Lovely apartment, really big and bright and well equipped. Bed really comfy, felt cosy and at home in the apartment. Great spot really close to the metro for easy access of all of the city. Great supermarket nearby and lovely bakery that you can have breakfast in. Market in the square on Saturdays that’s fun to walk around. Perfect place to explore Porto from.

We loved our stay! It has a great work from home set up, speedy internet and high quality screens. The house had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. It has a lovely private courtyard with amazing views to the River Douro. We go to Porto every year and this is the best place by far. We will be back!

I would rate him 6 out of 5 stars if I could.. he made us feel very welcomed, he communicated really well with us, the place was really clean. He also gave us a list of food recommendations for tourists and showed us the Porto map and told us in detail about every part of it and the best spots to go. If I were to come back, I would definitely stay in his properties again :)

Wonderful apartment in Porto! We stayed in this apartment for a few days and were absolutely delighted. It’s spacious, stylish, and very cozy—everything you need for a comfortable stay. We especially loved the modern interior, comfortable furniture, and impeccable cleanliness. The hosts were very friendly and responsive, always available and provided great recommendations. We would definitely recommend it to friends and would love to stay here again!

Sie ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht, und in der kleinen Küche lassen sich problemlos einfache Gerichte für zwei zubereiten. Wir haben hier sehr gerne gefrühstückt. Alles war sauber und gepflegt. Die Lage ist super, um die Stadt zu erkunden, und besonders praktisch war der Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage – gerade in Porto ein großer Pluspunkt. I had a fantastic stay at Sara's Airbnb! The space was spotless and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. The lovely garden would have been a perfect spot to relax and unwind if the weather was better. I appreciated the privacy it offered, making it feel like a true home away from home. Sara was an exceptional host—her communication was prompt and clear, and she provided great insights about the city. Her recommendations made my visit even more enjoyable. Our family had a wonderful stay at Carla’s place. We loved the surroundings of nature and the rural setting so close to Porto. We were able to take the train into Porto to enjoy an afternoon. We walked across the road to take in a hike and enjoy a scenic waterfall. Carla was very easy to communicate with and we were fortunate to meet her and her husband. The house was lovely and we felt right at home. It’s on our list of places to return to!!!!

Great place to stay in Porto. Host communicated very well and greeted us personally. Host provided with valuable information on things to do in the area. We went to one of the seafood restaurants on his recommendation and it was great. The place was close to the ocean and bus 500 that took us straight into town. The area was fairly quiet with a place to park our car. The accommodations were clean and had everything we needed for our stay.

Maison double mitoyenne dans un lotissement calme. Rénovation récente et logement propre avec 2 chambres et 1 sdb-WC à l'étage, séjour, cuisine aménagée et 1 chambre et un WC en bas. Hôte super accueillant ! À 30 min à pied des quais de Vila Nova et 8min à pied environ du métro. Bien situé et possibilité de se garer gratuitement dans le lotissement ! Attention à bien prendre en compte les 2,50e de taxe de séjour en sus par personne et par jour, à régler en liquide. Ça peut monter vite... Dommage de facturer si on souhaite faire une machine à laver.

We truly enjoyed our stay at Casa dos Olivais! Exactly as described—clean, cozy, & fantastic location. As beautiful as the photos are, the place is even more breathtaking in person. All of the amenities were great esp. it being so well equipped for cooking. If that isn’t your thing don’t worry there are some nice food spots a skip away. The place was very clean, bright & helps to completely unplug if need be. If you’re considering, book it! You will not regret the experience. Leading up Afonso ensured we had details needed for not only a seamless check in but had great advice for places to eat, on parking & gave appropriate heads ups for other practical aspects. Notes: Those booking & renting a car parking is not immediately outside but it was easy enough to find free spots close by. There will be a little bit of a walk on cobblestone if you’ve got luggage. Overall, it was a fantastic experience & we didn’t want to leave. I would definitely recommend it to others looking to stay.

We were a party of 8, from all over the world coming together for a special birthday and Ricardo’s place completely exceeded our expectations. Great spaces to be social but more than enough privacy for everyone. The photo of the balcony doesn’t do it justice as bigger than it looks AND great sunsets. The location couldn’t have been better. Less than 5 minutes walk to the river one side or to the historical centre the other. Ricardo was a perfect host. Always happy to reply to any questions. Can’t believe we found such a perfect property for our trip.

place and nice and central. host is very nice and responsive. generally I recommend this place. only thing that must be improved is the light in the corridor outside the flat, I stumbled once in the dark and this can be dangerous.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt bei Ludovic. Wir haben uns direkt wohl gefühlt, das Apartment mit der Terrasse war super schön und Ludovic war sehr freundlich, hat uns sehr viele Tipps gegeben, auch für den Rest unserer Reise. Wir würden jederzeit wieder bei ihm buchen, wenn wir erneut in Porto sind! Danke für alles <3

This place location is very comfortable. Its one bus ride from the beach, city centre and river. There's a lot of parks in walking distance. Supermarket and cafe very close. And it's nice and quiet neighbourhood. Apartment had everything you need for a smaller family. Two bathrooms, a lot of closets, kitchen with all amenities and a parking garage in the building. The host is very responsive and provides a list of activities and places nearby.

This place was amazing for the price given the location and the modernity of the amenities. The place was spotless when we came in and Nuno was very flexible and accommodating. Highly recommend this place!

Ce logement est absolument parfait : en plein centre, dans un immeuble récemment rénové, tout est neuf, propre, fonctionnel, la cuisine est moderne et très bien équipée. L'appartement que nous avons eu était sur cour et extrêmement calme. Zéro défaut : nous recommandons cet hébergement très vivement. Quelques petits problèmes de communication au départ (instructions envoyées juste avant mon arrivée et oubli du numéro de l'appartement et du de l'étage, mais l'hôte a finalement été très réactive et amicale et je suis entré dans les lieux sans problème). Donc encore une fois tout fut parfait !

Rodrigo was a very attentive host. Suggested sights to visit and great restaurants. We did have an issue with no hot water Wednesday night and contacted Rodrigo. After to trying to reset the heater, and no luck he had a service technician along with himself at the unit at 5pm the next day. The technician could not repair the hot water heater and said he had to order a new board, needless to say he was unable to get the part before our checkout on Saturday. The issue was not Rodrigo’s fault as we know these things happen, however no hot water for 3days is a major inconvenience. Rodrigo was very apologetic and offered us a “fair” compensation for our inconvenience. I assume it will be processed through Airbnb. Our host Rodrigo was an attentive, friendly and a nice person. His home was extremely comfortable for 3 adults and would definitely recommend it.
