The property was fantastic. There was plenty of space for everyone and had a very welcoming vibe. The photos dont do it justice. The property is located in peaceful surroundings with wildlife right at the door step. Gail was very friendly and responded to messages very quickly. She also left us a wonderful welcome basket, which was much appreciated. I'd definitely go back in the future.

Beautiful property with amazing views of the Cairngorms. The house was beautifully designed, with birch clad exterior and a large open plan kitchen. Bryce was an excellent host who helped us with local recommendations and was very responsive.

We loved our stay at the house. Fantastic sense of luxury and home all in one. We were in and out of the hot tub and sauna all weekend. We were staying for a big birthday so Susan had also really kindly left us some gifts which we were just delighted about. The location within Aviemore is fantastic, only a short distance away from the main town but right beside local woodland walks. Great views. Size of house was also just ideal for our family gathering. Ahead of check in, Susan was a great help, particularly in providing us with an earlier than advertised check in time and lots of really clear directions. She also left lots of really clear notices and instructions around the house. We would definitely stay here again, and recommend to anyone looking for somewhere to stay in Aviemore.

2nd time at Vera's place. Location is amazing and a great base for exploring Culbin forest and surrounding areas. Planning to return! Charming house in Fishertown.

We had a lovely stay over new year beautiful house very comfy and cosy the garden is great for the dogs to go mad in Kay was a wonderful host checking in on us and quick to respond to any questions we had she even left us champagne and flowers and hid little treats around the house for us to find location is good near to Loch Ness and lovely little village

From the moment we arrived we knew we’d booked the right house for our family get together, it was perfect with a lovely enclosed garden making it safe for dogs and our granddaughter. It was in our very favourite part of Aviemore and we loved everything about our stay. Sarah was super helpful and always responded to any questions I had. We’d totally recommend The Squirrels and would love to stay again.

Wee House is a great place to stay, well equipped, very cosy especially with the log burner (logs and kindling all supplied), and a comfy king-size bed. A number of books, maps, walk suggestions were all in the house. Heather has included so many little extras and excellent instructions for everything, and the 'goodies' in the kitchen and fridge were very much welcomed. We arrived late at night and in not great weather, and Heather had gone before us to unlock the property so we wouldn't have to fumble in the dark and sleet for the key box. Very much appreciated. Even though this was January, there was a lot to do in the area although not enough snow for skiing... but not Heather's fault!!! Some great walks, even in the snow, lovely eating places.. Cairngorm Hotel did a very tasty Burns meal. All in all a great stay that we wished could have been longer.

We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this bright, spacious cottage. Fantastic setting and amazing views! Such a gorgeous village too, with great walks from the door and a really friendly, welcoming pub.

We had a wonderful time. The house and grounds were beautiful! The view was AMAZING! Helen and Mike were very quick to respond and very helpful. We were greeted with fresh garden flowers, milk, butter, coffee, tea and biscuits. Lots of little extras to make you feel at home! Would absolutely recommend this place!

Thoroughly enjoyable stay in a beautifully quirky property set in a equally stunning location,a perfect couple of days a away from start to finish.The apartment was lovely,had everything needed with loads of lovely detail and we were really blown away by the attention to detail.We were very relaxed the whole time,slept very well and didnt want to go home!We will be back again soon!

This was everything we needed for a quick few nights in Inverness. You are literally next to a grocery store and also within walking distance to many restaurants. The place felt very cozy during the winter time, and we got excellent sleep to help us be wide awake for our days in the highlands! Would definitely stay here again!

Property was great and beautiful and lovefly. we really loved this place and every instruction was so clear and crisp from Lyndsey. As the property is located near to town everything was so accessible and made it more comfortable for us .

Kristin was a fantastic host - really understood our needs when travelling with our baby & toddler, super responsive and great at communicating. Our baby loved the high chair - "just" an ikea one with the tray, but so handy to have this! We'll likely be back next month and will be crossing our fingers Kirstin's place is available then!

We had a lovely relaxing time at this fine establishment. The accomodation was so comfortable and homely. Don made us feel very welcome and provided easy to follow instructions for directions and use of the facilities. The location is ideal to walk into the town and to visit some beautiful spots. It's ideal for birdwatching and beautiful walks. Don was approachable and accommodated us for an additional night at short notice, would highly recommend and will hopefully visit again.

Dianne and Rod were excellent hosts and very friendly when I meet them. The fire makes the lovely living room super cosy - the property overall is really comfortable and cosy with tasteful decor and kept very clean. The beds were really comfortable and this is important! Slept well each night. Everything was catered for your needs Nice little welcome touches and lots of advice and information on activities and places to visit. Always prompt communication and very friendly. Would love to go back for longer next time. Highly recommend a visit. ☺️ thanks to the hosts for having us.

Great house, lots of space and in a nice area of Inverness. Lovely to have extra bits like the soaps, toilet paper, towels, tea coffee, nibbles and a welcome bottle was much appreciated.

We had a lovely stay, beautiful location. Rachel was an amazing host. And as a bonus there is a lovely bakery and cafe in the town 5 mins walk away in town. Would definitely recommend.

We had a lovely stay at this Inverness townhome. The place was spotless, and Marie was proactive in making sure everything was comfortable with our stay.

Very comfortable house right in the heart of Newtonmore - was a perfect location for a family winter break. Lots of space with 2 lounges and generously sized bedrooms. Really well equipped with everything you could need in the kitchen in particular plus lots of games and books for the wet days (there were a few!). Off-street parking, nearby co-op shop and responsive hosts made for a stress free and enjoyable stay. We hope to be back!

Great stay in Lossiemouth! The house was gorgeous and so spacious for our extended family. All the bedrooms were great and we all loved the themes. The house was spotless and clean and Graeme was great at check in with a thorough introduction to the house and the communication before and after was great. Would highly recommend.

We loved our stay here. Robin was a super gracious host and the house was absolutely perfect. So well provisioned and probably the cleanest Airbnb I've ever stayed in, which was greatly appreciated. Only wish we had a few more days so that we could have spent more downtime relaxing at the house because it is such a pleasant place to be! We only had a couple days in the area, so were out and about exploring most of the time. And it's a great location for that....our party ranged from 4 years old to 70+, and we found plenty of things to do within a 1.5 hour driving radius that everyone enjoyed, even in the middle of winter.

This was exactly the kind of break we all needed! We are a group of wild swimmers, and the location was perfect for us. We swam in lochs, in the sea, spotted dolphins, seals, and deer - but not Nessy! Check in was smooth, there was a lovely welcome basket of goodies for us. The beds were made up beautifully, with more than one pillow each! The kitchen is well stocked, with all the utensils/pots that you need to be able to prepare fresh meals, and great size mugs for a decent hot drink! When the temperature dropped on the second evening, our hosts had the heating turned up for us with half an hour. Any message sent to the host were answered immediately! All in all, we had an amazing stay, a perfect house, in the most amazing location!
