Heron’s Reach is an absolute gem! So comfortable and relaxing that our 2 nights away felt like a week! Would definitely recommend - ideal for taking it easy in Budleigh Salterton or exploring further afield.

Absolutely loved this place, everything was so perfect. The gorgeous private garden was a real bonus and we so appreciated the milk left for us to enjoy a cup of tea in the garden when we arrived. We would so love to be able to stay here again :))

Such an enjoyable stay at Ali’s home. Immaculately presented and decorated extremely well. Was so peaceful. Wonderful beds and linen. Great kitchen which allowed us to cook for our family that we were visiting. Our dog loved it too Would love to come back again in the summer. Thank you Ali ❤️

Pauline was a great host and gave us very useful information about local facilities. Lovely welcome touches such as the great cake. The flat was very stylishly decorated and well equipped. Very comfortable seating outside with a fantastic view of the estuary. Highly recommended.

My two friends and I had an amazing relaxing weekend at Susan’s place. The space was immaculate when we arrived with all amenities we needed to cook all of our meals. The view from the garden is beautiful and it’s been so peaceful to wake up with a view of the sea. The beds are really comfortable as is the sofa bed. Susan was really helpful in her instructions and very prompt to respond if we needed clarification. All in all, a 5* experience, we hope to be back soon!

Lovely stay at Merida apartment. Myself, my partner, our 6 month old daughter and my mum stayed here. Very clean and cosy accommodation. Beds very comfortable, travel cot for our daughter was great. The bathroom is very nice also! Fully functioning kitchen with everything you could need which was great for us with a baby! Short 5 minute walk to Torquay harbour which was full of nice pubs, shops and restaurants. Also easy enough to go for a longer walk if want to. Over all accommodation and location were excellent and we are already talking of booking again. Louise was also very responsive in the lead up to our arrival and we met her when we arrived. Lovely lady and a great host

We had a great week’s stay at Alison’s flat! It looked exactly like the pictures and was really clean on arrival, with lovely views out on the balcony of Brixham harbour. We were able to get parked pretty close to the flat for most of the week which was ideal for when we wanted to do a few trips out. It was easy to find and plenty of space just for the two of us. The steps going up and down to the flat weren’t an issue (we definitely got a good workout with the steps to and from the high street but that’s expected as most places are uphill). Communication with Alison was easy and for what we paid for the week, we thought it was great value for money. We would definitely return if we come back to Brixham in the future!

Beautifully decorated studio! Jaana’s eye for decor is amazing! Really enjoyed the get away for one night but would have definitely stayed longer! Great location, short walk away from town! Just a really amazing space!

Close to the beach and a lovely pub /restaurant. The large kitchen table was ideal for our family get together. Very peaceful location we would love to return.

The location was really convenient to be able to walk everywhere. The house was just as I expected from the description and most importantly, the host was very quick to reply to any questions we had.

We had a great time staying in Rachel’s accommodation again. It is a beautiful property, extremely well equipped and exceptionally clean and comfortable. There is ample parking and the location is superb too.

Beautifully presented and spotlessly clean property with fabulous views. Ben and Lauren were very responsive and accommodating, allowing us an early checkin which was super! We didn't have a car so caught ferry from Barbican (£3 pp and only a 5min trip) so easy! Ventured back and forth to Barbican for cute pubs, restaurants and shops. Good to note there are no local shops near the property so bring food and necessities with you. We brought food in Barbican. Again, very easy. Property had great bbq and balcony to sit and enjoy the views. Well equipped kitchen and comfy beds. We had two dogs who loved the space, the dog treats (thank you!) and the dog bowls. We didn't want to leave :) Definitely recommend this property.

We instantly felt at home here. The house has been done up lovely and it gives a calm and inviting feel to it. Everything was as described and we would definitely return.

We were looking for a quiet few days in Devon and that is exactly what we got. We cannot recommend Bec’s place highly enough. Lovely and cosy, easy to use kitchen and a wonderfully comfortable bed and sofa. It was easy to cater for ourselves as the kitchen is very well equiped with excellent appliances and utensils. Nature is all around and we spent a whole day watching the garden birds visit the garden and feeders.

We arrived slightly earlier than we had expected, but were shown in and welcomed. The place is very private and because of its elevation looks out across Brixham where the colourful houses on the other side of the harbour are a constant reminder that you are on holiday. The town is very easy to access if you can manage many steps, and within 5 mins you are at the harbour with its working fishing boats, tour boats and children crabbing alongside the marina. Good quality restaurants, including many fish and chips shops are all within a short walking distance, as well as specialist fish restaurants and a superb tapas bar. If you want to get away from the crowds the SW Coastal Path goes through Brixham from which the wildlife and views are spectacular. We had a very enjoyable weekend in a peaceful but convenient spot that was very clean, and welcoming, and Moira generously left us treats to help us have a good time

The hosts are very welcoming and friendly. It’s such a nice place to stay with a beautiful view. Would definitely recommend staying here!!

We really enjoyed our stay here. Victoria was super helpful and it was easy to contact her asking recommendations during our stay. The apartment is in a super location, walking distance to the town centre, the hoe and the Barbican. There is a Tesco 2 minutes away. Lovely, homely flat, a real home from home. Karen and John's home was the perfect, surprisingly spacious retreat for our relaxing long weekend. Our children absolutely loved exploring all the rooms and playing hide-and-seek! The thoughtful Easter basket they left was such a sweet and appreciated touch. Despite some truly awful weather on our first day, we were so grateful for how cosy and comfortable the flat was to return to. The property is clearly freshly refurbished, beautifully presented, and immaculately clean – honestly, it's probably the cleanest place I've ever stayed. We would wholeheartedly recommend it!

Pro: perfect location, close to the Hoe and walkable distance to city centre and Barbican. Chloe provides daily parking permit which is super helpful! Any very easy to find a parking space in Citadel Road. Welcome milk and chocolate. We love them. Plenty choices of seasoning for cooking, cleaning tools and laundry detergent. Con: The sound transfers easily between floors. The kids wake up 6:50 - 7:10am every morning and start to running and jumping. It becomes quite loud, making it difficult for my 1 year old baby to keep sleeping. You will never late for a morning meeting if you are having a business travel, but you may carefully consider if you want to wake up naturally. A little bit dusty at the beginning that I cannot stop sneezing. But get better when I wiped the blinds and put those artificial flowers in closets.

Absolutely wonderful apartment - we had a fantastic stay and wished we could have stayed longer. Thank you Jackie, you were a brilliant host. We hope to visit again soon! ❤️
