Really enjoyed our stay, wonderful location!

Convenient and tasteful studio apartment in a great location with a helpful host as well as a much appreciated parking spot. We also stayed here last year.

My gang of friends agreed we’d happily come back here again - lovely setting & big driveway for parking; comfy bedrooms and generous number of bathrooms; well-equipped kitchen compared to most rentals; pleasant but unobtrusive decor; and short, clear host instructions. And it was so warm for December that we even got to hang out on the patio, also comfy & welcoming. I think the only things (and they were very minor) that we’d recommend adding would be conventional potholders, a few more sets of silverware, a couple more DR chairs, and a reminder sign about the step down from the kitchen into the DR. Overall, would definitely recommend!

We were there for the wrestling NCAA’s and their place was conveniently located to the subway to the Wells Fargo arena. It worked great for my husband, me and our son and my brother’s 3 boys and him and even another brother!

Wow, what a time we had. This place was beautiful and spacious. Near all the best restaurants and nightlife. When coming to Philly with a larger group this is the place to be.

We really enjoyed our stay! The house was fantastic and was walkable to most of the things we wanted to enjoy in Philly. Cory was a great and responsive host. Would stay again, especially for a large party!

Rob was a fantastic host and his place was perfect for our Christmas vacation. The space was clean, well laid out and furnished. We were able to host a brunch while also feeling cozy when on our own. Rob was very responsive and helpful. Would highly recommend!

This is apartment is spectacular. It looks exactly like the photos. It is big and beautiful. I only had a problem with the neighborhood which was more rundown than expected. Looks like it is in the process of gentrification. Location has a very South Philly vibe. Host is very strict on check out. Parking was a challenge but was manageable. I would still rent again without any hesitation.

We had an amazing stay at J’s apartment. The apartment was beautifully decorated, and J was very responsive and flexible with check-in and check-out times, which we greatly appreciated. Nachman's carriage house is a very quiet place in the hub of Philly suburbs. Very conveniently close to food, stores, parks, etc. The space is quite large and without carpets so sound inside is a bit loud. The main queen bed frame is older so it does make noise when a body shifts. A couple of table side lamps would be nice but the overhead lighting was certainly sufficient. The grounds are being renovated though we never saw workman about. The kitchen area and the bathroom downstairs are updated and really great to use. Note: full flight of stairs to get to those areas. We had to cut our stay short however, Nachman was positively responsive when we did. Everything was very clean. Which I really appreciated. We will return as it is close to our relatives in the area.

Hala was a great host. Super responsive and kind. We got in early on a red eye thinking we'd be struggling to buddy our time until check-in but when I asked for very early check in time, she immediately responded and hence became our hero! Dunkin next door was a bonus. The place was very nice and exactly as shown. Loved having this as our home base for us meeting family in Elkins Park. Thanks!

This was a wonderful weekend getaway! Chandra was a great host who did everything but roll out a red carpet. Bathroom was stocked with toiletries. Fridge was stocked with complementary sodas and water, which was much appreciated. The living room area was quaint and the tv was positioned well enough in front of the alcove of the kitchen. Whether you’re cooking or eating, always have entertainment. Love the accommodation of their Apollo TV service. Had every show and movie to binge. Bedroom was fantastic. Bed was comfy and spacious. Almost didn’t want to get out of bed unless I had to eat or go to the bathroom it was so nice. I’d definitely stay again if I’m in the area!

This Airbnb was on a beautiful quiet street and was very clean and had everything we needed. Annie was also very responsive and kind. You can hear some of the other units at times, but it wasn’t too disruptive to us at all! Highly recommend for anyone looking to stay in Philly!
