This was a perfect place to stay in San Marino. Easy to find, convenient parking near the apartment and close walk to all the things to see!

Alloggio bellissimo! Abbiamo apprezzato tantissimo che con il nostro arrivo Giulia l’host ci aveva preparato un dolce di benvenuto. Alloggio molto molto pulito e curato. Bagno pulito ed in ottimo stato. Casa favolosa. Posizione ottima con super market raggiungibile a piedi come la pizzeria ed il sushi. Host super gentile e disponibile. Esperienza da ripetere! Validissima alternativa di alloggio rispetto a quelle classiche in città. Ideale per chi voglia concedersi una fuga romantica. Anche per me, che ci sono andata con mia figlia adolescente , è stato piacevolissimo. Lo consiglio a chiunque, purché non abbia problemi di deambulazione, visto che si tratta di alloggio in borgo arroccato

Tutto perfetto - dal check-in alla posizione e pulizia dell’alloggio. Una ottima struttura immersa nel verde, a solo 10 minuti dal mare. Carlo e Novella sono host gentilissimi, con cui avere ottime conversazioni! Grazie mille anche per i consigli sulla zona. Buonissima anche la colazione! Assolutamente da raccomandare.

lovely place with 3 bedrooms and room for 7 in total. large apartment overall and plenty space in kitchen lovely views, quiet location and perfect placed for Misano circuit. only downsides are the electric plugs are some old design, and modern adapters didn't work, lucky the owner had installed a couple weeks could use great stay, lovely restaurants nearby by car, nothing is walkable

Es war einfach perfekt!Morciano ist ein kleiner Ort mit ganz lieben Menschen :) alle notwendigen Geschäften befinden sich in der Nähe und sind zu Fuß schnell erreichbar.Die Unterkunft selbst ist noch viel schöner als auf den Bildern!Alles so liebevoll dekoriert!In der Küche hat man alles, was man braucht, sogar Kaffee, Zucker, Salz und Tee.Was noch total süß ist, dass der Gastgeber sogar Croissants, Marmelade und Kekse sowie zwei Wasserflaschen bereitstellt. Im Bad findet man ebenso alles, was man braucht, die Handtücher werden regelmäßig gewechselt.Was Paolo angeht, ganz große Klasse!Für jedes Anliegen kann man ihn sofort kontaktieren und bekommt auch umgehend eine Antwort!Tolle Empfehlungen von ihm bekommen bezüglich Restaurants und Strand(10 Autominuten in Cattolica).Zwischendurch brachte Paolo uns leckere Feigen zum Probieren und bei Abreise ein Abschiedsgeschenk mit heimischen Leckereien!Paolo, vielen lieben Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt & deine Herzlichkeit :)wir kommen wieder!

Ospitalità squisita! Monica mi ha fatto sentire a casa con grande attenzione per ogni dettaglio. La casa è centralissima e ben arredata. 100% consigliato.

This was the perfect place to stay for a few days. It was very spacious and we loved having the 4 beds and 2 bathrooms. There are some very good restaurants around here and very friendly people. Francesca met us outside the house and answered any questions we had. The train was only a 15 minute walk and we had a private driveway for parking our car. Mooi en ruim appartement op een minuut loopafstand van het strand en winkeltjes en horeca. Met een eigen parkeerplaats op 50 meter afstand. De twee strandbedjes (inclusief !!) maken het helemaal af. Carlotta is een attente host die goed communiceert en heel snel reageert. Kortom: een aanrader.

Silvia ist jederzeit gut erreichbar, beantwortet Fragen und kommt auch vorbei, wenn man Hilfe benötigt. Die Wohnung ist hübsch eingerichtet, alles geschmackvoll abgestimmt. Die ganze Wohnanlage ist gepflegt und die Wohnung ist ruhig. Wir hatten nichts zu beanstanden

Lovely, warm apartment with great views- at the front over to Rimini and the Adriatic and a side view of the castles above at San Marino City which looked particularly good at night. The apartment had everything we needed. Chiara sent photos to help us locate the apartment and the parking space which was very helpful although it still took us a few minutes to find it! The apartment had everything we needed. Due to the thick walls, the wi-fi signal was only really good in the living room but that was fine for us. Only a 5 minute walk to the gondola taking you up to the city.

