Our stay was wonderful! The property was very clean, comfortable, and situated in the perfect location for us. Dawn was incredibly responsive and helpful, answering all our questions promptly. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend!

fantastic peaceful place, the host was very responsive and very friendly. The house is lovely, and the added bonus of a fabulous hot tub with jets that do the trick after a day of walking. I would definitely stay again. It is around a 6 minute drive from conwy, llandudno. go to angel bay to see the sea lions, beautiful spot. Thank you for a lovely stay, and being super responsive to messages. :)

The flat was gorgeous, lush soft carpets, warm, bright, gorgeous decor and interesting books to peruse. Jane really has her eye in with hospitality and there were cookies and tea, a whole bottle of proper milk and orange juice. Lots of lovely touches that made it feel like a home from home. The location is quiet overlooking the Mersey river, which is tidal and turns into a beach in the morning! Its a short walk to the ferry over to Liverpool (if its running) or bus to train /taxi ride over to all the attractions. I would highly recommend this apartment and we enjoyed the quiet away from the city too. Thank you Jane!

Great stay - attractive apartment and very convenient

We had a lovely stay at the apartment (2 adults and 2 children.)The property is beautifully furnished with a nice large lounge and ample sized bedrooms with very comfortable beds. Kitchen and bathrooms both spotless, with everything you might need a base for exploring Llandudno and the local area. The promenade is only minutes walk away, which makes a lovely walk into town, we didn’t use the car all weekend. It would be a great base for exploring Snowdonia too. Jon the host was very helpful throughout and we had the perfect stay.

Matt’s apartment was beautifully decorated, very clean and cheery with lots of sunshine! We had a very comfortable few days and loved it!

We had a fantastic weekend here. Many positives to staying in Michele's place, first being the location, we were able to walk to all the shops and restaurants which was nice to explore. 2nd was the dedicated parking space. Llandudno prom is terrible for parking and it was lovely to know my car was safe, off the narrow streets. Michele has also decorated the place beautifully and we felt very cosy and at home there. We also appreciated Michele greeting us on arrival and showing us the heating, wifi etc. If youre planning on staying in the area, its definitely worth it. Only thing I'd point out is the seagulls are particularly noisy early morning! Thanks for a lovely stay Michele x

This was our second stay, love the house and the location , a home from home, there were Christmas decorations put up for us, it was a wonderful touch, clean, warm,comfy and very relaxing, a highly recommended place, great location and easy access to so many places, nothing was too much trouble and brilliant communication

We had a fantastic New Years stay in Degawny, beautiful views all day long even in the rain! Would love to visit again in the future.

We had a fantastic stay, it was great to all have our own private bathrooms and so many perfect rooms to relax in. Everything had been thought of for our comfort. The beach is an easy 10 minute walk away and we had a long walk there, but no swimming as it's tidal. We found a lovely restuarant locally too. It is a happy house and has kind, helpful hosts, we cannot recommend highly enough.

Lovely and quiet but also a very convenient location near to a selection of shops and restaurants. The beach was a 5 minute drive away, which was perfect for us and our dog. Lindsey was an excellent host and responded quickly to messages. An ideal location to explore The Wirral and only a 30 - 40 minute drive to Liverpool city centre. The house worked well for us with everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. We would definitely stay again.

We were 3 couples and the suave was perfect for us to explore the area and stay in a very clean and comfortable cottage! It has everything we could have needed and the views are stunning!

The Coach House was perfect for our needs and exceeded our expectations - it felt much bigger inside and outside than the photos suggested. It is lovely to find such clean accommodation that is also dog friendly. Everything was immaculate and looked freshly decorated. The garden space was similarly clean and secure for dogs. It is lovely to be able to relax with the dogs outside and being able to open the French doors in the sunshine and eat on the decking was a real treat, especially in March! The bedrooms were very spacious and beds were comfortable. Kitchen was also very roomy and very well kitted out - dishwasher and washing machine is always a nice addition. We asked if the hosts could fit a stair gate and they were very responsive. It was so clean and tidy we didnt feel right letting the dogs upstairs! A really lovely property and friendly, helpful hosts. Everywhere was clean and tidy but we still felt able to relax and enjoy our stay. Perfect.

Perfect location, in Formby. bed was the comfiest I've ever slept in . cannot fault anything except shower kept blocking. but cleared. 10/10

Claire and her family were wonderful hosts. The booking was spacious and allowed easy access to the neighborhood. We would definitely stay again and recommend to any.

I stay at Neils beautiful apartment several times a year , mostly a week at a time , and it is absolutely perfect, very clean and comfortable, ideally located for the shops , pub nearby, and a walk on the seafront too . Great place !!

Alyson’s place was just what we needed for our short stay with 3 adults. Alyson was always very responsive, gave clear instructions and was very flexible with checkin. She met us a couple of hours early so we had the afternoon to explore Llandudno. Location was very quiet, close to the prom and shops and it was great to have a parking space. The kitchen was spotlessly clean and well equipped with plenty of tea, coffee etc and milk provided.

The apartment was perfect base to explore north Wales. Quick & easy to get onto A55. 5min walk to beach. Lots of local shops and amenities. The apartment was modern, clean and so lovely and warm. Really comfortable bed. We will definitely book again for our next trip!

Lynn is an excellent host. She is always extremely quick and reponsive if I have any queries. I always feel so welcomed when I arrive when finding some provisions already there for me. The flat is very well appointed, comfortable and well equipped. I have been back several times and no doubt I will be back again in the future.

stayed a couple of nights to go to a Liverpool Legends game. Mersey Rail station was 3 minutes walk away. Local shops about 5 mins walk. Crosby beach was 10 mins walk and very nice, well worth a visit. Flat was well described and equipped with very thing we needed. We received very good check-in instructions from the owner. Designated parking space outside was very helpful.We personally would of benefited from at least a 4 foot wide bed in the 2nd bedroom instead of a 3 foot, as we where 3 adults staying. But we where aware of the size before we booked.
