Sharon communicated every step of the way, she met us and went through everything. Sharon responded to text in a timely manner (not that there were any issues). Lovely caravan, newly refurbished, cards for entertainment, beach bucket and spades provided. Tea coffee milk at hand with toiletries. Plenty of tea towels and set of towels for each of us. Bring extra toilet roll and your beach towels. Parking at the caravan. Right by the beach, restaurants, takeaways, park, sports complex and football/tennis courts. We had an amazing most comfortable time and would love to come again. Family of 2 adults, 2 children 11&16 and Teddy our cavachon. Thank you Sharon.

The cottage is in a great location, when we arrived the cottage wA lively and clean. Julie is very responsive and made check in so easy. We will definitely be back as he had a great time

From the initial booking right up until check out Kathryn was only a message away. She even suggested restaurants and things to do including where best to park. The apartment istself was perfect, christmas tree and decorations, a full kitchen with a good working oven (perfect for cooking a family meal), the bathroom was spotless, there was plenty bed space and the kids loved playing with the toys and puzzles. There was even a balnket and toys for the dog! We will definitely be back and would recommend Kathryn to our friends and family.

We have just arrived home from a beautiful week in north wales, the property was beautiful and as described, comfortable beds, lovely large kitchen and lots of space, everything we needed was there. The garden is nice and secure especially for little dogs and only a 5 min walk to the sea front. If you don’t fancy eating out or cooking the just eat deliver just about anything so getting food is never an issue. Just one little issue which i found due to not having the best eye sight was the T.V In the lounge seemed quite small as the Lounge is so big and the main sofa was quite far back, but apart from that it was a great stay and would definitely come back again, thanks James and Kate.

Thank you Chris for allowing me and my doggies stay in your lovely cottage. Chris messaged me to say the accommodation was ready before check in and that we could stay on longer too. The cottage was so cosy and warm and was the perfect getaway. Bedrooms were great size and I slept so well as bed was so comfy and area very peaceful.

Great location close to the sea, perfect for dog walks and walks along the prom. House was clean and beds comfortable but tall people, like us, may struggle with the metal frame bed ends. Garden is split from patio by two gates and hedges surround the grassed area, so not completely puppy proof. We managed with a long lead so all good and a hose is provided at the back of the house. Lovely stay and surrounded by great places to eat: Beach cafe, No25, Top Wok and Bryn Williams at Porth Eirias to name but a few.

The accommodation was superb. Modern, comfortable and spotlessly clean. From toiletries to filter paper for the coffee machine everything had been thought of. Eco friendly touches showed extra thought and care. Location was fantastic for our needs. Will definitely rebook when we visit again.

Lovely stay, it felt like home away from home and despite being off season we found plenty of bars open to have a drink in nearby. My wife and our 2 dogs loved the stay here!

Everything was great and what we expected. Place is lovely and clean. Can’t thank Daniel enough especially for the next day which really helped us out. Also the biscuits went down a treat after such a long drive. Thankyou and we will be back :-)

Lovely and clean caravan , everything you need inside , friendly host .plenty to do on site for kids and where the caravan is situated was quiet but near to shops and bars

Steven's park home was beautiful, large yet warm and cosy. It has everything you need for a self catering break. It was very clean and tidy as was the lovely hot tub. Just a short walk away is the beach and a corner shop. Communication with Steven was excellent too, he was instantly on the end of the phone if we needed him, we will happily stay here again when we visit family in the area. Thank you Steven 😁

Nice and beautiful Caravan to stay for families. Near to beach and all other attractions in Rhyl and nearby in Wales. Host was responsive and provided clear guidance to place. It’s good place to stay for those exploring Wales to start with and especially wanted to experience Caravan stay. This was our first time experience in Caravan and it was wonderful.

We had a lovely weekend, accommodation was very comfortable and warm. Great location and host allowed us to park our car on the drive a little longer which was really appreciated.

Had a great stay in this apartment. We know the area well and found it well located to visit our favorite places. The apartment is very comfortable (especially the beds) and it is decorated and cleaned to a very high standard. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend to our friends & family

Absolutely fantastic stay in Deganwy. This is a superb spot with stunning views across the bay. Sitting in the bay window you can track the progress of the sun throughout the day. I also enjoyed watching the trains - the station is just opposite (very convenient for Llandudno and further West too) The house has traditional decor and everywhere was extremely clean and well presented. The kitchen has everything you need. You are in control of the heating, but it was a warm place with the sun streaming through the windows so we didn't need it on all the time even on very cold days. There's a lovely cafe a couple of doors down and plenty to visit nearby. Llandudno is about a 50 minute walk along the beach, Conwy a little further) or a 5 minute drive) The House Manager was extremely helpful and friendly. We've already booked to return next year.

The apartment is absolutely lovely with amazing views. It was pristine and very comfortable. West Kirby is great with lots to do in the area, great restaurant and coffee shops. Diane was the perfect host.

We loved our stay at Elspeths in Deganwy. The location was Private set back from the front quiet and peaceful. the house is lovely and well furnished couldn't ask for more. the house was spotless on arrival the rooms were spacious and well equipped nice little touches in every room. loved the blinds in the bedrooms shut all the light out in the mornings. would highly recommend this house. very easy parking also. we had 3 cars with the people that we stayed in the house with and didn't struggle to park any of them.

We had a very pleasant stay, unfortunately the weather wasn’t particularly good, which didn’t stop us doing things. Deganwy is a good location to get to a lot of the good attractions like Snowdon, zipworld for the brave etc. some great castles pretty close by too. Oli as a host was great, the house was immaculate with some nice touches and great views of the sea. Can highly recommend for people who wish to experience North Wales for the scenery which is stunning, although be prepared for the drop in temperatures.

We chose this property to celebrate my wife’s 50th with her oldest friends. As such, we booked what we thought was a self-contained property to embrace our enthusiasm and merriment but didn’t find out until the day of check-in that we were one half of a semi-detached property and were asked at this time to be mindful of an elderly neighbour. We hope we didn’t contravene the noise levels or disturb the old chap next door. Had we realised we had such a close neighbour when planning, we would have not chosen this house. The house is beautiful, no garden though. Some photographs alluded to garden space so we had brought our barbecues. There is nowhere to bbq so we had to get creative 😂 I’m glad we were all together for this special trip and this is one of the few properties that can cater for an all couples stay as everyone gets a real bed and not bunk-beds. There was more than enough seating cooking and dining space for all 7 of us inside and the layout and furniture is really lovely.

I simply cannot overstate how lovely this stay was. I’ve stayed in 5 star hotels all over the world and nothing quite compares to the service I got from Ella. She was wonderful in every sense and made our stay. The place was just beautiful and I want to hire her to decorate my own home now!! The comfiest bed and sofa, a tasteful decor and amazing view. The best stay away we’ve had. You absolutely must book here if you can find available dates!!! Thank you Ella.
