The apartment exceeded my expectations and I think it is very good value. I especially appreciated how charming, large and spacious the apartment feels. High ceilings make the apartment feel bright and spacious. The location of the apartment is superb, not only very close to the beach, but also close to a supermarket, cafes, a patisserie, and specialty fish shop. Agatha provides details about all of these local gems upon arrival. The apartment is in the seaside town of Letojanni, a very short distance from Taormina. By staying in Letojanni, I think I benefit from a more peaceful, relaxing stay, while still easily reaching Taormina for sightseeing. Agatha is a superb host in every way. Timely communication via the AirBnB app, a very kind in person greeting upon arrival and departure made me feel welcomed and at home. The local recommendations were perfect. Thank you Agatha for helping to make my visit to Letojanni so memorable!

Le logement était localisé dans un village pittoresque qui incluait d’excellents restaurants et épiceries à proximité. Nous avons profité du bord de mer pour nos promenades. Très bonne localisation. À moins de deux heures du logement nous pouvions visiter les endroits (Siracuse, Ortigia, Catania, Agrigento, Mount Etna cet) recommandés pour visiter la Sicile. Merci Antonietta pour votre accueil!

Katerina est une hôte très accueillante et l'écoute ! Malgré la barrière de la langue, elle a pris le temps de nous accueillir et de nous donner des recommandations pour visiter au mieux le secteur. Logement bien équipé avec une superbe terrasse avec vue sur la mer et sur taormina... Juste magnifique ! Grand merci à Katerina!

Concetta is the best host I had so far! Since the first messages you can feel the welcoming atmosphere of italian families with the plus of in person check in and the tour of the rooms. The house has been recently beautifully renovated, spotless and well organised. You can just cross the road and enjoy the free beach and the clear water of Giardini Naxos sea. The surrounding is plenty of restaurants and bars serving the best of sicilian cuisine. Overall I highly recommend a stay at “al mare dai nonni”. Grazie Concetta e arrivederci!

Excellent condo, very clean, well appointed, beautiful views, and comfortable with split AC units in living area and both bedrooms to keep cool at night. Very close walk to Isola Bella beach area. Close walk to funicular that takes you up to Taormina town, and restaurants are also a close walk way. Note that funicular costs $6 per person one way up to the town, and $10 roundtrip...a bit pricey for such a short ride. It is a relatively easy walk down the mountain from Taormina back to the beach area and condo though, so recommend doing that and getting a little exercise on the way down. Walkway drops you right near the condo. Parking is easy in the gated condo community, so car is in a safe area. Would definitely recommend this place for your stay in Taormina.

La nostra esperienza da Alessandra è stata davvero impeccabile. La casa era pulita e identica alle foto fornite dalla nostra host. Non c’è l’aria condizionata ma la casa è comunque fresca ed arieggiata grazie alle pale situate nelle camere e il mare e in soggiorno che sono davvero funzionali. La vista dalla terrazza è impagabile, ci sono gli sdraio e il tavolo esterno per godersi a pieno la strepitosa vista sul mare e sull’Etna. La posizione è perfetta, in 45-60 minuti si arriva nei luoghi di maggior interesse; l’auto si può parcheggiare nel posto privato davanti alla casa. Alessandra è sempre stata disponibile e cortese fino al punto di farci trovare una piccola spesa. Se dovessi trovare un aspetto negativo sarebbe l’accesso al mare sotto casa, poco agibile e solo su piattaforme di sasso dove l’acqua è subito molto alta, con pochi chilometri però sono raggiungibili le spiagge limitrofe… Abbiamo portato a casa un bellissimo ricordo dei giorni passati da Alessandra.

The hosts were very responsive and very helpful. We were first greeted by the keyholders and they were lovely. They gave us clear instructions, tips and checked in on us during our stay. The apartment was clean and spacious. The bathroom and kitchen were in good working order, we didn't have any issues with water or plumbing. The AC worked very well. Stunning views of the Ionian Sea and Mount Etna. If you don't rent a car, I highly recommend you have a local driver to get you around. To get to Taormina from this apartment, it took approximately 45 minutes maybe close to an hour, depending on traffic. One warning, there is no elevator, only several flights of stairs to get to the apartment. So if you have small children or mobility issues, this might not be for you. I really enjoyed staying at this apartment and would definitely come back.

