Nick was a wonderful host, extremely responsive, and generous with little gifts. His local recommendations were spot on (we tried them all). There was a ton of space for our whole family to stay, and we felt really comfortable here. I would recommend it.

La maison est très bien située, spacieuse, et plutôt bien équipée. Artur est très réactif et soucieux du bien-être de ses hôtes. Certains matelas pourraient malgré tout être remplacés, et les voisins avertis que leur chien fait du bruit la nuit. Sinon, adresse idéale pour visiter Porto en toute quiétude. Nous sommes ravis de notre choix.

La maison est située en bord de mer (la plage est à moins de 5 min de marche) et donne sur un jardin. Nous y avons passé un très bon séjour et avons pu facilement visiter les environs (Gaïa, Aveiro, Porto). Mention spéciale pour Hugo qui est très disponible et dispense de bons conseils.

The apartment was cosy, clean and close to bars, restaurants and buses. Ubers came to apartment. Very reasonable. Beautiful views when you walk down to Main Street from the apartment. Would recommend xxx

This accommodation was ideal for us, looking for quiet nights but central to things to do during the day. Lots of restaurants nearby and plenty to do in towns nearby. It rained a lot but that was fine too because the view was terrific and the house was very cosy. G. Carricos was very friendly and checked in with us. When we had a problem caused by the storm to next door it was very quickly fixed. Highly recommend.

We kozen het huis van Maria om: - De ruimte: 3 badkamers en veel ruimte in en om het huis om met de familie (6 volwassen) te verblijven. Dit punt werd in werkelijkheid ruim overtroffen! - De sfeer: een authentiek huis met veel gezellige ruimtes. Dit ervaarden we in het echt ook zeker. - De locatie: dichtbij de directe treinverbinding naar Porto (20min) en vlakbij het strand (1min). De locatie was in werkelijkheid ook perfect voor de combinatie van stad en strand. - De ligging: rustige wijk en omgeving. Dit is het enige punt wat in werkelijkheid afweek van wat we op basis van foto’s verwachtten. Het huis grenst namelijk aan de voorzijde direct aan het spoor en aan de zijkant aan een muur van het naastgelegen pand. Dit is op de foto’s niet te zien. Tenslotte, wat we van tevoren ook niet hadden verwacht, was wat een fantastische gastvrouw Maria is. Ze heeft ons echt in de watten gelegd met haar verrassingen en hartelijkheid. Dank daarvoor Maria! Zeker aanbevolen!

Tuvimos una perfecta estancia O Sitio de Zés, la casa como estaba descrita, extremadamente limpia y cómoda, la zona de la piscina estupenda y todo muy bien en general, los anfitriones de lujo siempre pendientes de nosotros y con muy buenas recomendaciones para la zona. Una experiencia fantástica.

This apartment is very cosy, close to the city center. It had a private garage place which was a huge advantage for us, since parking on the street is a bit challenging. I recommend this place if you want to spend a few days in Porto as a tourist.

L'appartement est parfait mais l'emplacement est surtout incroyable. Les propriétaires sont très gentil et nous on donné plusieurs activités à faire lors de notre séjour. Je recommande fortement.

My cousin and I stayed here for a girls' trip to Portugal, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We were looking for a peaceful place just outside of Porto, close to the beach but still within reach of the city—and this apartment delivered. It’s located about a 20-minute walk from two beautiful beaches, Leça da Palmeira and Matosinhos. There’s also a grocery store conveniently near the apartment complex, making it easy to stock up on essentials. We dined at local restaurants in both Matosinhos and Leça, all within walking distance. On days we wanted to explore Porto, the train into the city center took about 35 minutes, with about a 20-minute walk to the train station just across the bridge. Overall, this was the perfect spot for a peaceful yet well-connected getaway! The apartment was comfortable and clean, and having access to the pool before we headed out for the evening was also a bonus. We’d definitely stay again if ever back in the area! Thank you Mónica!

