Dave and Ann's place was great! Parking was easy and instructions were clear. Even got a nice tour once I arrived. If you're looking for a place to spend the night and feel right at home, I highly recommend.

Very roomy space with nice rooms and good beds. The living room was spacious with a large tv and comfortable sofa. Well equipped kitchen with coffee available and plenty clean dishes and cups. Overall, it was an enjoyable stay and a great place to spend the night.

We stay at this property when in town for the holidays. Always fully stocked beyond expectations for an air bnb—snacks, cooking staples, breakfast, toiletries—this place is more furnished than our own home 😂. There is a little corner of toys for our children and we have stayed here enough that they run straight to that room as soon as the door opens. We definitely plan to stay here again next holiday season.

Words cannot describe this special stay - you have to experience it for yourself! We have 3 kiddos - 12, 10, and 9 - they were never bored! From feeding the animals (Marcus the donkey won them all over); to hiking on property; stargazing; the hottub; the cozy feel to the bunkhouse - we were all truly sad to leave. I'd reccomend this to everyone - esp if the sleeping arrangement works for you! Marie and Brian were responsive, proactive, and kind. We haven't experience a stay like this and maybe never will again ❤️

This place was the perfect weekend getaway for our anniversary. We had plenty of privacy! So much to see! Deer and can't forget the cardinal knocking on our door one morning. Plenty around to explore and plenty to do at the cabin! Very clean and cozy. Pillows are soft so if you prefer firm bring one. We plan to come back. The farm fresh eggs are to die for!!! Host is super friendly and helpful!

We had a wonderful one-night stay at this home and I wish we could have stayed longer! It was the cutest little place and so nicely decorated. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the place had everything we needed. We also really enjoyed our evening spent at the recommended restaurant/bar a block away (the White Rabbit). Would definitely recommend and would absolutely stay again!

Great Stay I had a wonderful experience at the Pond Resort. The place was clean and well-equipped, and the location worked perfectly for my needs. The host, Ronnie was very welcoming and responsive. I highly recommend it.

Jeff and his place were WONDERFUL!! We came because it was right inside the eclipse, but if you were in the area for Perfect North, or if you wanted a cool weekend getaway, this would be great. The beds are all in the same room as the kitchen, so that might be an issue for some groups, but we felt like we were at camp and were giggling from our beds all night. Jeff was LOVELY, and so accommodating! I’ll just note that the kitchen is a kitchenETTE- don’t plan on a stovetop. The (very large!) toaster oven worked beautifully in place of one. And please tell Kitty Cat I love her. Thanks, Jeff!!
