location was convenient to get to and from the convention center. The apartment was spacious and clean. The interior of the building was a little confusing to navigate, especially as the back entrance has a different code than the front one. Overall, it was a perfectly fine stay for the short days I was there for a weekend convention.

This place was truly a special treat! Everything was nice and tidy! I was accommodated for anything I needed during my stay.

Originally we were suppose to stay at a different house that I booked with them but the day of check in about 2 hours before, we had to be moved to another house. Host was very responsive and communicated the no hot water issue with the first property. It was a bit inconvenient however we ended up enjoying our stay at the second property anyways. I liked that the first floor was very open, everything was clean and my favorite part of the house was the movie theater set up in the basement.

Very clean, glad there was codes to get into every door so you don’t have to worry about keys. Was able to walk to several restaurants near by and only a $10 uber to the convention center. Inside of the condo looks great!

Gabriel has a really cool and cozy place. Great location, great place, and a great host. Will stay here again when visiting Philly

My family and I love Philly and part of what makes it feel like home, is using Airbnb. Gabriel's house was wonderful. It was easy to get to, in a quiet neighborhood, walking distance from the water. Gabriel was very easy to communicate with and get answers from. Check in was very smooth. The place was clean and spacious. My kids LOVED the little arcade game in the living room. The decor was very tasteful and modern. We would stay here again.

Came in for Philly Marathon. The place was clean and had lots of space for PT, warm ups, and recovery. The place is quiet at night, you can hear people in the hall but the evenings respected quiet hours. Right next to public transportation and 1.5 miles from the start!

Joseph's place was in a great location.We were able to walk everywhere from the 30st train station to Trader Joe's to downtown shopping. The view from the condo was incredible and the place was very quiet. We did have trouble getting in as we were unfamiliar with a fob key. However Joseph was very responsive. The couch was very uncomfortable and should be replaced. Everything else was great. Comfortable bed and very spacious bathroom. A nice place to stay for a city vacation and I would definitely return.

I had a wonderful stay with Angel and Frank. Angel was exceptionally proactive and reached out to help coordinate my arrival beforehand. She was extremely responsive and flexible when it came to the timing of my departure and was super friendly. You can tell she takes great pride in her place as well as being a host. There were tons of little extras that were pleasantly unexpected such as snacks and a bathroom with toiletries that you would have to request a hotel to provide. I highly recommend this place and would certainly stay with them again.

We definitely enjoyed our stay! We felt right at home literally didn’t have to go anywhere and when I did everything was down the street! May was always responsive even allowed a early check in due to the weather and we were so appreciative because I had a 8 hr drive so to be able to get there and go straight to the Airbnb I’m forever grateful! Will definitely stay again! I was not disappointed

Jimmy was really helpful at all times he let us check in early and he was always answering his messages and everything was nice and clean thank you so much for having us

I stayed here for a few days before New Year’s Eve and had a fantastic time! The area is within walking distance of all kinds of great bars/restaurants/stores, and overall the space was exactly as advertised. Would definitely stay here again in a heartbeat. The hosts were also super responsive and helpful with my early check-in requirements.

The place is in a nice quiet setting across the street from a park and walkable to downtown Haddonfield. The complex is quiet and felt very safe. It is a complex with multiple buildings which made finding the correct building a little tricky; however, Anna provided very specific instructions on how to locate the place. The space is exactly as it appears in the pictures. It was nice and clean when we arrived.I would definitely book this place again.

The condo was perfect for our 3 night stay. The parking was a really nice amenity - being able to park off the road and not worry about the car at all. The place was quiet, clean and exactly what we needed. The check in instructions were very detailed and helpful. Would definitely stay here again!

We really enjoyed our overnight stay. The place looks exactly like the photos. The hosts were incredibly nice and responded very quickly to any inquiries I had. I will definitely be booking this place again in the future.

For South Philly, it's a great location. The unit is the upper half of a two unit building. We've stayed there three times now and never had a problem. For an older part of town, the building is up to date and in very good shape. The neighbors have been very quiet. The beds are comfortable. On one occasion there were some minor maintenance issues but Andrea took care of them right away when she was notified. We hope to stay there again in the future. That said, the stools in the kitchen need to be reupholstered and a comfortable chair that one could read in would be appreciated.

What a great find! Rare to find 2 bedrooms and 2 baths, and the parking spot was one of the reasons I chose this place and I’m so glad I did. It was quiet inside, probably thanks in part to the 24-hour security on-site. I never made it to the gym but I’m sure it was nice.

My group and I came to Philly for the Super Bowl and had a fantastic stay at Swida’s house. The place was cozy and spacious with plenty of room for our group. The house was perfectly situated right in center city and walkable to everywhere we needed to go. Swida was also a great host and super responsive. Overall, 10/10 stay and would definitely come back!

My husband and I stayed here for a weekend away and to catch a concert at the Fillmore. Overall, our stay was great. It was surprisingly quiet for being in a pretty active and bustling neighborhood. I felt very safe and we walked to and from our show late at night and we did most of our travel around the area by foot. It was very clean and comfortable. I appreciated the Nespresso as I require good coffee in the morning and don’t always wanna walk haha. Two things, the water pressure in the bathroom wasn’t great. I was able to get by but it took a while to shower. The parking situation isn’t great either, we were able to park in a public lot but it cost about $30/day. There is definitely opportunity for street parking but many areas had 2-3 hour limits and the spots were incredibly difficult to come by. Other than that, I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend for anyone looking to stay in Philly. Very comfortable, safe and walkable. Go Birds! 🦅

We came for opening baseball game at Rutgers so this place was super close. The apartment was spacious, comfortable and full of snacks and drinks, to include some wine. I mentioned it was my birthday and Jodatur left me a birthday card and a basket of snacks. The beds were comfortable, the whole place smelled lovely and the two bathrooms made it easy for 4 people to use. The apartment was in a safe location and the garage parking added another level of comfort. Staying here was a much better option than the nearby hotel and much more practical than staying in Philly. We went out for dinner and brunch in Philly and everything is super easy to get to from this apartment. I hope when we go back for more baseball we are able to stay here again. Thank you!

My Family and I had a great vacation at this location. Great atmosphere, friendly neighbors, and a great location for quick excess to restaurants and local shopping in walking distance. The facility exceeded the standards listed. Last but not least the host Elisee's was always available for any questions my family and I had. This was a last minute trip and I was impressed with the service. Also the host was available before checking in and checking out with arrival home. What great service.

This is a really cozy spot in a great location - walking distance to everything we needed. The only thing you need to coordinate is parking but there are multiple garages within a block that were not too expensive. Everything was clean and the kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked. Hosts were polite and responsive, no complaints!

Elizabeth's home had a wonderful and functional layout during my stay. The location was excellent, with convenient access to many stores, including Target, Giant, and Starbucks, making it easy to pick up forgotten items or shop for groceries. Communication with Elizabeth was easy and prompt. I would happily book again.
