Had a lovely few days stay. Was a very tranquil location and very relaxing. Stopping by to see the animals on site was a wonderful experience. The kitchen was equiped with enough pans to make meals while we stayed there. The shop was a wonderful touch to pick up produce from the farm or just a few ammenities that might be needed. So relaxing to sit in the hot tub in the evening after exploring local attractions which have very helpfully been highlighted in a small guide. Looking to return in summer to make full use of the bbq on site and firepit.

We had such a lovely time at the shepherds hut, a perfectly peaceful and quiet get away - just what we needed! Great location for picturesque walks. We walked along Offas Dyke took 2.5 hrs straight from the hut. The local town had everything you needed only a short drive or 20 min walk away. We grabbed a takeaway pizza from Daphnes which was very delicious. Despite wet weather all weekend it did not dampen our spirits. The covered kitchen was a perfect location to cosy up and watch the thunder and lightning. It had everything you needed to make breakfast. The provided bread, bacon, eggs & milk were a lovely addition. The bed was very very comfy and the hut was clean, tidy & cosy. The hill up to the hut is steep but the provided wheelbarrow helped. Leaving in the rain was hilarious.

A beautiful place to stay that was very comfortable for our stay (2 adults, 2 children and a dog). Located a short drive from Barmouth town and beach, it is ideally located out of the way and within a very peaceful setting. The private garden is very well maintained and looks out to sea that shows beautiful sunsets. The shepherds hut was spacious enough for our stay and had everything that we needed. Thank you Hayley and Gareth. We had a lovely weekend.

The Cowboys hut was a beautifully made hut in an idyllic location. Danna left a lovely welcome hamper on arrival and the hut was clean and tidy. The log fire kept us toasty and we would love to visit again.

I have stayed at Gilwern several times, and as with each previous occasion I found Emma had made a huge effort to ensure the accommodation was very comfortable and well presented. I love the views, the peace and quiet, and always enjoy trying to find a fossil in the quarry. I will hope for another return trip in a year or two.

Amazing place! Unbelievable amount of effort has gone into the craftsmanship of the huts and the whole area of beautifully landscaped gardens and woodlands. Loved our stay and would highly recommend!

Beautiful cabin in a peaceful rural location with everything you need for a relaxing stay. Excellent outside space with hot tub and gas BBQ. The cabin had everything you need with a comfy bed and excellent bathroom and the hosts were very responsive. The honesty shop is a fabulous idea! And the welcome gifts were such a thoughtful touch! Close to stunning beaches and surrounded by the gorgeous mid Wales countryside. What's not to like!

Stunning little hut with perfect views and cutest little vibes with bbq, carol was very helpful when needed and left us to enjoy our time on the site, animals were a bonus and lovely grounds to walk around x

We had a lovely weekend at the shepheards hut! Elen was super friendly and gave us a great recommendation of the local pub which had incredible food and was even kind enough to give us a lift so we could sample a few local pints! Would recommend!!

The photos absolutely don't do the justice of what a comfortable and beautiful Shepherd's Hut this is!! Tiffany and Shaun are such amazing hosts, making you feel at home right from when you arrive at the accommodation. Our first comment when we went into the hut was that it's extremely tidy and that makes the hut feels spacious. The hut was immaculate. It has everything we needed. The beautiful sauna that we used during our second night was a really nice treat. We also walked around the massive garden and were easily impressed with how full of interests there are. My husband and I spent the weekend there, and we enjoyed it that much, we decided to come again later in the year!

We stayed for 2 nights to have some well deserved rest and it was just that! The surroundings were beautiful and mixed with the fabulous hut and hot tub we had a great time! Nicola was very proactive in her communication and was more than accommodating. Would definitely return.

Had a wonderful few days staying in Bluebell. A peaceful, tranquil sanctuary with great views . I was so lucky with the weather, amazing sunsets and just a fabulous place to rest and unwind. Bluebell is pristinely clean and has everything you need and more! Lots of little touches to make your stay even more special. Trish and Paul were lovely and welcoming. Thank you for a great stay! Teresa and her husband were so welcoming and were able to provide us with lots of fab recommendations. I would highly recommend this place to anyone - the best little escape😊

Louise is an excellent host and has really thought of everything. The accommodation itself was really comfortable and had everything we needed. Louise went above and beyond. There were some great recommendations on the list provided and we had a really nice dinner in the potted lobster. The views were incredible and I hope to return again

We loved staying here, the lodge was absolutely spotless and was fully kitted out with everything you’d need. The garden was beautiful and the views were amazing, was perfectly cordoned off for our dog to run around. Liz was great, so lovely and helpful on arrival. Couldn’t fault anything. Would definitely recommend to family and friends. Plenty of walks around and close town to go for a nice drink in the day!

We had a wonderful stay at Rita and David’s shepherds hut. The hut was very easy to find and in such a peaceful pretty little village. David came to greet us and give us some info for the heating and hot water which was really helpful and the welcome guide was also really useful. We had dinner at the Royal Oak which was delicious and they were so friendly in there! We also noted how quiet and peaceful it was as we walked back, so lovely to be away from the constant cars and general noise of a city. We would definitely return to Rita and David’s place, great value for money and a lovely find!

We had an amazing time at the snug. We loved being visited by the sheep, lambs, horses and cows. It was so peaceful and we were greeted by such a lovely friendly family and their pooch. The steep drive up the lane, once through the gate to the snug is very gravely and dips with larger stones at times. You do get up there as long as you take it slowly. The reward once there are the amazing views. The bed was really comfortable, great sleep. The weather was beautiful so we were able to sit out and eat. Would not hesitate to recommend to friends and family.

Such a cosy little cabin, the location was beautiful and peaceful.

We have just returned from our minimoon after our wedding on Friday. Our stay exceeded our expectations! Bryn's communication was exceptional. He was flexible with our plans changing to include our fur baby, answered messages quickly and with accurate map Pins to make places easy to find. His recommendations were great, the nearby pub 'The Ravon' - delicious food, attentive staff and a cosy atmosphere. The nearby indian, wow the best we've had and the 'Bay Tree Cafe' what a gem! Bryn was friendly, approachable and went above and beyond to make our stay special with newly wed bunting, a bottle of bubbles and some homemade produce which was super tasty. Everything from the property itself, to the log burner, views and hot tub made our stay one we will never forget. It was a really special time as we enjoyed our new bubble as husband and wife! We will definitely return, Bryn has a special set-up here and his personable approach makes it. We will be regualars how. The Listers x

We loved staying with Beth, she was amazing and responsive from start to finish and a very attentive host. The location itself was stunning, I couldn’t have asked for a better stay, the photos honestly do not do the place justice! Super affordable as well which is always a plus! Will definitely be returning.

Amazing from start to finish Very lucky that the weather was on our side! Just as described. Beautiful place with stunning views and plenty of walks near by. Easy to find as the postcode takes you straight to the location. Amazing place if you have dogs as the outside space is secluded. Even though it’s a working farm, you feel like you have the entire place to yourself Will 100% return