Tutto perfetto! Casa come da inserzione, molto pulita e in ordine , terrazzo con vista mare e sui tetti della città.. La posizione è ottima per visitare molte località del territorio. Barbara di una gentilezza unica…

The locations is beautiful, peaceful and scenic. The accommodation matched the description and was very comfortable. Having access to a washing machine and dryer was very welcome. The staff were lovely and it was great to be able to get breakfast as part of the arrangement or relax with a cool drink in the afternoon .

Casa impeccabile come da foto. Consiglio al 100%. Nuova e pulita, bagni top, letto comodo. Terrazzo ampio, cucina splendida. Frigo, forno, lavabo e fuochi di livello. Porta blindata. Ascensore addirittura doppio. Supermercato gigante praticamente a piano terra. Tanti posti auto davanti al portone a due passi due, poi 5 minuti di auto e si è in centro. Dovevamo fare vari spostamenti per un torneo e ci siamo trovati benissimo. Jacopo disponibile in ogni esigenza e molto molto alla mano, ci siamo subito fidati l'uno dell'altro in ogni situazione. Cosa che non capita spesso. Volendo trovare una cosa da migliorare forse è la cameretta che non ha armadi e il lettino è una brandina. Finché la occupa una figlia ok (condividi tuo armadio in camera grande), ma io sposterei la libreria (interessante), aggiungerei un piccolo armadio nella cameretta e un vero letto singolo più comodo mentre la brandina la terrei chiusa in camera matrimoniale rendendo possibile ospitare addirittura un altro ospite.

Accueil très sympathique malgré l’heure tardive. Animaux bien acceptés même si ma chienne un peu imposante a pu inquiéter Elisa. Calme et beau panorama à l’aube. Petit déjeuner correct compris. Excellente adresse.

Un luogo incantevole ed accogliente. Carmen e Massimiliano sono la gentilezza in persona: mi sono sentita a casa e coccolata. Mi mancherà fare colazione in giardino godendo della pace del posto e delle deliziose torte di Carmen. La camera è comoda e spaziosa. In generale, la zona è stupenda e merita sicuramente una visita. Spero di tornarci presto! Grazie ancora 💕

Gorgeous place in the hills of the Marches. we loved this place and will surely come back to visit Maria and her family. The breakfast she brought every morning was a delight, the surroundings were beautiful and so serene and of course we all enjoyed the pool so much especially considering the heat. We felt at home. Thank you

nous avons passé un agréable séjour chez lucas. tout a été parfait. une résidence entretenue avec soin, parfaitement propre. la chambre est très bien isolée du bruit, une literie confortable. Le petit déjeuner est très bien copieux avec des produits frais et de qualité. concernant lucas il est à l'écoute de ses clients, arrangeant et très agréable. nous recommandons fortement cet établissement.

Auf einem Hügel mit traumhafter Aussicht, morgens den Sonnenaufgang durch die großen Panoramafenster im Wohnzimmer genießen, im Garten mit Blick auf die Olivenbäume von Agnese und in die wunderschöne Landschaft frühstücken...was will man mehr. Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll und großzügig. Die Küche mit 5 flammigem Herd und Backofen läd zum Kochen ein, wenn man denn einmal nicht in einer der Trattorien der Umgebung mit romagnolischer Kücher essen möchte. Agnese ist eine sehr sympathische Gastgeberin und mit ihren Tipps haben zum Gelingen unseres Urlaubs wesentlich beigetragen. Was man wissen sollte...die Gegend ab Haus ist eher etwas für sportlch ambitionierte Radfahrer, man kann aber direkt schöne Wanderungen unternehmen; die Zufahrt über einen Kiesweg ist etwas holprig aber gut machbar; man braucht ein Auto zum Einkaufen und zur Erkundung der wunderschönen weiteren Umgebung. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt!
