Such a cute and beautifully done casita! The outdoor space was amazing, and we loved the peaceful surroundings. My boyfriend and I worked remotely during our stay, and the Wifi was strong and never had any issues, with two separate spaces to take calls. The kitchenette was a great addition, we stopped at the market before arriving so having a fridge to store food was ideal. The location was absolutely stunning, and we even had the chance to see monkeys during our stay! We would definitely come back and stay here again.

Very helpfull host!! unbelivable service! he helped us with the cab to get there from Rivas and also organizing a motorcycle rental from the house! great little place, feels like home with the extra of a wonderful sunset view!! very peacefull! my husband and I had a magical time there! 🙏

This stay was special in exactly the way we thought it would be. You’re sleeping right in the middle of the jungle, but protected with a net on the bed. You can hear all sorts of animals throughout the night and day which enhances your experience. The restaurant on the grounds is magnificent and has amazing food. Our host Megan was so supportive and proactive with our constant change in travel plans. She also helped setting up a guide to hike the volcano as well as took care of our ferry tickets to come in (we did ourselves for the way back due to last minute changes and it was a huge pain) Overall, if you’re looking to be immersed in nature on an island with several good restaurants and plenty of things to do. This stay is perfectly located for that and offers great value for the price.

My lakefront cabin was perfect. nice little patio out front with a comfy hammoc and chairs looking out on the lake with great sunset views. Luis and Maria were super friendly but not intrusive at all. The local breakfast made to order and served to the cabinwas excellent every time with the most delicious fresh juices! Two doors down is a bar and restaurant that you can get to by walking along the lakeshore. Rosa's is the perfect hidden hideaway if you appreciate peace and quiet! I would book again without hesitation! Luis, Maria and family were always around and happy to help with anything I needed.

We had an amazing stay in Casita #2. Nica and Benjamin were really responsive and helpful! A huge thanks also to Alex and Wuilber (the locals on the property) who were soo helpful for many things we needed in our 2 week stay. The place was super nice. The location is awesome with the beaches and a few coffee shops arounds. But, we do recommend renting a car or a scooter (NicaRenta are super friendly)! Having a pool on the property would be a huge addition, but Selina will probably accept you if you consume drinks / food!

Wir haben zu zweit in dieser Unterkunft für 3 Nächte geschlafen und sind total begeistert. Dan war nicht vor Ort, da er im Ausland lebt. Zu ihm können wir wenig sagen, da kein Kontakt zu ihm erforderlich war. Dafür können wir in höchsten Tönen über die einheimischen Menschen vor Ort reden, die dort arbeiten, wie Juan Carlos und Delfa. Die Köchin Delfa hat sagenhaft lecker gekocht. Selbst die Pasta und das Brot hat sie selbst gemacht. Alles köstlich! Wenn man etwas unternehmen möchte, dann ist es ratsam, die beiden zu fragen. Sie vermitteln gute Touren (wie Kayak und Wanderung auf den Vulkan Maderas) und zu sehr fairen Preisen. Ein unerwarteter Traum auf dem ruhigen Teil von Ometepe.

We had a great stay at Finca Montania Sagrada! The view was so breathtaking that we decided to stay in a two separate beds room and not change to the one kind size bed cottage even if in our honeymoon :) The little cottage came with some wild life included (You’re in nature so expect spiders, mosquitoes, ants and lizards, but nothing we couldn’t handle PLUS one thing I loved about the place is that it has mosquitoes nets that are fresh, very clean, I really loved that! Could use them and enjoy the nicer scent - thank you 🙏🏻) and a cat 🐈 that made our stay even more pleasant ( can ask for food for the kitty from the kitchen that prepares the morning breakfast). The morning breakfast is simple but everything is delicious and fresh. The lady serving it is very attentive and makes fresh bread there. We had a great time feeding the horses, admiring the birds, and just chilling on the hammock. There are 2 restaurants, one v close El Imperio- delicious Happy with our choice.

