makes you feel that you are safe and secure. The apartment is in a great and centralized location, where you can get to within walking distance, very quiet and peaceful. Also the building is close to La Savana and the National Football Stadium. I recommend this place to anyone.

Everything was just great! We were there for dental treatment and it was very convenient to the Freer dental offices. Apartment was clean, quiet and comfortable. Carolina was very responsive and helpful. 👍

Great building in a very modern area of San Jose steps away from all the action. Host is very friendly and always very responsive for whatever you may need. Definitely recommend.

Carolina is the great host. I made last minute booking and she accommodated it. I stayed 2 nights and she moved me to the another apartment which was so generous from her. The pool is great and the apt is as described. Will recommend to my friends and will come back

Barrio Escalante is our favorite neighborhood of San Jose - it is safe, walkable and has a ton of great restaurants and coffee shops. URBN is our favorite place to stay in Escalante. We have stayed there over 30 times. Jorge & Allan’s place is our new favorite apartment in URBN. They have made some great upgrades, including new flooring, an upgrade of the shower, new sturdy towel racks and the bed/ mattress is super comfortable. Their place is also very well equipped. They are great, responsive hosts. Parking is included, which is not true of many places in URBN. Definitely 5*!

Esteban is a great host ! He answers right away . The place is clean and beautiful and located in a good area. All the restaurants and bars we went to less that a 10 dollar uber to get around . The building had great amenities . Just make sure u down load the app to make reservations to use the amenities - especially for the sky jacuzzi . The pool is gorgeous . The gym has the necessities . The saunas were a great touch . Only things needed are extra towels to use the amenities which i messaged the host about and he said great idea and will add and the rooms don’t have AC. The living rooms AC is strong enough to cool down entire place tho just gotta leave doors opened . Both rooms come with a floor fan and the bigger room has a ceiling fan .

Alojamiento con muy buena ubicación para desplazarse por Heredia. Muy amplio y con las condiciones necesarias para tener una buena estadía. Recomendado. La anfitriona está atenta y responde rápidamente a cualquier consulta.

We had a wonderful short stay at Francisco’s house! The place was spotless, beautifully designed, and had a perfect balance of minimalism and functionality. As parents of a little baby, we felt completely at ease letting him explore, knowing the space was safe and well-kept. Francisco was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We would definitely love to come back!

As good as it gets! A clean, well appointed space (especially the kitchen) with a lap pool and workout gym close by, this is a wonderful place to stay. Dom was responsive, helpful and flexible with requests. Helpful restaurant recommendations added value. Two thumbs up!