We had a great time at Tiago's flat. It is a large handsome flat, with comfortable living room and bedrooms. Some of the furnishings could do with a refresh but it is clean and well maintained. Tiago gave us lots of recommendations of what to see, which was great. Excellent value for money. The neighbourhood is lovely. Within walking distance you have (amongst many things) the Casa da musica (beautiful auditorium by Dutch architect Rem Kolhaas, I would really recommend taking the guided tour and seeing a concert there, they even have shows in the summer. By the way, the café is great and has good food for a reasonable price), a very nice bakery (Royale Pão Paixão), an excellent arty book shop (Flanneur), a few shopping centres and a nice restaurant market (Mercado do Bom Succeso, the seafood stall was particularly good). What's also great about the neighbourhood is that it is less busy than the centre, so it was great to go back there after a day seeing the sights in the centre.

Hemos el viaje en familia y ha sido un placer. El ático muy amplio y confortable, y a un paso de todo lo interesante. El anfitrión muy amable en sus indicaciones y recomendaciones. Todo para repetir.

Anfitriã muito atenciosa, como era inverno e vínhamos do calor do Brasil deixou a casa tão quente que nem aguentamos 😉, e logo baixei a temperatura. Casa com muito espaço, muitos e bons armários, local muito agradável, encostado ao Metro, com vaga na garagem mas que nem usei por ter sempre vaga na rua. Merecia uma cera no piso, e algumas pequenas manutenções

Carlos is a great host of his unique, spacious apartment, which was cosy so that we felt here like at home but also very special, having it‘s own soul. This apartment made our mood for the whole stay in Porto. We enjoyed it‘s spaciousness where every family member could find a comfortable place for her/himself and a common space for all of us. We especially enjoyed stylish bath (and toilet). Kitchen had everything we need. There was a cosy fire in the living room. The location is calm but very close to the city centre. We loved this stay and would like to come again!

The apartment was beautiful, spacious, spotlessly clean and just as described. We lived our stay at Julio’s place and highly recommend it.

A quelques kilomètres du centre de Porto, dans la petite ville d’Avintes, la maison est idéalement située, à la fois proche des commerces et dans un quartier résidentiel calme. Le jardin est superbement fleuri, même si étant donné la saison, nous n’en avons pas beaucoup profité. La location se situe au premier étage de la maison ; en dessous vivent des locataires discrets. L’intérieur est très propre, agréable et grand : trois chambres dont une avec dressing et suite parentale ; une jolie salle à manger très lumineuse, une cuisine bien équipée, et même une petite buanderie, ce qui est un plus. Les fournitures alimentaires (huile, sel, sucre, etc.) sont à apporter par les voyageurs. La plus grande qualité de cette location est certainement sa propriétaire, Manuela. Elle a été aux petits soins pour nous, toujours attentive à tout, nous donnant régulièrement des conseils très utiles. Bravo et merci!

Beautiful home in amazing location! Antonio’s place was incredible. More than enough space for family of 5 with really picturesque courtyards for enjoying the mild temperatures plus it was just across the street from the beach. The home was well-appointed, clean and had all we needed to make meals at home. It is a truly special place and Antonio was a wonderful, responsive host. We loved the restaurant he recommended. Can’t wait to come back again!

Had a great time in Marie’s place. She welcomed us really well sharing local places we could go to to shop or eat, and recommendation for Porto. Very easy to check in and flexible which was great. The house is very big with all amenities, and a very nice area by the swimming pool. Thanks again !

Manu est une hôtesse très accueillante, avec plein de bons conseils sur les visites (caves sur le Douro....) et les lieux incontournables. A recommander sans hésitation. Le logement proposé est conforme à la description et dispose de beaucoup d'espace (très bien équipé et très propre)

Clare is the best Airbnb host we have ever had! She is so friendly, went above and beyond bringing me an air purifier to ensure I was comfortable, and gave us dozens of recommendations. The house was also our favourite one we stayed at in Portugal out of 6 different accommodations, so beautiful and in such a great/safe area. Would stay here again!

Daniel and Katrina are already good friends. They are good people, easy to communicate and very helpful. They were impeccable in welcoming my family into their home. I highly recommend them!
