Riomaggiore : locations d'appartements de vacances

Nous avons choisi ce logement pour sa proximité avec la gare, idéale pour visiter les Cinque Terre en train, et nous n’avons pas été déçus ! L’accueil a été très agréable : Francesco et sa mère Manuela ont été extrêmement serviables et disponibles dès la réservation. L’appartement est très propre et fonctionnel, situé dans un immeuble bien entretenu, dans un quartier serein. Nous avons pu garer la voiture facilement au pied de l’immeuble, puis tout se fait à pied : la gare est à deux pas et on accède facilement au centre-ville de La Spezia, très commerçant. Nous recommandons ce logement sans hésiter.

The apartment was very well situated in Monterosso! We could walk to the beach, restaurants, and the grocery store within five minutes. Beautiful views from almost all of the rooms in the apartment, and we had a great weekend!

Un apartamento recomendable. Bien ubicado, cerca de la estacion de tren, cerca de la playa y con buenos restaurantes y tiendas licales cercanas. El alojamiento estaba limpio y con todo lo necesario para pasar unos dias en Cinque Terre. No dudaria en repetir.

This is the place if staying in Monterosso! My wife and I traveled with our daughter who was studying abroad this semester. Sleeping, bathroom and living area accommodations all were excellent and bigger than what's represented in the pictures. The location was perfect with central location in Old Town; great restaurants and a market just steps outside the door. We stayed for three nights and used Tina's place as our "base camp". Spent first day exploring Monterosso. Second day completed the hike to Vernazza (challenging but worth it) and took the ferry back. Third day took train to Riomaggiore and back. Lunched in each village and dined in Monterosso (excellent choices and the most choices of any of the villages). Check in and out was self with very clear instructions, including pictures, provided. Highly recommend Tina's place for a short or long term stay. She was a very engaged and helpful host, thank you again Tina!

The place was great! Gianfranco was an amazing host. Good local information, great mapping and check-in instructions, and great communication. The place was spotless. comfortable good wifi. Just a couple blocks from the main shopping and restaurant corridor. Couldn't ask for more. Great Stay!

Spent a lovely few days at Irene’s place. Irene was a great host and accommodating with our late check in. The place was within easy reach of the train station and excellent for commuting to the other towns. I would highly recommend!!

Un appartement très agréable et fonctionnel. Le plus le garage sécurisé à proximité. Massimo a été toujours très réactif à nos messages. Nous avons passé mois. De temps que prévu, avec une urgence qui nous a réduit le séjour de 2 nuits. A noter que plages et Cinque Terre ne sont pas facilement accessibles si on n’est pas motorisé.

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist sehr zentral, alles ist gut zu Fuss erreichbar. Und direkt im Badeanzug zum Bad im Meer zu gehen, ist schon ein Luxus. Die Räume sind eher dunkel, das Gefühl ein wenig, wie in einem Schiff zu sein. Fabio kommuniziert zuverlässig und emphatisch.

Nous avons eu une cancellation de dernière minute d’un autre logement, et Maurizio nous a permis à seulement quelques heures de préavis de venir rester dans son logement. Il a été très accommodant et aidant, très réactif, et le logement a vraiment été parfait pour se reposer et partir explorer La Spezia et Cinque Terre. Le quartier est beau, tranquille, beaucoup de restaurants, et la gare de train est à quelques minutes à pied seulement. Vraiment idéal, je reviendrais définitivement dans ce airbnb si je reviens dans la région!

Location was perfect, near the main street, near Train station. No stairs to climb. There was all the needed equipment in the kitchen. Clean. The host was very friendly, quickly replied to our messages.

Donatella ist eine sehr freundliche und aufmerksame Gastgeberin. Wir haben viele interessante Informationen für Ausflüge, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants erhalten. Die Wohnung ist charmant eingerichtet und für zwei Personen mit 2 Schlafzimmern und 2 Bädern sehr komfortabel eingerichtet .

Great apartment in a beautiful location. Be prepared to put in some effort to get there though. It's way up the hill, then up a few flights of stairs. We appreciated the balconies. Only complaints are that the upstairs toilet wasn't working (not a big deal) and the bed was pretty hard an uncomfortable (but this was the case everywhere we stayed in Italy)

Realmente todo salió como lo planeamos y en esto el alojamiento tuvo muchisimo que ver. Excelente Leonardo como anfitrion en todo y excelente la ubicación y las comodidades del departamento. Super recomendable para disfrutar de La Spezia y Cinque Terre. Gracias por todo.

We only stayed one night so didn’t get to explore the area but it was beautiful country and had restaurants and grocery near by. Hosts were very sweet!!! Very much appreciate the coffee pods and tea.

Loved this place so much! Great amenities and communication from Ana. Incredible views but so private at the same time. Quiet and peaceful. Steps aren’t bad at all. Google maps doesn’t work so I’d recommend the luggage service in order to find the place.

Siamo stati benissimo da Davide. E' un posto tranquillo, immerso nella natura tra le colline di Moneglia, ma non lontano dal mare. Davide è stato gentillissimo. Consigliato!

Valerias Unterkunft bot alles was sie versprach. Das Pool war sogar Ende Oktober noch in Betrieb und wir konnten schwimmen gehen. Das Wirlpool war vorgeheizt und wir konnten es gleich bei der Ankunft benutzen. Sauberes Apartment Eingang direkt von der Terrasse. Wir können die Unterkunft sehr gerne weiterempfehlen und werden gerne bei Gelegenheit wieder eine Übernachtung buchen.

This apartment was stunning - where old meets new with an impeccable recent renovation. Yes, there are stairs but so does everywhere in Riomaggiore. I actually think the apartment is a bit more accessible and easier to manage than some of the other options in the area. Sandro was very responsive and we were met in the town and shown to the apartment where we got great local recommendations and tips of how to navigate Cinque Terre. While this apartment doesn’t have a view of the ocean, we very much enjoyed our evenings on the terrace with local wine listening to the waves crash. Highly recommend.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt, das Apartment hat einen wunderschönen Ausblick und der Abend im Jacuzzi war traumhaft. Wir wurden persönlich und sehr herzlich willkommen geheißen und mit übersetzer App klappt auch die Kommunikation gut. Die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet und die Zimmer geräumig. würden wir weiterempfehlen :)

Ottima soluzione nel cuore di Lerici. Appartamento ordinato e curato con bellissimo balcone vista mare. Zona tranquilla vicina al nucleo storico pieno di ristoranti e locali vista mare. Oste reattivo nelle comunicazioni e molto disponibile. Super consigliato!

L'appartement est totalement conforme à la description et d'une propreté impeccable. Une fois la voiture garée (merci à Valentina), nous avons tout fait à pied. La gare est à proximité (5 mn) et le port n'est pas beaucoup plus loin. A 100 mètres, il y a une pizzeria fréquentée quasi-uniquement de locaux et donc, on y mange très bien pour pas cher! Lorenzo est très réactif et arrangeant et Valentina très ponctuelle! Nous recommandons cet appartement sans hésitation.

Very responsive. 4 minute walk from the train station and lots of local shops and restaurants. Very responsive and helpful host. Very flexible with check in and check out times. Very friendly and the place was very clean and so adorable! Highly recommend.