I went to Nicaragua looking for time in nature and a unique Airbnb experience. I found it! JC and Lisseth’s place is an amazing working farm with fruit trees, chickens and birds. Lots of birds! I was warmly welcomed and treated like to amazingly fresh and tasty food. I had a fabulous massage, helped with English class for local children and swam in the nearby lake. I absolutely loved my time with JC, Lisseth and their family. You should know that there are dirt paths that are kept very clean to reduce dust and mosquitos sometimes arrive at night and are easily controlled with bug spray. This is a unique place to stay amongst a lot of nature and very kind people.

We didn’t have the pleasure of meeting Lukas as he was away however we were incredibly well looked after by Yixson, the property manager. The cabana was perfect for a peaceful getaway. My partner and I loved all of the animals, the kitchen was well equipped and the location was perfect for the activities on Ometepe. You are next door to playa de mango if you fancy some music and a cocktail but there is also a bar on site served by Yixson. Yixson also helped us practice our Spanish and correct us when we needed help, he also arranged a kayak tour from the property, motorbike hire and a taxi to get us back to the port. The whole stay was fantastic and Lukas was very responsive with recommendations and instructions. We ended up extending our stay! Thank you to Lukas, Yixson and his lovely family!

A must visit! A truly special place in playa de maderas. View from both the room and the deck was amazing. Breakfast and group dinners were wonderful and great time to chat and relax. Yoga was very special - do it even if you don't do yoga!! Amazing wildlife - monkeys, birds and iguanas! The rooms do get warm at night even with a fab on. But worth it to be totally at one with nature

wunderschönes, idyllisches Plätzchen. Wie ein kleines privates Paradies! Wer gerne Ruhe möchte, und Zeit für sich, dann ist dies ideal! Gut und währschaftes Häuschen und alles ist gut umgesetzt und sauber. Einzig der Backofen funktionierte bei uns nicht richtig. Die Ruhe, der Pool, die Veranda und die Hängematte: wir haben alles sehr genossen und gingen nicht gerne weiter! Danke auch an Maria, sie hat uns vor Ort lieb empfangen und sie war gut erreichbar.

Highly highly recommend! Where do we even start… We felt so at home the minute we walked through the gate. The space was perfect for our month long stay - we had lots of space to move around, the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed, the bed was super comfortable, and we were surrounded by beautiful nature, animals and people. Zivile was so welcoming and so responsive to all of our questions about local recommendations, helped us find the best deal for a scooter rental, as well as taxis to and from the airbnb. It was so nice to spend some time away from the busyness of a city, but to know that our friendly neighbours were nearby! We will miss this space and their beautiful dogs and cats so dearly. Thanks again Zivile (and Michael!) for welcoming us into your space :)

The Airbnb is simple and has a nice rustic vibe. The kitchen has everything necessary to cook some meals. It’s within walking distance from playa marsella and playa maderas and to get there it’s a nice forest walk. The house is surrounded by nature so every morning you wake up with bird and monkey sounds. Usha is amazing and very sweet. We had some issues with wifi and water, but nothing that bothered us. Still she resolved the issues with us very well. Thank you so much for the hospitality!

A lovely location and surroundings, and a perfect little kitchen, balcony, etc. etc. Kathie was super accommodating to my requests and a great communicator throughout! The location is a bit tough to reach if you drive a motorbike, and the Wi-Fi isn't strong enough to work remotely, but other than that, it was a beautiful stay and I wish I was able to stay and soak in the nature longer.

The boob was an absolutely excellent place to stay. It was isolated and quiet, yet easy to get to town within 5 min on foot. Our driver did not know how to get to the space, but the very first local we asked turned their motorcycle around and drove us right there, which is exactly how the locals of this area are; super friendly and helpful. Megan was a great host and responded to every message we had, very friendly when we asked questions and had great recommendations. The ad was 100% accurate to the description and a very lovely space. It can get quite warm in the space as there is no AC, but this was also listed in the ad! Loved this place!
