Sehr netter Kontakt zuvor, unproblematisches Check-In über einen Schlüsselkasten, niedliches Häuschen, gut ausgestattet, es fehlt einem an nichts und Sandy ist eine sehr freundliche Gastgeberin. Wir hatten eine gute Zeit. Wenn wir nochmal in der Gegend sind, würden wir sehr gerne wiederkommen.

Thank you Vanna, we had a lovely time at your house. The house is fantastic, the views from the terrace's could not have been better. I wish more stores/restaurants would have been open in the area. I imagine in summer this area is really crowded. Overall a great stay and the owner was very gracious.

This is a very nice Studio apartment to stay in Rome for 1 person or a couple. It was lovely decorated with a lot of light and beautiful view on the swimming pool. I could easily live permanently in a place like this. Everything was walkable and you could easily take the metro. Alessandra is a lovely host. She is so sweat and even took care of me when she found out I was ill. Which was a blessing, since I was alone. She has great tips about Rome and a beautifully worked out guide with things to do in Rome. This is definitely a place where I would come back to or would refer to my friends. While being in the city you are in a quiet street and looking on green. You can easily park in the street or in the private parking space of the apartment. There is also a park near the accommodation. It was a lovely stay. Highly recommend.

Nous avons passé une semaine romaine délicieuse dans le bel appartement de Paola. L’accueil a été parfait, chaleureux ; les conseils avisés, l’appartement à la fois plein de charme et fonctionnel. Idéalement placé entre la Piazza Navona et le château Saint Ange, à proximité du Panthéon, c’est un lieu parfait pour qui aime marcher et découvrir Rome au détour de ses ruelles. À recommander vivement.

Siamo stati benissimo, la descrizione e le foto corrispondono perfettamente. A 100 mt dal lago, a 7 km da Trevignano ma allo stesso tempo un posto riservato e silenzioso dove riposarsi e partire alla volta di tutto ciò offre la zona. Sicuramente torneremo

Wir waren Ende September für 8 Tage in der Unterkunft. Federica, die Lage, das Haus, die Anlage ums Haus waren einzigartig und sehr schön! Wir haben uns vom ersten Tag an sehr wohlgefühlt. Ein Supermarkt und mehrere Restaurants sind gut mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Frederica ist ein tolle Gastgeberin und Probleme hat sie und ihr Mann zügig gelöst. Wir hatten kurz Probleme mit der Toilettenspülung, Warmwasserversorgung und Heizung-alle Themen wurden zeitnah behoben. Nahe der Unterkunft ist die Zugstation Orte, von dort fährt mehrmals ein Zug nach Rom, das kann ich nur empfehlen. Günstig, pünktlich (nicht wie die DB) und Rom ist eine Wucht! Unterkunft ist zu empfehlen und wir würden wieder buchen, falls es uns wieder in die Region verschlägt.

We had an excellent stay! The communication was awesome and checking in was a breeze. The home was amazing with amazing view. The kitchen had everything we needed and we felt super relaxed. A great place to stay!! We were a family of 11 from ages 1-73 and everyone loved it 💕

The combination of a beautiful apartment, a truly hospitable host and a dynamic neighbourhood made this a memorable stay. We appreciated the generous space, well equipped kitchen and appealing decor. Silvia was genuinely interested in our experience of the local community, food and sights. She speaks excellent English and has a friendly personality. Trastevere is lively, real, full of places to eat and just across the river from central Rome. You can walk to most places and the public transport is easy to navigate.

We were very happy with our stay at Ilenya’s place in Trastevere. It is very central, yet safe and quiet. There are numerous restaurants and stores within a min or less. A taxi stand is literally 1 min away. The place is as described with comfortable beds, good quality climate control units, and a large dining table and chairs. We were a family of 4 and had plentiful space. The kitchen has everything you would need to fix a basic meal and there is a full size fridge. Ilenya is responsive and has much local knowledge of the area. I would absolutely stay here again if back in Rome.