We had an amazing stay at Sergio’s place in Sicily. Honestly, the listing doesn’t even begin to capture how special and beautiful the house is. The location is unbeatable—just seconds from the marina—and you can see the sea from almost every corner of the home. There are multiple terraces and seating areas, and the house itself is incredibly spacious. One of our favorite things was the well-equipped kitchen, which made cooking a real pleasure. Sergio was also super responsive and communicative throughout our stay. He left a very detailed guide full of fantastic restaurant recommendations and local tips, which we really appreciated. Highly recommended!

Alfio and his father Mario have been incredible hosts. Mario met us out the front of the apartment, helped us to park and recommended the best places to eat in Aci Castello. He made our visit really special and we’d love to come back and have more time in this magical place. Thank you so much Mario !!

La casa di Salvo è carina e perfetta per un viaggio di coppia o una piccola famiglia, grazie alla camera da letto e al divano letto nella sala da pranzo. Il terrazzo attrezzato con cucina è sicuramente un plus, anche se purtroppo non abbiamo potuto utilizzarlo a causa del meteo poco favorevole. Torneremo sicuramente in un’altra occasione, perché Letojanni nei mesi più caldi ha davvero tanto da offrire. Gli unici consigli che ci sentiamo di dare sono di regolare lo scaldabagno/caldaia per avere l’acqua un po’ più calda e sostituire i punti luce con qualcosa di più potente, così da avere un’illuminazione migliore. Nel complesso, l’appartamento è perfetto per una vacanza a Letojanni. Il vero plus è stata la mamma di Salvo, che è passata a salutarci portandoci dei dolci buonissimi!😋

My, wife, our two friends and I thoroughly enjoyed our four-night stay in Chiara and Michele's lovingly lived-in home. The home is very comfortable, very well-equipped, and superbly located for a relaxing stay right on the water in the small, quaint village of Stazzo. It's also a great location for visiting Mt. Etna and the surrounding wineries. The views from the several balconies in the front and back of the home are spectacular. A climb up the steep, tight circular staircase from the second floor to the third floor rewards with a comfortable suite with a half bath, and the best views of Mount Etna from the back balcony and the sea from the front balcony! Chiara was very friendly, informative and helpful. We visited two of the wineries she recommended and one of the local restaurants, and really enjoyed all of them. The reserved parking space right in front of the home was a bonus! All in all, we had a fabulous time, and we were thankful to have Chiara as our host!

Nous avons vraiment apprécié notre séjour à Aci Castello, village charmant, où l'on trouve plusieurs restaurants et tous les commerces nécessaires à moins d'1km de l'hébergement. La terrasse est vraiment très agreable et permet de prendre le petit déjeuner au soleil, même en décembre... Le coeur de ce petit village situé en bord de mer a beaucoup de charme. Nous recommandons sans hésitation! Merci à Stefania et Ricardo, qui se sont montrés très souples sur notre horaire d'arrivée et de départ.

Lele is an excellent hostess. The place matches the description perfectly. She has thoughtfully prepared a detailed instruction book with all the information we might need. Additionally, she provided us with plenty of helpful parking tips.

Logement très agréable avec une terrasse posée sur la Mer et une tres belle décoration intérieure . salvo est prévenant et très à l'écoute. c'est à proximité d'une crique (quelques dizaines de mètres) où l'on peut faire de la plongée. on trouve tout dans le village de Santa Tecla, village qui a conservé son authenticité et les habitants très sympas. c'était chouette. c'était très chouette

Remote location fantastic for a quite holiday. Really liked views from the hot tub. First time arriving was difficult - we found a locked gate down a very narrow access drive. We had messaged Andrea with our ETA several times, so surprising we were met with locked gate. Overall though, enjoyed the stay.

