It's a lovely building and apartment, but it might be time for some TLC. It's starting to look a bit run down. We had a problem with the security person while trying to park our car. He was extremely rude and made fun of me and my family. I texted the host, asking her to contact me the next day to discuss it, but she never did. Everything else was okay.

Excelente lugar, muy limpio y acogedor. Definitivamente volveré.

Amazing loft in the best building in Medellin!

I have been to Medellin several times. This is by far best space for one person. You have a full kitchen, a whole office with printer, washer and dryer, king size bed, great bathroom and a walk in closet. Location is very nice. 2 dollar uber to provenza and Parques Lleras. Amenities are nice as well. Rooftop pool and gym

Increíble el lugar, maravilloso el paisaje y la casa espectacular. Las camas un poco duras pero no tengo palabras para describir el lugar..una MARAVILLA. muy amable Betty y Helena quién nos recibió. En las habitaciones el perfume que pusieron era muy rico pero un poco intenso, es solo un detalle... Definitivamente 100% recomendado.

Foi uma experiência fantástica! O apartamento em si é uma verdadeira obra de arte, com vários detalhes únicos que tornam a estadia muito, mas muito especial mesmo! Fiquei duas semanas e não senti falta de nada. O espaço em si é bastante aconchegante, e poder trabalhar em home office em meio a tanta natureza, com passarinhos chegando perto o tempo todo, foi algo incrível. Sem contar que estar em um bairro com fácil acesso a vários lugares de Medellín é algo bastante positivo para aproveitar tudo que a cidade tem a oferecer. Sem dúvida alguma, recomendo demais!

Incredible location surrounded by restaurants and nightlife, and LESS than a minute walk from Park Poblado! Music can play till the sunrise from the surrounding bars, but it didn't disturb us since we wanted to be in a lively location! Sparkling clean and elegant feel. The apartment smelled like a luxury hotel; the bathroom amenities provided were very high quality; plenty of dishes, mugs, coffee, utensils, and cookware; and a free washer/dryer and laundry detergent! Very safe and secure with a keypad at the front gate of the building and another keypad to enter the apartment. We were also pleasantly surprised to find 2 full bathrooms (we thought it was only 1!). The only downside is I find it a little pricy for Colombia, especially with no pool/gym, etc. But I think the price is justified by the location. Luckily I was with 2 other people to split the cost 3 ways! Checkin/checkout times were not flexible, but thankfully we could leave our luggage inside while they were cleaning!

Tuvimos una estadía agradable, un lugar central y tranquilo, Sebas siempre estuvo atento a todas nuestras necesidades, el apto cumplía con todo lo ofrecido y es bastante amplio.

Beautiful place and great location

El tiempo en el alojamiento de Maria la verdad que fue bastante placentero. Hay de todo cerca y a pesar que hay una calle bastante transitada de carros si tienes la puerta cerrada no se escucha nada de ruido. Su madre es un amor de persona y siempre esta pendiente que todo este bien. La verdad que definitivamente es un lugar el cual visitaria de nuevo y recomendaria sin problemas.

Todo muy agradable, una experiencia de descanso y tranquilidad, amables las personas de la tienda de abajo. Todo muy limpio y organizado. Es un poquito retirado del centro del poblado, pero vale la pena la distancia, quedanos felices y queremos regresar. Gracias a Daniela muy pendiente de todo y muy amables.

This finca had everything we could’ve hoped for—beautiful surroundings, comfortable accommodations, and every amenity we needed for a perfect stay. What really set it apart was the on-site staff: always available, incredibly helpful, and genuinely kind. Their attention to detail made our experience seamless and relaxing. Highly recommend!

Loved this place! went there with my mom for a few days, and we loved it. The location was great, lots of restaurants, bars, tourist places near by. 5 minutes from the "Zona Rosa" in Medellin which is perfect if its your first time visiting. Not to mention the view from the apt was insane. Totally worth it!! The apt itself had everything we needed it and more. Definitely recommend this place 100%. Very safe to walk around and enjoy your day/ or evening walks. Will deff consider going back. Thanks Cesar

Es un apartamento muy bonito, excelente ubicación, bien dotado en todas las áreas y con servicios del condominio como la piscina, turco, sauna, gimnasio, restaurante, etc. Genial!!!

Es un apartamento muy comodo, limpio, un ambiente tranquilo, familiar y con bastantes zonas recreativas. El acceso a transporte, restaurantes y lugares para comer estan cerca y el anfitrion fue amable y cordial. Será mi eleccion para volver en otra oportunidad.

Housy’s place made me feel at home and the security staff made me feel like family. The view was great and I'm happy I chose this place. They were helpful and attentive and I will book with them again. Amazing overall!

El alojamiento tiene todo lo necesario para pasar unos días. Es muy cómodo y muy bonito, unas persianas para la habitación principal no vendrían nada mal, entra mucha luz en la mañana (para mi gusto personal). El acceso al transporte es muy bueno. It is a very nice, comfortable apartment in an excellent and quiet location, near supermarkets and restaurants and very secure. Gloria was always quick in responding when there was a problem in the apartment and it was fixed fairly promptly. The only thing is that some of the furniture and beds could be updated but overall it is a great place to stay.

Great space that’s close to everything. Internet is fast and TVs are great. Great view, great host.

I was very fortunate to stay in this lovely penthouse for six weeks. I particularly loved the perfect, quiet and safe location, the airy and open space of the loft, the super friendly staff (i.e. security guards) and the very accommodating hosts, Uber and Gladys. The apartment was clean, very well equipped and functional. We could easily walk to the Poblado metro station, the Exitó store, the Sunday market on Poblado street and the mini-market store across the street. Thank you Uber!
