Nice property with great amount of nature in its surroundings. We could see macaws and tucanes from our windows. Heard howling monkeys mornings and afternoons. However, I will recommend 4x4 vehicle because you need it to the last climb to the entrance of the property.

This Airbnb stay was absolutely unforgettable, and the views were truly the highlight! Waking up each morning to the breathtaking scenery was an experience I won’t soon forget. We spent hours just sitting outside, soaking in the beauty of the surroundings. The large windows let in so much natural light, and every room had a perfect vantage point to appreciate the amazing views. It was the perfect place to relax, unwind, and enjoy the tranquility. Even during the evening, the view was mesmerizing, with the sunset casting beautiful colors across the sky. This Airbnb offers a rare combination of comfort and natural beauty, and if you’re someone who loves to be surrounded by stunning views, this is definitely the place for you. I couldn't have asked for a better setting for my stay, and I’ll be dreaming of these views until I can visit again!

The space was exactly like advertised. Such a large and amazingly beautiful space! Roxana was very communicative and flexible when we were later than expected for the check in time. We received a very helpful tour of the space during the check in.

I absolutely loved staying at John’s place! I cannot recommend it enough! The entire space was extremely clean and comfortable. I got amazing sleep because of how comfortable the beds and sheets (no joke!) were. We loved utilizing the pool and hot tub! John really thought of everything for this space! There are so many thoughtful amenities. It’s conveniently located and isn’t too far from the marina (excellent fishing), amazing restaurants, fun excursions, and supermarkets! I went to the supermarket several times and they had a great selection! We did river rafting and went to Antonio Manuel National Park (close by). There are some beautiful beaches in the area too. John was extremely easy to communicate with and quick to respond. This was my 21st country to visit and I’ve been to over 30 of the US states. I can confidently say this has been my favorite Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in. I am a travel agent as well and would not hesitate sending my clients here! Highly recommended!!

One of the best scenic places I’ve ever stayed at. Love the little neighborhood and quiet the place is located. Would stay here again no question. I guarantee you will love this place and the beautiful sunsets by the pool! Stan and Kaileigh make’s sure you have the best stay with snacks and coffee and are very helpful if you have questions and make great recommendations exploring around the area.

Really good house. It has everything needed and even more. Big bathroom with real (not "Costa Rican") shower. Second bathroom. Cool swimming pool. Good kitchen. Good wi-fi. House is very private with no any side noises at night. It has only two slight inconveniences, which are not related to the house by itself: 1) Road to house, probably around 200 meters is gravel, so it can be dusty to walk by it. 2) Electricity is not stable in that (Uvita) are, so you can expect some jumps of electricity at the morning and evening, but they are short (~10 seconds)

wir hatten eine wunderbare zeit im bungalow coyote. leidy ist eine grossartige gastgeberin, sie hat auf jede anfrage rasch reagiert. wir waren sehr froh, um den wäscheservice. das haus ist mit viel liebe eingerichtet, sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. der standort ist sehr ruhig und man kan von der tollen terasse aus, viele schöne vögel beobachten. unser highlight war, dass wir gleich vier quetzale von der terasse aus sehen konnten. die abende sind frisch, weshalb wir die gelegenheit genutzt haben uns an der schönen grillstelle im garten am feuer aufzuwärmen und den atemberaubenden sternenhimmel zu beobachten. am letzten abend hat uns sogar noch ein tapir besucht. wir können die unterkunft zu 100% empfehlen. danke leidy!

Bonito lugar para pasar unos días trabajando remoto, Walmart a 4 minutos en auto y es un lugar alejado del ruido de la ciudad. Los anfitriones son amables y atentos

10/10. The host family is very kind, helpful and communicative. The space is beautifully bathed in natural light and surrounded by nature. There is hot water, generous space, good reception/wi-fi, and everything you might need in the kitchen. The climate is cool at night so we slept great. Great neighborhood with good restaurants and stores walking distance. We stayed for five weeks and would absolutely do it again! Highly recommended.

I can say I love this place. Great views of the mountains & the city at night. It was fun using the pool at night for movement after a long bus trip. Trustworthy experienced host made it comfortable for us. Cozy space to reenergize. :)

Die Lage außerhalb des Dorfes mit schneller Erreichbarkeit der Wandermöglichkeiten in Gerardo de Rivas ist sehr gut Von der Terrasse hat man einen sehr schönen Blick in die Umgebung. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

We had a great time at Omar's little cabin next to Rio Chirripó. The cabin is cozy, and the location is private, but you can still walk to the store if you want. It's the perfect getaway, and we will definitely return.

Hidden gem! With a private access to the river and very friendly hosts. We wish we could stay longer. Also ideal for groups and longer stays.

A True Paradise in the Costa Rican Countryside This place is simply a slice of paradise. Nestled in a beautiful finca near San Isidro El General, the stay was nothing short of magical. The accommodation itself is perfect—I only wish we had stayed longer! Our host, Luis Andres, was incredibly kind and welcoming. He was super flexible with our schedule and even shared his locally grown coffee with us, which was absolutely delicious. Waking up here is an experience in itself. The lush vegetation, the sounds of birds singing, and the breathtaking views make every morning unforgettable. And the outdoor shower? An absolute dream—it truly makes the stay even more special. One of the highlights was exploring the finca and immersing ourselves in the natural beauty of the surroundings. This is more than just a place to stay; it’s a paradise that we didn’t want to leave. If you have the chance to visit, don’t hesitate—you won’t regret it!

Die Kommunikation mit Roger war hervorragend, ebenso der Checkin: Obwohl lange unklar war, wann ich genau ankommen, hatte Roger ausgezeichnete Anweisungen gegeben, wie ich zur und in die Unterkunft gelange. Im Dunkeln konnte ich mir das Innere bestaunen und das konnte sich sehen lassen: Wunderbar eingerichtet. Der nächste Morgen präsentierte mir dann noch den Garten mit Sitzecken, Grill und dem Fluss direkt hinter dem Haus. Ein wenig abseits (eine gute Stunde zum Walflossenstrand und ezwa 40 Min zu den Nauyaca Wasserfällen, aber ein Traum, wenn man sich zurück ziehen, wohlfühlen und genießen will.
