We had a wonderful stay at Edwin House, a lovely spot within walking distance of the Barbican, shopping centre and university. The balcony is the perfect sun trap and the patio furniture very comfortable. Sharon is a kind and responsive host who went above and beyond during our stay and we felt very welcome. The house is beautifully presented, clean with excellent facilities and we would have no hesitation in recommending Edwin to future guests. Thankyou Sharon!

From arriving we instantly felt at home. The place was very well equipped and a nice welcome package of scones, butter, milk, bread etc. Also plenty of tea towels, cutlery, pots and pans and although our stay was in February there was very good facilities outside like the bar BQ table and chairs plus two paddle boards and kayaks. The house was very roomy and comfortable and a great supply of kindling and logs to use. Great pubs serving good food and lovely beaches and walks. We had a great stay and will definitely be back in the future.

The cottage is in a beautiful estate near the estuary and a short walk from the centre of the village. The village has great rating places such as the London Inn,the strand cafe and the Clipper cafe. The Ness pub has lovely views over the estuary. The cottage had a garage that could fit my large suv just ,and parking in the area could be found nearby. A great base for visiting around . Paignton Zoo was especially good as well as Brixham and Cockington . The cottage was warm and cosy and the kitchen was well stocked with what you need. Thank you for a great holiday.

Absolutely gorgeous Airbnb The cottage was clean comfortable and well equipped and ideal for out multi generational family Christopher and Nicola were kind and responsive hosts and they provided a wide selection of toys to the delight of my two granddaughters The garden was lovely and the two parking spaces were a real bonus We had the most perfect and relaxing time

An absolutely stunning property. Julie-Ann and Rich were incredibly welcoming hosts and there were lots of lovely little touches such as the breakfast goodies. The kitchen was superbly equipped and the whole property was very spacious. The linens and towels were really high quality and the beds were super comfortable. The views are incredible and it’s all very peaceful and relaxing. Being there at Christmas was very special with beautiful decorations and a wonderful atmosphere. Highly responsive and caring hosts; a very lovely stay in a very lovely home.

I was tasked to find somewhere for a girl reunion. Having stayed at Hill Crest last year, there would only be one place. One of our party is disabled so one of the 3 bathrooms has a seat in the shower, perfect for her and the accommodation all on one level. An immaculate well stocked kitchen ensured we could cater at home, however the Eddystone Inn within walking distance provided a wonderful Sunday lunch (note: no disable ramp so climbing the steps was a bit of a chore for one of our party) The beds are super comfy and the showers fabulous, however, just chilling on the deck with a cup of tea in the morning and a glass of something nice of an evening was divine. Add in the afternoon of relaxing in the hot tub made a memorable weekend with friends with 2 of our party planning a return visit with family in the near future.

I had a lovely few days here! The house is cozy as can be, the property is gorgeous, and the hosts are so nice. They make you feel very at home. I loved walking around and exploring! Definitely recommend coming with your own call. It's not easy to get a taxi!

Lisa was a great host, kind and helpful giving lots of tips for our stay! A beautiful home in a beautiful place! Would definitely come back and stay again!

From the moment we arrived, everything was wonderful. Karen even had crackers and mince pies in the welcome basket as we were staying over Christmas. It was a beautiful place to stay, both with the interior decor and the surroundings. Walkable to three pubs! I only wish we’d been brave enough to take the kayaks out given the perfect location for it. Couldn’t recommend a more helpful and accommodating host!

A beautiful cottage - the photos don’t do the lovely main room justice - it’s also a gorgeous area and perfect location (at high tide!) for paddle boarding so definitely bring one. The house itself must have been recently renovated because everything is very well done and high spec - we got the cottage as we needed to work from home all week, and were a tad worried about the Wi-Fi, but actually it’s far better than what we normally have! Clean, well arranged, etc etc. We can’t get over our trip and I can’t wait to book this place again soon!!

Thanks for our stay in the Boathouse. The location is without comparison for the views and being next to the water. The Boathouse is well placed for some great walking as well. We found the boathouse to be very clean, comfortable and well maintained. The only small problem was the wifi which was intermittent with a slow speed. Giles and Shannon gave us a warm and friendly welcome when we arrived, thank you.

We had a fantastic stay - the house felt really comfortable and homely and the short walk to the beach, coast path and pub was perfect for us. The baby equipment, toys and books were brilliant for our son. We’d love to come back!
