We had a great stay at Laura’s house. Very relaxing to just look out over the jungle down to the ocean with birds and monkeys coming and going. The view is really fantastic. Open air concept made you feel like you were always right there in nature. Exciting trip up the road 4x4 is a must. Private road down to the beach made that very accessible. Thanks again to Laura and Veronica for making our visit so enjoyable.

Wonderful place, with a spectacular view! The statue of Christ is super close to Malibu and the host was also super helpful in recommending local restaurants with a 20% discount :) They’re super attentive when it comes to any inquiries or maintenance questions. However, I will say that there were a lot of bugs outside so I recommend bringing repellent. Its location is not that inclined like most places in San Juan, so that was another upside to it. Great location, great staff, great place ❤️

Amelia's bnb was an excellent place to call home for a month while in San Juan! The property was quiet but close enough to town to access everything very easily. I'd recommend renting a motorbike while staying since the road up is an adventure. The property manager, Walter, and his family were so kind and helpful to us. The best part of staying here were all the neighborhood dogs that make the stay extra memorable :) 10/10 would come back!

El alojamiento es precioso. Está retirado pero a la vez cerca del centro de San Juan del Sur (approx 10 min). Amelia es rápida en contestar y Walter (el cuidador) es súper amable y atento.

La casa es súper confortable, con una piscina con vista al mar que permite ver uno atardeceres increíbles. La atención y el cuidado de la casa fue excelentes . Sin dudas volvería y recomendaría la estadía.

Big Drop Surf House is ideally located a short walk to Playa Maderas. Well equipped and comfortable, staying here you will feel part of the Maderas community. Gaby is a very responsive and resourceful host. The local restaurants/beach bars are great, close, and have delicious food.

We had a wonderful time at Nora and Lino's. We interacted mostly with Herly and he was lovely and helpful. Walk over to the surf beach is super quick and the restaurant nearby Juanita's is great! Would highly recommend.

Jim’s place was beautiful, clean and private ! Great getaway ! Jim was very responsive and very attentive! 100 percent recommended.

Corrin e Jacq foram anfitriões excepcionais. Sempre presentes e super diligentes. A casa, por sua vez, é perfeita: excelente localização, equipada com tudo com o que você precisa (e mais um pouco) e extremamente confortável e agradável. Foi uma experiência incrível, que recomendo a todos (especialmente a quem surfa, tendo em vista as duas ondas “world class” localizadas dentro do condomínio).

We stayed at CasAnika for three weeks and had an amazing time! The house is spacious, clean, and cozy, with a beautiful terrace and a well-equipped kitchen. The Wi-Fi was great for remote work, and we loved the pool area and the friendly dogs and cats. Tony was a fantastic host, always helpful and full of great tips. The location is quiet, private and ideal, within walking distance to Maderas and Marsella beaches. We rented a scooter for trips to town but rarely needed to go as the area was so peaceful. Highly recommend!

Ich war vom ersten Moment an begeistert: Emeline hat sofort und sehr herzlich-ininformativ auf meine Buchung reagiert.Alles war bestens organisiert inklusive leicht früherem Check-In...danke dafür.Das Haus selbst ist ein Traum...mit direktem Meerblick. Es gibt im Haus alles,was man braucht. Die Architektur des Gebäudes ist sehr ansprechend,das Haus bietet viel Platz und ist sehr hell. Ich war bei der Hitze sehr froh um die Klimaanlage im Schlafzimmer. Im Wohnbereich hatte es 33 Grad.Die Küche war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet, das Internet hat auch bei Stromausfall funktioniert dank einer Batterielösung.Emeline hat an alles gedacht. Wirklich ein äusserst sorgfältig und herzlich geführtes Airbnb. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Most affordable way to surf the awesome waves of Playa Colorados. Located next to a great pizza place and the bikes made getting around Iguana a breeze. Would definitely stay again!

5 STARS all the way around for Miki’s house. She was amazing to work with, her house was so cool and super close to the beach. We loved the vibe, the plants, the pool, everything was spot on!

My friends and I had a great time at the house it had everything we needed and the Property Caretaker Don Pedro was very helpful and pleasant. I would highly recommend Violetas house to stay in San Juan del Sur.

The house is amazing, you have access to the beach right in front of you, only recommendation for anybody is to bring your own food from a local supermarket as there is an hour drive off road(4x4 recommended) after reaching san juan, the place is very private, you have the beach for yourself, the house is very clean, enough rooms, and spacious. Local housekeeper was very useful as he can go buy you items at extra cost while you enjoy your time, final score 10/10.

This place was incredible! The views were out of this world, the house was spotless and cozy, and everything was set up perfectly. Zachary and Suyen were great hosts, and Ricardo was super helpful and easy to work with. If you’re looking for a relaxing spot with beautiful scenery, this is the one. Highly recommend!

The house is amazing! It is very clean, peaceful, private and has beautiful surroundings! The infinity pool is unbelievable with a breathtaking view! This is our second visit to the monkey house! Yubran the caretaker of the house is an excellent chef! He cooked our dinner two nights during our stay! Thank you for sharing your house we love it! ❤️

ThiS was our home for ten days! simply wonderful. For us, four adults, and for our baby and five-year-old daughter! We always walked to the center, which we really liked because it allowed us to come into contact with real San Juaneños. This residence is incredibly beautiful in an incredible location. unfortunately we didn't meet Rob, but we're sure his heart is in the right place. He is very helpful and responds quickly! We could spend our whole lives here :). Thank you, Rob, Catalina and the gardner!!
