Great spot, super clean, great location, super friendly host, public parking near it, will definitely come back. I highly recommend it.

Ojalá que mi reseña te ayude a decidirte por este alojamiento. El lugar no está en el centro pero tiene una parada de bus bastante cerca que llega hacia el centro perfectamente. El apartamento es muy compacto, está perfectamente distribuido y tiene todo lo que necesitas. Sobre la limpieza, quedamos más que complacidos, todo estaba reluciente, incluso utensilios que normalmente no se suelen limpiar. Veronica, excelente anfitriona, le agradecemos muchísimo por su fina atención.

Appartement très bien placé. Vue magnifique sur la cathédrale. Parfait pour le petit déjeuner ou les apéros du soir. Convient parfaitement pour un couple qui souhaiterait visiter Séville pour quelques jours et être à proximité de tout. Je recommande sans hésiter

This was a wonderful place to stay. Be aware that getting to the apartment does require navigating one flight of stairs, so might not be ideal for the elderly. The stairs were no issue for us and just aded to the charm. The location is amazing: It has all possible modern conveniences on the doorstep (Starbucks, Aldi, & El Corte Ingles). It is also central to the older parts of Seville, so if you're after tapas, shoppng & walking distance to Seville's historical sights you'll be spoiled for choice. The place was spotlessly clean and roomy. Everything worked seamlessly. I'd highly recommend this place.

I would highly recommend this place. Javier is an excellent host. He met us at the apartment to go over all the details of accessing the wifi, how to access the rooftop terrace and laundry, etc. He made recommendations for local restaurants, bars and where to buy groceries. He was very responsive to messages during our trip. I wish all hosts were as personable and helpful. I can't say enough about how nice the apartment itself is. The beds are comfortable, and it was quiet and very clean. The kitchen is well stocked. The location is great. There are several restaurants close by and the Cathedral and Alcazar are about a 20-30 minute walk. What more could you want? I wish we were there longer and I would definitely stay there again!

Maribel ha sido una gran anfitriona, nos ha atendido como si fuera una amiga de toda la vida. El apartamento estaba impecable. Se estaba como en casa, tiene todo lo que indica y es mejor aún que en las fotos. Está en un barrio muy tranquilo, Triana. Es muy recomentable, y volveríamos una y otra vez.

José est très réactif et proactif . Le logement correspond bien aux photos et descriptifs. Il est confortable et agréable. Il est situé dans la résidence hôtelière Resitur et le service accueil permanent est un vrai plus et rassurant. Il est très bien placé géographiquement pour organiser son séjour. La proximité de la supérette simplifie l'organisation des éventuelles besoins alimentaires. Nous recommandons.

Ficamos encantados com o espaço da Lucy e do Carlos mas sobretudo com a simpatia e disponibilidade da Lucy, recebeu-nos pessoalmente e presentiou-nos com uns miminhos deixados na casa - muita gentileza dela. Ela é uma ótima anfitriã e a sua casa está muitíssimo bem mobilidade e decorada (igual às fotos), além de estar muitíssimo bem equipada. Possui churrasqueira muito fácil de utilizar, tinhamos disponíveis detergentes para ambas as máquinas (loiça e roupa) - sobretudo prático para levar toalhas de banho. Em termos de utensílios de cozinha havia tudo o que podemos necessitar para estadias curtas ou longas (temperos, produtos de limpeza, ...). Também adoramos a piscina. O espaço é amplo, perto da praia podendo-se ir a pé - vale muito a pena a caminhada até à praia de Vila Nova de Cacela sobretudo se a maré estiver baza. É um alojamnto altamente recomendável, não deixem de reservar e serão surprendidos. Obrigada por tudo Lucy e Carlos! Voltaremos ;)

El apartamento está genial, amplio, con todo lo necesario para pasar unos días. Nos sentimos como en casa. La zona es estupenda ya que tienes todo a mano. Marco es un gran anfitrión, no pudimos hacer llegada autónoma pero el se mostró muy flexible para recibirnos ya que tuvimos un contratiempo. Confirmamos que es un lugar 100% Pet friendly, todo adecuado para los peludos de la casa. Totalmente recomendable.

Un sitio inmejorable a pie de playa con un jardín en medio. Los anfitriones súper amables, facilitan en todo la estancia. Súper recomendable. Gracias

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt bei Filipe in Tavira! Die Unterkunft war sauber, komfortabel und ideal gelegen, um die charmante Stadt und die wunderschönen Strände zu erkunden. Filipe war ein herausragender Gastgeber – stets freundlich, hilfsbereit und schnell in der Beantwortung unserer Fragen. Die Ausstattung der Unterkunft ließ keine Wünsche offen und wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Besonders gefallen hat uns der gemütliche Außenbereich, perfekt zum Entspannen nach einem Tag voller Erkundungen. Wir können Filipes Unterkunft jedem empfehlen, der einen unvergesslichen und entspannten Urlaub in Tavira erleben möchte. Vielen Dank für die großartige Gastfreundschaft!

A gem of a place! If you are over 6' , you might have to duck to get into the bedroom, but the rest makes it up for it. amazing flat.

We had a great time at the penthouse apartment. The views of Sevilla were incredible, and they were incredibly responsive hosts. Would definitely recommend staying in Triana for your Sevilla visit, and enjoy some time in the hot tub while you’re at it!

I would recommend this accommodation without hesitation. It was very clean, well equipped. We particularly enjoyed the hot tub enjoyed using the electric BBQ on the days we didn't eat out. The roof top terrace was very spacious and had lots of comfortable chairs etc. The host Rui and also Monica were very helpful and responsive when I had a question. Thank you to both of you, we had a very enjoyable stay and hope to return.n

Apartment was great, clean and well decorated. Our only complaint was the upstairs shower did not drain, however these things can happen at anytime. Would recommend!

Hemos pasado unos días estupendos, la casa de Manuel es simplemente perfecta, cómoda, el barrio hermoso. Lo recomiendo 100%. Sin dudas lo elegiría nuevamente. Bel appartement proche du centre historique. Lés équipements sont parfaits , juste a amener sa brosse a dent !! Tout se fait facilement a pied. Hôtel très réactive a chaque question, c est agréable. Je recommande fortement.
