My family and I enjoyed staying at Jo-Anna's annex for an entire month during our relocation to the area, and it exceeded all our expectations. From the moment we arrived, Jo-Anna made us feel incredibly welcome. She was an exceptional host—friendly, attentive, and always available if we needed anything, yet never intrusive. Her warmth made us feel more like friends than guests, and by the end of our stay, we truly felt like we had become part of the family. The annex itself is cozy, well-maintained, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed to make it feel like a true home for over a month. I’ll be recommending Joanna’s annex to everyone we know—family, friends, and even to families at our children's new school who may be relocating. We had easy access to both Llandudno and Llandudno Junction, which was perfect for getting to know the area and exploring all the wonderful sights.

Flat was perfect for my needs. The location was fun. It’s off the busy streets, near the college and walkable to almost everything. I’m 70y and I walked to stores, restaurants, train station, theater and to the Beatles museums. Always felt safe and secure.

Fantastic place to stay and loved my second visit to the apartment. Once again had a very relaxing & chilled stay - with everything as it should be. Great location and so handy. Enjoyed chilling in the apartment but also getting out and walking & seeing the area. Great recommendations about where to eat and what was about too. Also loved the fab Halloween touches in the apartment. Great place - I will be back again for sure, Thank you!

Centrally located on the quaint and charming Conwy High Street, you are in the best location for local amenities and exploring the town. The flat is spacious with a modern design, whilst still retaining its period features. On Saturday night only there was a little noise from the neighbouring pub - however it didn’t affect our sleep, and the rest of the time the area was quiet despite its central location. It was a great base for exploring beautiful North Wales.

All of North Wales was affected by a burst mains water pipe, meaning we were without water until our last day, unable to shower or use the toilet. There was nothing Joel could do to change this, but he was extremely communicative and has kindly offered to pass on the compensation afforded to property owners by the water company. I could imagine many Air BnB hosts might keep this despite them being the unaffected party for the property their guests were staying in. As well as the obvious discomfort and disruption to our stay, there was expense to us with travelling some distance to buy bottles of water and to much further locations to enjoy a night out than we had planned, so Joel passing this compensation on is extremely helpful to reclaim these additional costs and just goes to show what a fantastic host he is. I very much recommend staying with Joel and we look forward to choosing Joel's property again for our next visit.

David and Jenny’s place is a lovely little get away. Great facilities and lovely homely touches. Gorgeous surroundings and such lovely hosts. Communicating that we could have early check in due to a wedding we were attending nearby and allowed us late check out also! Brilliant Air BnB hosts!

I stay at Neils beautiful apartment several times a year , mostly a week at a time , and it is absolutely perfect, very clean and comfortable, ideally located for the shops , pub nearby, and a walk on the seafront too . Great place !!

The apartment was perfect base to explore north Wales. Quick & easy to get onto A55. 5min walk to beach. Lots of local shops and amenities. The apartment was modern, clean and so lovely and warm. Really comfortable bed. We will definitely book again for our next trip!

it was the perfect place for my girlfriend and i's first weekend away the flat was really comfortable and made it easy for us to relax. it's also in a great location in terms of a shot walk away from the city centre but far away enough to away from the noise and hubbub of what comes with a city centre. the hosts were brilliant with clear instructions on how to to check in and check out. the furniture and kitchen was great the bathroom clean and specious. the bedroom was just right and the bed really comfortable. my girlfriend and would definitely stay there again just depends on the price 😉

Great flat in a quiet area. Everything you could need, and very well presented. Chris was helpful throughout, but not intrusive. Really comfy bed.

Superb accommodation and fantastic views

Absolutely fab apartment in a great location. We didn't cook, but the kitchen was well equipped. Beds/sofa really comfy and was an easy, relaxed space to be in. Liz was a fab host - great communication and really amenable.

We had a wonderful stay. Maranne is a very friendly, responsive, and helpful host. The flat was nicely decorated and very clean with a well equipped kitchen and an amazing view. We recommend staying at Maranne's accomodation.

Great spot in Liverpool city centre. Walkable to everything. Great to have two bathrooms and plenty of beds for lads for a stag. Loads of space in the apartment. Great friendly host easy to communicate with and was great to give some flexibility on checking in and out. Would highly recommend!

Great place to stay for a trip to Llandudno, walking distance down to the promenade and beach, loads of cafes and Tribells fish and chips close by. We had such a lovely little holiday!