Giuseppe è un ospite meraviglioso - molto disponibile, gentile e premuroso. Ci siamo sentiti a casa con lui. La struttura è meravigliosa! Molto vicino al mare, con una baia meravigliosa e quasi senza turisti. Se volete rilassare dal trambusto, la casa di Giuseppe è perfetta! Troverete tutto il necessario per la vostra vacanza: una cucina completamente attrezzata, camere da letto con un letto confortevole e un giardino privato con lettini, tavolo e sedie, area barbecue e doccia esterna. È un ottimo punto di partenza per esplorare Catania, Taormina o Siracusa. Nella zona ci sono molti negozi di alimentari, una farmacia e un ospedale, ma per godere di tutti i servizi avrete bisogno di un'auto, che potrete noleggiare all'aeroporto o ad Augusta. Giuseppe, grazie ancora una volta per averci aiutato a trascorrere un periodo meraviglioso e per il tuo aiuto in ogni fase ! È stata una vacanza meravigliosa! Justyna&Arek :)

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft- das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist wirklich top! Die Gastgeberin war super freundlich und hilfsbereit, wir haben uns gleich willkommen gefühlt. Die Lage ist dem Preis absolut angemessen: schöner Meerblick, auch wenn die Unterkunft an der Straße liegt (ab und zu hört man Autos). Restaurants sind fußläufig erreichbar, was wir sehr praktisch fanden. Ein kleiner Punkt zur Verbesserung wäre das Badezimmer- das könnte teilweise erneuert werden. Ansonsten war alles weitere super und wir würden gerne wieder kommen!

if I could give Guilio's listing 20 out of 10 I would. if I was hosting I would want to be as perfect as Guilio was. Nothing was too much trouble, went the extra mile and then more. Place was perfect and more. Everyone around was so helpful and friendly. Loved the fact we tried to speak Italian and were happy to help. I would definitely recommend to stay smd will be back. Naprawdę najlepszy apartament, na który tutaj trafiłam. Bardzo czysto, pościel świeża (gdzie na sycyli nie jest to oczywiste niestety), bardzo ładne duże pokoje z łazienkami z ciepłą wodą. Klimatyzacja w każdym pokoju, duży taras. W łazienkach był nawet płyn do demakijażu i płatki! Naprawdę dobry gospodarz. Bardzo ciężko znaleźć coś w takim standardzie w tym mieście, a nawet na całej wyspie zwłaszcza za taką cenę! Naprawdę cieszę się że na niego trafiłam!

Wir haben den 1-tägigen Aufenthalt bei Christiano sehr genossen! Der Ausblick ist einfach umwerfend und die Wohnung war auch sehr einfach zu finden und sehr ordentlich. Wir hatten das Problem, dass unser Gepäck schon vor dem Check-In in die Unterkunft abgestellt werden musste, all das war kein Problem für Christiano. Gerne wieder!

Logement bien placé, à proximité de Catane, de l'Etna, et à 1h de Taormina. Quartier un peu excentré du centre touristique, mais plusieurs restaurants à proximité à Aci Trezza. Excellentes recommandations de visites et restaurants par nos hôtes. Très bon accueil par Julia, nombreuses recommandations et informations détaillées. Logement un peu exiguë si on imagine y rester à 4, mais idéal pour 2 personnes ! Équipement parfait, avec le nécessaire pour la plage, les parapluies si besoin, etc.

Alles bestens. Sauber, ruhig, gut ausgestattet, gemütlich und geschmackvoll ausgestattet. Ideal für 4 Personen. Zentral gelegen für Ausflüge zum Ätna und nach Taormina und Catania. Empfehlenswert.

We had a great stay at Emanuele’s place. The place was very clean and well stocked. The kitchen was quite small but we made it work. We loved the views from our terrace and enjoyed walking along the beach. We were disappointed that the cable car wasn’t running but took the bus to the old town even though we had a car as there aren’t a lot of places to park. Emmanuele met us and gave us lots of good information. When trying to find it, follow the instructions carefully. We were 2 couples and it was great with 2 bedrooms/2 washrooms. We would definitely stay here again & highly recommend staying here.
