My friends and I had a great time at the house it had everything we needed and the Property Caretaker Don Pedro was very helpful and pleasant. I would highly recommend Violetas house to stay in San Juan del Sur.

We had a very nice stay at Casa Pocahontas and felt right at home. The house is decorated with a lot of love and is located about 10-15 minutes walk from Playa Maderas. We spent a lot of time in the open living area with the huge terrace. A great place to relax, read a book or watch the wildlife in the jungle. The kitchen, bathroom and bedroom were well equipped. There was even a yoga mat and blackrolls. If we had any questions, Sebastian was always available and due to the keybox the check in/out was very flexible and uncomplicated. We can only recommend the Casa and would definitely come back again.

Nous avons beaucoup aimé notre séjour à la casa Yosi. L’emplacement en front de mer est exceptionnel! Le mobilier extérieur et la piscine juste wow ! À l’intérieur, les chambres sont belles et confortables. L’air de vie est petit, mais à quoi bon être à l’intérieur avec un aussi beau site extérieur ! La plage est super tranquille. À proximité (à pied) il y a quelques restos, mais un gros gros coup de cœur pour El ranchito ! Les couchers de soleil devant ce resto sur la plage sont superbes. Le personnel de maison est présent et réactif. Maria nous a préparé un souper et c’était excellent nous recommandons ! Une voiture demeure un essentiel à moins que vous ne vouliez vraiment pas sortir de la villa. Par contre, prévoir faire l’épicerie avant votre arrivée car il n’y en a pas à proximité. Nous n’hésiterions pas à revenir !

Jan-Luc’s stay was wonderful. A very responsive and communicative host. My group of four had a great time. The stay is very walkable to town where everything is happening, but far enough away to feel separate when it’s time to rest. Great views from the rooftop and balcony. Would recommend!

Buenas tarde , mil gracias a Omar y su asistente Jose nos atendieron al 100, el lugar muy espacioso, piscina excelente cerquísima del acceso a la playa, la casa en general muy acogedora, completa para lo que uno necesita, cocina etc, volvería a ir por mas días. Bellaaaaaaaaaaaaaa la casa,

John's apartment was fantastic. Very modern and clean apartment and in a great location just down the road from the main street and beach. The views were amazing and there is a fan and air conditioning and hot water showers. The wifi did cut out a lot but worked enough for what we needed. Ramon, the property manager was also so accommodating. He delivered everything we needed and went above and beyond to track down and deliver crutches for me as I had an accident before coming to SJDS and could not walk. I could not recommend this apartment more and will definitely stay here again when I return to SJDS.

Una casa muy bella frente a la playa, igual como se ve en las fotos, la anfitriona fue atenta en todo momento, la casa estaba limpia los baños estaban muy limpios, el acceso es muy fácil y tiene su parqueo privado ¡estuvimos como en casa!

Nuestra estadía en esta casa fue simplemente increíble. La casa es muy cómoda, linda y con una vista espectacular a la playa. La atención de Yorlenys fue impecable, siempre atenta y respondiendo en todo momento. La cocina estaba completamente equipada, lo que nos permitió preparar nuestras comidas sin problemas. Los cuartos eran muy cómodos, y la atención del señor Emiliano y su esposa Eveling fue de 10/10. Nos ayudaron con todo lo que necesitábamos y, para nuestra sorpresa, al momento de irnos nos encontramos con que Emiliano había lavado nuestros vehículos por iniciativa propia, un detalle que realmente apreciamos y que merecía una buena propina. Otro punto increíble fue que, aunque la hora de salida era a las 11 a.m., Yorlenys, con su amabilidad, nos permitió quedarnos hasta el final de la tarde. Esto nos dio la oportunidad de disfrutar todo el día en la playa y regresar a la casa a bañarnos antes de emprender nuestro viaje de regreso, lo cual fue un gran plus. Recomiendo este lugar

We had a great stay in Liliana's apartment. You truly can't beat the views. You can see the whole bay of SJDS and it is gorgeous! The apartment is well appointed, beds are comfortable and ACs blowing cold =). It was also a very close walk to town. You do have to be ok with climbing the hill but we welcomed the work out. The driveway is incredibly steep. We had a 4wd and were fine but I imagine it might be a little hard for smaller cars (although we did see smaller cars parked up top, so definitely doable). Thank you for a great stay!

We had a fantastic time at Denise's wonderful property on the coast of Nicaragua. A once in a life time view a short drive from a very cool beach spot. Denise was super responsive and her instructions were clear. She continued to provide recommendations and help even after we had checked out in terms of transportation. Highly recommend!

A beautiful home that fit all of our 14 guests with no concerns about space! The pool was refreshing and we loved being able to walk on the beach into town. Do be cautious about the river nearby that flows into the ocean as there are some critters in that water but we spent most of our time in the pool. It was nice getting a guided tour of the house upon check-in and also having someone as security throughout the night to ensure no one tried anything suspicious. We were also given some recs on what to do in the area as the host has their own tour business as well. Do be mindful of your electricity use as it stated 80 KW/DAY and it’s actually per night. Overall a great time with family and friends!

Such a beautiful location! This house is gorgeous and located on a peaceful private beach. The view is fantastic and the dipping pool is a fantastic touch. The beach bar is super close and has great food and drinks. Don’t skip making a bonfire on the beach because the sunsets are to die for!! Love this spot!!

Nous avons passé un séjour inoubliable dans cet Airbnb parfaitement situé, idéal pour une jeune famille ! Tout ce dont nous avions besoin était à disposition, ce qui a rendu notre séjour incroyablement confortable et pratique. L’emplacement est parfait, proche de tout, tout en restant calme et agréable. Mention spéciale à Veronica, qui est une hôte exceptionnelle : toujours à l’écoute, disponible à 100 %, et d’une gentillesse incroyable. Merci encore pour cette belle expérience, nous reviendrons sans hésiter !

We had a great stay in Elvis’s apartment! He was very responsive and friendly when we had any questions. The apartment looks just like the pictures.

Wonderful place, with a spectacular view! The statue of Christ is super close to Malibu and the host was also super helpful in recommending local restaurants with a 20% discount :) They’re super attentive when it comes to any inquiries or maintenance questions. However, I will say that there were a lot of bugs outside so I recommend bringing repellent. Its location is not that inclined like most places in San Juan, so that was another upside to it. Great location, great staff, great place ❤️
